Reasonable food at a good price, excellent thick shakes and deserts. Better chips than KFC and decent portion sizes

Poor food for the money! Grabbed a cheeseburger meal. A burger, small chips and a water for £14! Burger was tasteless, luke warm and poor meat. Chips were average and they were out of salt. Don’t waste your money, I won’t again. 👎

Ordered online and only got a few bits, an hour later I'm still waiting. I ring up 5 minutes before they close as I'm still waiting and the person on the phone goes to "find out" and apologies as theyve clearly forgotten to send my food out. They say 5 minutes, and yeah it turns up a few minutes later luke warm soggy. Will not be ordering from this place again, shocking service would not recommend.

This place is pants, the service was horrendous the comments from the staff poor. The food came up all at different times supposedly due to deliveroo orders and breaks.The food was rank and expensive. I wouldnt piss on thia place if it was on fire.

Mid way through eating a fairly average pizza, discovered a thick black hair embedded through the topping. Phoned to give "feedback" and to their credit they offered us a fresh pizza, which we declined. Definitely would not order from here again.

Terrible comida y servicio. El tipo estuvo en su teléfono durante 5 minutos antes de servirme y todavía estaba en él mientras me servía. no había salsa ofrecida para mi comida. fritos ni siquiera estaban salados. no hizo ninguna pregunta. costillas eran no comestibles. tenía que darles de comer las palomas a través del parque. idk qué tipo de carne era que estaba allí, pero definitivamente no era cerdo o cualquier carne que he comido antes. Después de que me fui dejó su teléfono justo por la chica que estaba detrás de mí y dijo “hola querido” que levantó sospechas, la puerta de cristal se rompió, lo que también levantó sospechas solo para luego venir a las revisiones como estoy comiendo mi comida para descubrir que la tienda está dirigida por acosadores sexuales. lo que habría explicado mis sospechas. tentado a tirar una piedra a su ventana yo mismo después de lo mal que la comida y el servicio era.

SIEMPRE. Cada vez que ordeno en línea desde aquí, el tiempo en comer se retrasa constantemente. Luego, cuando llega hay problemas. O se derrama la bebida, hay CERO chapuzones, no hay pajitas o servilletas, la comida está fría como piedra o faltan artículos. Una broma absoluta. No nos des la opción de pedir si no va a estar bien.

The staff aren't very friendly. I like to pay cash so I always order at the counter. There is always a lengthy wait for this. They see me waiting but make no effort to engage. I understand that they might be busy however a friendly greeting to acknowledge my presence would be nice but it never happens. The management obviously don't think great customer service is a priority. The stand with napkins and sauces etc is usually messy, untidy and poorly stocked. Fries are always lukewarm and the burgers taste like they have been sat for a while too. Even if you customise! I have stopped visiting this one completely even though the location is convenient. I have filled in surveys and explained how poor this is compared to other sites but nothing ever changes.

Excellent food, Chefs Special Naga was everything it should be, very hot and chicken tika was generous and tasty. Onion bhajis were excellent and salad fresh ……one to add to the curry elite.

After placing an order via the app, I went through the drive through. I ordered a full meal with an iced coffee. The your girl on the second window was rude and unhelpful. She seemed to have an attitude problem and the food was just thrown into the box, the chips were put in the bag upside down so they all came out and were all cold. The only good part about the visit was having an iced coffee to complete the journey away from there!!

I got a text 30 minutes after ordering they rejected my order for no reason and i have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back not tge first time it happens so here goesmy rewiev.

Ordered on here from uber eats! Half the order was missing! It’s really not that difficult to make sure what has been ordered gets delivered! It’s shocking to say it’s not the cheapest spent £50 for the family for it to be cold and half of it missing! Managers do your job properly and get your staff to do simple jobs. Not the first time it’s happened, even if you go into the site it’s gross the tables are never cleaned properly and the service is so slow! Worst KFC going!!!

Very dirty. Staff paid no attention to waiting customers and instead were too busy gossiping or listening to music. Witnessed someone making a complaint to then be thrown out for it? A big shame as previously had good experiences with this restaurant but certainly won’t be visiting again after witnessing this. Very disturbing.
