The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Hillingdon London

This place is right next to the hotel I was staying at (Premier Inn): so I went out of convenience and because I was hungry… I wanted something quick. I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the kiosk, but then never got a receipt for pick up and the screen never showed me a number for pick up either… I had to guess which order was mine. I told two staff about the kiosk problem and neither felt inclined to fix anything or have a look at it. Then I got my order; cold, drab burgers… they missed out my fries too, which I had to go back for to get… Another case of staff that just don’t give a hoot about doing a good job.

For all customers passing through, Italian or otherwise.... Avoid like the plague being served by Krzysztof B, i.e. the one who gave me the receipt... some people really shouldn't be hired and if you really made a mistake in selecting your staff, remedy it as soon as possible. Rude service with an air of arrogance, which is also unfounded. It's true that customers are passing through and are forced to buy, but certainly people should be kept behind the scenes, at the MC's plates.

Great food. Nice folks. Kinda pricey but worth it.

Always busy, it takes a long time to get your order. Clearly understaffed. Not satisfied. The place is clean, taking into consideration that there are so many customers and they don't have enough staff.

Ordered Take Away's from Stobys Fish and Chips many times in the past and have been happy with their food and have always recommended them. BUT I ordered a Take Away from them today for my family. We all had pie and chips, well the tops of the pies (advertised as Pukka pies) were very hard and the chips were overcooked. I also ordered a small sausage as a treat for my dog. I will no longer order a Take Away from them or recommend Stobys to anyone. The only positive, my dog enjoyed his sausage but then he will eat anything.

Rude staff !!! Not helpful ! Won’t recommend- I had better experience in different places - all the 3 persons were making faces

Very bad this kfc 🐥 chicken like old and zinger no cook properly I ask staff also no explain all rude management no good this me 2nd time visit

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.

All I could taste was grease. Worst KFC I have had. Miserable staff. Cant believe people still use this place. Utter rubbish.
