Excellent food and friendly service as always. You just can’t get better than Ruby’s and it doesn’t cost anymore than anywhere else.

The best chippy :-) We have recently re-located and were worried we wouldn't find a decent chip shop, but we have! The owners are really lovely & welcoming and the food is 5*.. In particular, the mixed meat wraps are so good! Definitely worth a visit.

Fed up of giving chookys another chance!!! Keep getting my order wrong!!! Mayo on a mixed kebab!!! NO always chilli...I won't waste any more money o n them! Not the first f*** up they've made!!

We received absolutely disgusting service from these guys, if I could would give them a minus 5 for customers service. We were told that our pizzas would be take 90 minutes to arrive. When they didn't arrive we struggled to ring through but once we spoke to someone we believe Adam, he was rude and unapologetic and he then told us it would take 30-40 minutes (which would take us to over a two hour wait), when I asked what they would do about it he said he would give us a free bottle of coke to our over £120 order. When it didn't arrive after the extra 40 minutes we tried to ring through and couldn't get through. They actually took 50 minutes extra so in total it tooks is 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. When they arrived the driver told us they had disconnected their phones and we found out we were missing £10 worth of chips. We will never use this restaurant again and will encourage everyone to steer clear of it .

Food was horrendous! It was so so tasteless except for the burgers which tasted like fish! First time going here and never again!.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s on several occasions as I live nearby. Large fries that are half full and burgers that are just thrown together. Staff are made up mainly of kids so customer service is non existent. But what’s really baffling is the amount of times there’s no milkshakes or McFlurrys - particularly later in the evenings - always down to a broken machine 🤔 This place is a classic example of why fast food franchises don’t always work. Avoid at all costs

A long hard working day beautifully rounded off by the service of one young lovely lady at Burger King MOTO. Dressed smartly, service with a smile and willingness to answer my questions about certain products; ANUKSHA gave ‘customer service’ a new meaning! Thankyou very much for the perfect interaction. If there were more people like Anuksha in customer facing roles, life would be better! Very deserving of good credit and any applicable reward/recognition please. Is this the worst MacDonalds in the UK? Nothing is ever correct. Fries are consistently short measures to the extent it must be part of their profits projections. Cold food, poorly presented. Very young crew of inexperienced staff constantly changing. The overall business manager is rude and aggressive, and suggested I use another restaurant. You would need to be desperate need of food if you have to use this establishment but do not expect it to be I pleasant experience.

We went through the drive through it was a quiet lunchtime. We ordered a boneless chicken meal. Its been a while since we last ordered a KFC but was worth a wait. The food was piping hot freshly cooked even the coleslaw tasted amazing. The only issue we had was we didnt have napkins spoons or forks so had to go back in to collect those items.
