The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Midlands

It takes alot for me to say this is the best fish and chips in the area. Customer service hmmmmm. You remember when the customer was important? Well old school customer service it's 1st class like your food. Best chips in the country.

Ordered multiple pizzas including 2x margaritas, one with olives on and one as standard. They sent two with olives on. They didn't care, no option to resolve. Was embarrassing as I recommended the place. Not using you again, morons.

Website says that they were open on Friday but NO they’re definitely NOT! So don’t be fooled that they will be open when you get there 🤣

Absolutely delicious chicken Kebabs. Full of succulent meat and salad. Tasty dressing. Would definately recommend this establishment. Friendly helpful and will definately be going here again.

I been coming to subway for very long time my last visit 2 weeks ago was bad not because of the food it was the hygiene of the staff the person served me I could smell his ador was so bad and sicking I honestly wanted to say something but didn’t still carried on with my order please management fix this you need to speak to your staff to keep there hygiene on high standards they dealing with food I worked for subway myself but non of our staff was like this, my rescent visit they where male staff not that I’m being sexist the food always been very good so can’t fault that but staff need to be more aware of there hygiene and glove changing they leave the gloves on and operate the tills and then go back to the subs they preparing this is very unhygienic and can cause food poisoning so because of this I’m giving this place 2 stars and I think it’s the only one that’s does Halal food I’m stuck I can’t even go to the other stores which are in city centre which is a shame ☹️☹️🤷🏻‍♀️

Visited on a Tuesday but it was sadly closed, not sure if it’s permanently closed as it didn’t look like it had been opened in a while.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through, I get it was after 2200 on a Saturday night but thought they must be cooking it fresh. The food was stone cold, how is that even possible unless it was ages old and they were trying to warm it up. Every time I go to this restaurant in particular something isn't right for what is a very simple process.

Unfortunately food was not good Chips look like they had been bleached and were tasteless Strawberry milkshake very weak flavouring Big mac was fine, but why call it a big mac

I got the cookie dough, it was so delicious. We just came on a Sunday evening and sat in, chilled atmosphere, kind staff, good food.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing today to be told kebab wouldn’t be available for 15 minutes and that it would be too late as they were closing, guy then asked me to step to the side just for a minute so he could serve a different customer. After he’d served that customer he just said “now I have to make this customers burger so won’t have time to make your food”. Shocking service.

Portion sizes are different and are smaller, not value for money.

Food was and chips were soggy and not fresh not the best experience

The Rice and Chicken breast was flat. I ordered extreme as I've always done but today's order wasn't spicy at all. The portion was also smaller than usual but I can understand that. My complaint is that I chose extreme and it wasn't spicy at all.

Very late delivery driver did apologise for delay

It was 5 stars but had to downgrade to 1 star for food and atmosphere. Kebabs were frozen which had been microwaved, chicken was tasteless and dry. The only drinks options were garbage which you can pick up at the local corner shop. Drun bloke kicking off downstairs and the staff refused to do anything about it. My 2 small kids were scared. Save your money and go somewhere else.
