Kaspa's Desserts in Bexley

This place is pants, the service was horrendous the comments from the staff poor. The food came up all at different times supposedly due to deliveroo orders and breaks.The food was rank and expensive. I wouldnt piss on thia place if it was on fire.

Terrible service as soon as we walked through the door as told to sit where we like and a menu will be brought over which never happened after waiting 10 minutes so we went and got our own, order place at till then later chocolate waffle arrived cold to still wait 20 min for 2 ice cream to come which then a member of staff come up said they lost our order and what was it !! When they finally arrived had none of the fruit that was mentioned on the menu. If im honest staff seemed unhappy and pissed off to be here which doesn't give a nice vibe to the public coming in.

We had a delivery of Kaspas, there was no chocolate on the waffles and the bueno kinder waffle showed white Buenos but they were not, usually love having a treat here but was a bit disappointed tonight.

This is a fab place to have your pick of incredible desserts. The menu is extensive with great staff & comfortable restaurant. Be aware, the desserts are far larger than you can possibly imagine! Delicious!

Awful experience, waffle was premade and cold and sauce looks messy and rushed, the sundae did not include kiwi like the menu said it would and the waitress took us to a dirty table with holes/rips in the seats.

Staff young, some rude, unwelcoming and clueless with how to interact with customers, inside the cleanliness is very poor with ice cream being splattered all over all he glass and different ice cream scoops mixed with each other which is a allergy hazard, also the general seating area consists of staff personal belongings in the public seating area.

Arrived with a party of 4 at 9.50pm and was turned away, as they 'are only open for taking online orders'. This policy is not displayed in the shop or website, they should have been open still and we wanted to takeaway anyway. Why have a shop? We live local and have been quite a few times, but won't be back. While other businesses struggle in this pandemic Kaspa's are doing so well they can turn business away. Good luck

Absolutely rubbish service and same goes with the standard of food! We emailed in advance to take the birthday offer up for my Daughter! This was a free dish if another member purchases. I emailed company to no avail. Likewise I asked in store about the offer, the staff had no idea what the offer was? We ordered anyway and asked if we could be seated to which we were told no! This was 30 minutes before close! Anyway we asked for some warm deserts with custard as we were staying above the shop at the premier inn. The desert’s were packed and we went to our hotel . The apple pie along with the custard were stone cold. We called down to be told sorry that’s how it’s served? The whole branch is an embarrassment to the franchise.

I have been insulted by the manager of Kaspa's Bexleyheath. I went there last week with 7 children to celebrate my 11 years old daughter’s birthday. And had called for a table the day before but no one picked the phone. Today they picked the phone n booked for 8 people. But when arrived they failed to give the table for 8 rather just managed to give a regular table for 4 where 6 kids managed to sit. The waitress apologised for the booking mixed up. Then one of the customer kindly hurried their meal and allow their table. I placed order for 7 kids and paid. They severed the food. All were fine this far, the staffs serving or taking order were nice. One out of 7 order had a bit mixed up. They gave cream instead of ice cream but when went to the counter immediately they served a scope on a pot. Then the kids started to ask for spoons as all were given fork n knife though half of them had ordered ice creams. I could not find anyone to provide the spoon and seeing the cutleries being displayed openly (see photo) I thought they were for self service. So I collected few spoons and then the manager asked me not to touch their stuffs in a rude way. She said I should not have touched their stuff! I didnot say a word in shock as I was doing their job when they failed! She kept talking and even when I returned to my table she kept yelling that I was rode as I did not say anything at all but shake my head after returning to table without having any word with her. She called me rude! Then I went back to the counter and told her how could she called me rude when I was doing their job! They should have apologised instead calling me rude n yelling at me! She then said this the last time for me in Kaspa's… I said why are you insulting me when you failed your service! They then asked me to leave! I told her I have paid for my service and with 7 kids I am not leaving. I then asked for the owner and she said “you will never able to reach the owner in you life.” One of the staff come over and ask what was the issue but she interrupted saying he was not her boss! At that point the guy became silent! She then kept yelling and calling me rude and lie that I was rude with her staff when I had never had any issue and thanks them every time… I don’t have any clue why she took on me! And also said I did not have any education! I then just said that was really the joke of the year. As having a master degree from a renowned university and working for top university in the world as a manager. We finished our meal but she was still moaning about me after 35mins. I can only think that the self claimed manager has some mental health issue or my skin colour was an issue for her. No way it is acceptable to be insulted by her in-front of two of my kids and their friends, after paying for a service in a restaurant or dessert bar.

I agree with all the other reviews about poor customer service. The manager has clearly not read any reviews and made any effort to improve the service. Still no reception on arrival. We found our own table and then were just handed our menus. Food did not arrive at the same time so all 3 of us left eating at different times. Each time the food came I had to ask for a knife and fork. Was given my coffee with no offer of sugar so had to go to the counter, get someone’s attention to ask for sugar and a spoon. No talk of is everything ok, can we get you anything else. Someone else mentioned service vacant and I agree. They all just congregate behind reception talking to each other with no interest or attention to their customers.

Been kaspas a good few times now in the last month. First time customer service was bad and staff was pure rude, the portion of cookie dough looked like it had literally just been picked up and thrown in box using one cookie ( was ridiculously small!) Last week we ordered from kaspas and everything was perfect🙂 Now today ordered again and the portion yet again was ridiculous. Ordered strawberry’s and chocolate.. may aswell just had strawberry’s. There was abit of chocolate sauce drizzled round the cup and that was it. Nothing at all. Way too over priced for being tight. And for the waffle must have been 2 Oreos crushed and some sauce, where as last week it was stacked up lush covered with sauce and Oreos. And also half a pot of ice cream😂😂😂 Would rather have the mess in my kitchen then put money in there pockets anymore 🤷🏽‍♀️

On first entering, the reception at the door was non existent. No customer service, just a tall guy looking completely un interested and didn’t utter a word just pointed us to a table. Wow the place is filthy! Seats covered in sticky desserts, table edges encrusted with old food. Cutlery not clean! I looked over towards the counters and the floor in front was thick with dirt, grime and wrappers from chocolate bars discarded. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service- got the order wrong after waiting for 1 hr 40 mins on a deliver that was supposed to take 30 mins. Customer service was all over the place and unhelpful. Recommend that everyone stays away from there and try Heavenly Desserts instead (much better place and better quality of food)

I love what they offer here and i have always left happy. Of course if your feeling a nice sweet dessert then there is nothing better especially in Sidcup. Highly recommended. Got it delivered after a lovely burger.

Well what can I say.... Been dieting.. you know, new year new me crap... and felt like after 21 days of pure starvation I deserved a treat..... honestly straight to desert 😋strawberry indulge crepe extra chocolate of course and a side of soft ice cream...... can’t bloody wait Turns out no soft ice cream with my crepe...
