The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Second update,10 months on from first update, reluctantly went through the drive thru as other local was shut. Yet again 2 missing items. How can they so consistently get things wrong Updated review after yet another order missing items: Do not order from here, unless you are prepared to check every single item before leaving. Every time we have missing items, like entire food items, boxes of nuggets/burgers. The parking is terrible, with just eat drivers taking up half the parking spaces. Avoid this restaurant.

Ordered an hour before closing and they marked the order as having been delivered within half an hour, when we called to check he assured us it was a mistake and the driver was on his way. Called the shop again after an hour (diverted to the owner who was already back at home). He then told us he couldn’t get a hold of the driver he therefore couldn’t do anything at that point.

No gravy - again. 5th time of trying to order. Never ever have this product. Spend money at McDonald’s and Burger King every time you don’t have gravy. Estimating you’ve lost £150 in 4 weeks.

Crazy slow drive through service 40 minutes + only to receive cold food and drinks, there are some lovely staff here and some who literally don't give a shit have seen them arguing in kitchen before and will serve you a side serving of attitude with your fries along with regularly getting orders completely wrong, Macdonald's needs to get a grip on this branch and fire those not interested in basic customer service checkout the trip advisor reviews of this branch!

Shockingly shite service. No one asked how the food was in the middle of eating came and took the menus no excuse me just reached over. Shambolic garlic bread like how do you mess up garlic bread. Pizza is awful for the amount you pay. Just go to domino's if you want to pay this much for a pizza. Only redeeming factor is the salad bar and that's it. So many better options in the Trafford centre as well just stay clear

Raheem was really helpful with explaining how chopsticks works and also explained that I could add a drink to my meal, and that there’s student discount. Great food too !

They used pre-cooked chicken fillets, fried them again in oil, and used them in the burger, making the chicken tasteless, dry, and hard.

Order on the website didn't get confirmation for order so called the shop as the payment was pending in the bank was told the payment would not be processed but this morning the payment cleared in my bank guy said the website is not working properly but then how was able to order the website should have a warning

I only had 4 items and never received the new footlong that they have and disappointing so will not be ordering from here again

order showed half hour late, sent message,no reply,rang,said it on way,rang 45 mins after, said they didn't get the order off just eat printer, said on its way again. turned up 20 mins after that, delivery guy didn't even acknowledge me just shoved food at me & left. food was hot but chicken extremely dry, couldn't really eat it. sorry won't order again.

The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.
