The cafe is very dated, looks very used and needs bit of love.

Delicious place with polite service and food for reasonable prices and they are very attentive to food allergies.

Staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. The food really was truly bad. Tiny lunch portions that took half an hour to arrive, each thing either over or undercooked, not seasoned, incorrect order brought, every surface was sticky, the floor was filthy (apsolutely filthy with plenty of food smeared into it as well as non discript grime), kids park area outside was tired and for large kids over the age of 10 would have been nice to have at least one thing accessible for diddlies. Wish we hadn't eaten there and will definitely not be going back. The place needs a thorough clean.

Nice break from walking the streets of London. Great service with very friendly staff. I ordered the hot level, which was bearable for me - I may try the extra hot next time.

Really reall awful. What happened to Pret? Been a while since I had a sandwich here and wow, standards have fallen off a cliff. This was literally the worst bread I’ve ever eaten. It was super dry and crumbled into dry bits when chewed, with no flavour. I imagine chipboard tastes something like this. Who cares what the filling was because the bread ruined it. Prets used to have at least reasonably good texture in their bread. Then the general customer experience. Paid extra to sit in. Asked to use the toilet (they used to have one) and told they don’t have one any more. They tried to direct me to other businesses with toilets. What rubbish. My last time in a Prets. A sad state for a company who were so good back in the day.

I took my mum here for her birthday as she was going out with her friends later on, she loved it and was really happy with the service all the staff were amazing! A special shout out to Akgul for making my mum feel special🥹

Doesn't take card...in this day and age!!! Took ages to get served, in the end I gave up. The reason why this place is so bad is because there is not enough competition. If another kebab shop set up and took card, they would go out business immediately.

This is my go to spot for grabbing lunch for work. The chicken Pad Thai is delicious, portion sizes are fantastic and the price is very reasonable considering their location, how much food they give you and how tasty it is. Staff are super friendly, especially if you’re a regular. Make sure to get the app, they do a lil discount reward for loyalty. Also a big shout out to Anna, she’s always so smiley, makes great noodles and generally remembers me when I come in to order. Thanks for giving me a lunch to look forward to.

Amazing food however it depends on who serves you. I’m a regular to this place and I went there yesterday and dependant on who serves you, they do not care about the loyalty you show the company. They rudely don’t care sometimes. At the start they ask you how much salt and vinegar do you want, this worker just put a teeny bit in there and got annoyed when I asked for more.

You can't dine in but it's just basically a pickup service. However, the food is always tasty and top quality

I would never normally review Pret. But the service was so good I can’t not. The manager of it is excellent (not sure his name but tall, English brown hair). He runs a tight ship. The lady next to me asked for specific coffee order and I noticed he went up to her and checked if it was okay - not seen this in Pret before. He was very personal when he served me, asked me about my day. Service with a smile really counts. It just goes to show whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability. It’s hard to bring a personal touch to a chain but he’s doing a stellar job. I’m writing this with the hope the person and his employees get promoted!
