I order pizza and I told him no burn pizza and when I received the order pizza burn very disappointed no received refund

Just ordered two supreme fillet burger meals for delivery, the food come under estimated time and the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks Will order again :)

A while ago their fried burgers seemed one of the best in the city for sure. However as of recent the quality of the fried burgers has gone down slightly. But the service is still good and the servers are respectful. Hoping their fried burgers are back to their usual standard next time I order.

the chicken meal was just grease in a box the box was soaked with grease given me a pizza with mushrooms I didn't ask for that won't be ordering again overpriced to not get order right

Food never arrived chesters has become unreliable they either turn up late with cold food or they don't come at all wont be ordering from here again well done chesters lost yourself a regular customer

Delivery took 1 hr 40 mins and then food turned up stone cold food was nice but cold inormally they deliver very fast

Food is nice, but please give the correct dips! Nearly every time, you don't give what we ask for

Pizza great, chicken and fries also really good. Desserts AWFUL. The donuts should be endorsed by SuperDry. I suspect they are end of day supermarket stock marked up by around 2000% and shoved in a box. It’s a very lazy way to ensure the customer feels cheated.

food was horrible. everything was cold and stale but it arrived 20 minutes early. make that make sense?

Ordered mini bucket and family bucket. I’m happy to give 10/10. Generous portions, freshly fried, crispy and tasty chicken at my doorstep. I did give a little push for asking mini bucket a bit different. Staff gave a bit twist with beautiful aroma and flavouring. It took fried chicken into next level. Highly recommended. Top customer service. Also delivered with care.😍😍

I had a portion of fries missing from my order and requested leg/thigh pieces. instead I got dry breast pieces.

Wouldn’t bother ordering from here there’s no level of customer service I phoned about a missing meal and he told me I had ordered enough I should share and he will catch me next time I told him no to deliver my meal he then swore at me and said “you’re definitely white” you can wait an hour when I already had waited 2 hours he then left me on hold and stated he wasn’t replying to me any more food never come and you have lost a good customer

The take away said the driver is on the way shortly after placing an order, the driver arrived half an hour later, when the take away is 10mins away, he then told me the take away only gave him the food to deliver it 10mins ago. The food arrived cold and soggy

If you would like to get food poisoning this is the perfect place for you, extremely low hygiene, they stack the chicken in a dirty shelf which from the look of it, it is not being cleaned, also the staff don’t use gloves (they use their bare hands to prepare the meals) and don’t wear hair net. On top of that the staff are rude.

Terrible delivery experience placed a order over the phone worker on the phone was terribly rude and refusing to serve me for no reason then proceeded to make excuses of system not working and can’t find our address.Then after 1 hour food arrived was cold hard,chips were half cooked half raw,wings breading was crumbling.Overall had the worst experience

Ordered some snacks in the early hours of the morning after working late and it came half an hour earlier than estimated, the delivery driver was polite and considerate of the neighbours and the food was good quality and still hot. Recommend!

Chips were barely cooked. I ordered 5 strips and only received 3.5 strips. Overall time from order to delivery was 1 hour 50 minutes when the shop is only 5 minutes down the road.
