Pret A Manger in Hillingdon

Heathrow T3 Landside. Flawless service: I would like to nominate Abdullah for always recognise me the minute I walk in to get my coffee. He looks at me and acknowledge my presence and check if I want my regular, he is always very cheerful, positive vibe and multi-task from the till to deliver to, make my shift start with a good feeling! Great asset for the business

The rudest member of staff I have ever come across. I went there with my wife and toddler to purchase coffee and breakfast so you can imagine we had our hands full already. The lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude on a morning that was not busy at all. The top of the coffee was not put on correctly which then meant I spilt coffee on my hand. After asking for a way to carry the coffees she refused to give anything, she wouldn’t even offer us a bag to put over £20 worth of food and drinks in. She found it an inconvenience to warm up the toastie when she asked and gave a sigh. She then tried to force us to the side so I had to go to another member of staff to ask for napkins to hold the hot coffees as the cardboard sleeves did not fit. The only redeeming quality was that another member of staff who we complained to went and spoke to her. He showed empathy and understood our issue.

All of the coffee machines broken, so only filter coffee available :-( Then one of the takeaway cups was leaking from the bottom… oh hum. Coffee wasn’t bad though :-)

SO glad to see Pret A Manger where we could get good quality food while we waited for our flight and take on plane

Passing through Heathrow's recently reopened Terminal 3, there were not many coffee options to be had. After a bad visit a few years ago, a little hesitant to try Pret A Manger again, but much improved. Good coffee & friendly service in recently reopened terminal. A coffee really can change its spots!!!

Luke warm breakfast sandwich and put loads of milk in my tea when I asked for only a little. Obviously not concerned about customer service.

Every time I visit for business which is regularly, the service and the quality of food is excellent.

Pret A Manger is must visit every time we travel from terminal 3 as my children love their sandwiches and snacks.

We chose this place to buy our snack before our early morning flight to Lisbon on the basis that their food is pretty reliable. Our crayfish and avocado sandwiches were well filled and tasty as ever - nothing overly special but they fitted the bill.

Friendly staff but not allowed a decaf tea unless I talk to a manager 1st ridiculous I get people have allergies but as a grown adult with no allergies just don’t want caffeine absolute joke use some common sense!

I realize this place has had some bad press recently - but I was delayed at Heathrow and was looking for somewhere for a light meal. This place does cater for a healthy diet. I liked the soup and the fruit. Reasonably priced, busy but still able to get a table. Could have been cleaner - but ok for what it was. the food was the main event, and in that respect, I was happy.

I went here as we thought its a "brand company " PLEASE Avoid ! as we saw staff members "sneezing " over food and also "ON THERE MOBILES ! " we were given the wrong food ! when we asked for our order we were told " you get what you pay for ????????????? " we left our meal as we felt it was "not safe to eat " will any manager contact us to discuss this this ?????????? we think not................... really bad and UNSAFE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With an early flight from Heathrow I decided to come here for breakfast, having checked the menu online to see what gluten free offerings were available. When I arrived I found that most of them were not and the choice was an omelette or porridge. I don't like porridge so am omelette it had to be. It was not the best one I have eaten being a bit rubbery around the edges. Next time I will bring my own breakfast!

Thought we would try a couple of hot item at the grab and go which turned out to be a mistake. The Swedish meatball wrap had been in the warmer so long that the wrap had hardened. My wife got the kale Mac and cheese and it was dried right out and the only thing you could taste was kale. So needless to say we spent about 14 pounds and the only thing we enjoyed were our bottles of water.

Had a layover at Heathrow and needed a meal and tried this place. Really good choice. Mass produced but tasty food and surprisingly tasty. Would gladly dine here again,

Of all the Pret’s I’ve visited this has to be the worst. Food was unavailable and what was there was old. Plenty of choice so go elsewhere

It seems to be the most inexpensive restaurant in the airport. The pastries are tasty and fresh, and the sandwiches are good. It is nice to have such a place in an airport that consists of mostly high-dollar restaurants.

Very well organised and not expensive like usual. Always my choice at the airport. Croissants are great. Prepare for a queue (sometimes long one)

Was very dismayed to see utensil containers being refilled and every single time and bowl being touched by bare hands. No gloves. Also watched wraps being made in the kitchen no gloves!Surely a basic requirement in the food industry. This is how germs are spread

Food tasted fine and was a reasonable price considering it was in an airport. Note that I believe you pay more if you choose to eat in their seating area.

Nothing at all to complain about, great service friendly staff. Prices not particularly cheap but don’t forget you’re in Heathrow T5

This is the great thing about Pret...coconut latte. Organic coffee, great friendly service and excellent food. Salads and raw food anolebty. Never fails. The croissants are good and fresh too if you’re feeling naughty.

I was so glad to see Pret a Manger on a recent connection thru Heathrow. They have delicious sandwiches, including vegetarian choices. They also offer coffee, tea, salads, pastries and desserts (I love the Brownie Bites) - all the makings for a quick, delicious lunch....

Polite staff and a fairly good selection. Glad the food has labels on the shelves as in the items they have no ingredients so hard if you have an allergy. Food wasn't too bad so was a nice pit stop.

Quick service. Cosy environment. Chicken avocado basil toastie really nice succulent creamy. Just about hot enough not to burn the mouth and enough to enjoy. Earl's Grey tea all for£5.95 in an airport. Good deal

Just before our flight to New York, we grabbed some lunch here. You can never go wrong with Pret! Food are healthy selection and staff are friendly plus the interior is cosy. Just on the first floor from Delta and Virgin airlines check in counter.

As you would expect the food and drunks here are very decent quality and the prices are reasonable for an airport. This is a good place to meet others as there is lots of room to sit. Service was a little slow today though.

As usual, great service and fantastically fresh food!! Can't fault it!! The hot wraps are an excellent meal in themselves, the sandwiches are fresh and made with the best ingredients. Keep it up Pret!!

Sorry to be a pain. But when I say I would like white tea I mean a different color than very dark brown. I know it is busy around here, but be a tiny bit more customer focused, please.
