Great seating area behind the front shop area, nice and quiet with lots of light. Decent selection of food despite it being the lunch rush. Worst matcha latte I’ve ever had anywhere - it was pale grey and I highly doubt contained any matcha, would have asked staff about it but I didn’t have time to stop.

I'm vegan and picked up a so-called vegan hummus wrap, got on my train only to discover it was chicken! They'd been stacked wrongly and the ingredients list is microscopic especially if you're in a hurry to get a train. I couldn't get a refund or exchange at my destination as apparently this is a franchise.

My first time in a Pret A Mange store was almost exactly 30 years ago and the quality is just as good today as it was back then. They simply have the best salads, wraps, baguettes and sandwiches - that's why I always come back when I'm in England. It's a shame that there are no sandwich shops of this quality in Central Europe!

matcha and chai were tasteless and grey-looking

Every single time I come in here the staff are so lovely. Michal and Gabriel always have a smile on their face. I go to this Pret rather than others because the staff are nicer and they always have a good selection of food and pastries.

Worst coffee I had here. The Latte they gave me was of Soy milk and I didn't order with Soy milk. Additional, as this cafe is at train station, they give the Latte in takeaway cups. Hence they didn't foam the milk correctly and it tasted watery and not creamy as it should be. Just because it is served in a takeaway cup doesn't mean it should be give like this. Disgraceful Pret A Manger.

Stopped in to get a coffee for my train journey. Asked for an almond milk latte and was given a cows milk latte which I can't drink. By the time I realised I was already on my platform. For the price you pay I was hoping for something I could enjoy without the risk of public diarrhoea

I came in here a couple of weeks ago, the woman who served me was really rude, she decided to correct my pronunciation of "Mocha" then turned and laughed to her colleague who was making the drinks, unbelievable

Often in here - great place to get some work done - free wifi loads of plug sockets. Came in morning of 26/02/24 and was really impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff were

Very popular cafe with many options for drinks and light bites. Hot and cold food are available. They offer very nice Salads and soups. Staff are super nice and helpful. limited number of seating.

The young girl (blonde hair…wish I’d asked her name) who served me at this place couldn’t have been nicer! She did not rush me when I was undecided about what I fancied…I left with 2 treats - which were very yummy…a cinnamon pastry and one of the festive slices. I felt very valued as a customer and have decided that I will always go out of my way to choose Pret A Manger as my coffee shop in the future because of this experience.

The staff here are amazing! There was a problem with my food and they were so kind and polite about it! Especially the manager, she was fantastic!

I ordered a matcha latte and it arrived looking like green water. It was completely tasteless, no care or effort was put into making this drink. I feel sorry for the barista, she was working alone. But for the price you pay, this is absolutely not acceptable.

Staff are great busy but buzzing love this spot best in the station.

One of the staff members at Manchester airport T2 was extremely rude to me. He was wearing a Barista shirt and started shouting at me without a reason. Please note, I didn't say a word to him before he started shouting . He said he does not like my body language. That is strange. Please get the psychological evaluation of this staff member done. I was fearing physical assault.

Pret you have just quadrupled the score I give to Piccadilly station overall. Quick, efficient service, and a lovely helpful and friendly man (staff member) who carried my tray to my table and then went and got some water for me! With a smile! Made my day, hope this review gets to his manager and he gets a bonus! Around 2pm on 6th October.

When it comes to small brunch to have in any place in the UK or Europe..... We would get potato fries 🍟 anywhere. But When u really want to have food with a healthy option for 10 £ including a coffee then Wraps are the only healthy choice which fills your hunger within your budget.

The people on shift Diego and Navig (sorry if I got your name wrong) were very nice and gave me their last chocolate chip cookie on the house when I really wanted it. Put the biggest smile on my face. 1000/10 service

I must say, the sandwiches at this place are simply superb! They taste fresh and delicious, and you can tell they are made with care. It's my go-to restaurant choice when I need to grab a quick bite to enjoy on the train. The only slight letdown is the coffee, which doesn't quite reach the best-in-class level, but it's still decent enough for a quick pick-me-up. Overall, if you're in a rush and looking for tasty sandwiches to take with you, this spot is a fantastic option.

My favourite coffee and food retailer. Great range of drinks and a good choice of meals. The subscription is fabulous value.

Pret is a chain, but these folks are the best coffee staff I’ve ever had. They’re lovely kind people who always ask after you, and make sure you’re served as quickly as possible. A big shout to Mariana and Morgan who always ask me how I’m doing when I get a mid-work coffee. And they take the time to do the coffee properly as well!

Never really like doing a bad review but this has happened enough times now, great service but bad coffee. Cappuccino looks like this by the time I've sat on the train.

Pret A Manger Unit 3 Concourse Manchester Piccadilly Station, Manchester, M1 2BN Hello. I wish to complain about the way I was spoken to in a patronising manner when I came to tour shop to have a coffee at 7.45 pm on 20th October I wss questioned whether I would be sitting in or out. You had closed an area of the cafe off. I got my coffee with a very awkward assistant who insisted I don’t sit past the wheel barrow used to collect litter and was blocking the seating area off. The assistant was obviously serving someone who they knew before me and was bieng very chatty and helpful to them. They proceeded to go past the barrier and sit in the section that had been cordoned off. I suggest if staff are going to allow thier friends to sit in the closed section they make it slightly less obvious as this can be very grating All customers should be valued and treated equally

Most probably the nicest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I came here on Tuesday morning, and the lady who served me was amazing and so friendly. My breakfast roll was delicious. I have never used Pret A Manger before however I will now be a regular customer ☺️

I’ll set a scene… Boiling hot day in Manchester, commuters all sweating and miserable. Bunch of horrible stuck up arses. Pop into Pret for a baguette and a coffee… Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl” blasting through the speakers Air Conditioning on full blast Staff having a little song and dance with massive smiles It was more than refreshing and I had a little dance with some of the team in there who rewarded me with a cheeky Almond Croissant, a lovely gesture but I was just happy for the cool air and big old smiles Keep smiling guys your cheering a lot of people up ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have different flavours but I prefer their chai latte and moca.

Great service even though very busy, server went above and beyond adding a cookie for a delayed order. Recommend in the absence of any independent station stores.

I love your food and drinks. It is great that you have vegan options! However, I find it very upsetting that when I ask for my drink to be made in my reusable flask you prepare it in a paper cur and then transfer it into the flask. Completely defeats the purpose! Packaging should be improved because there’s too much plastic! I’d be a regular at Pret if these issues were improved on!

Always like the food here compared to any other coffee shop, fresh more options, also healthier. The coffee is also nice. Not much left as was late, to be expected, just before new year I think. Still got a nice fresh baguette and coffee.

Post lockdown. Order taken by cashier only for the barista to give my drink to away to someone else. Having to wait for another and risk missing my train. Not happy at all! They need to improve the order system. How about giving an order number to take a name?

The wifi hasn't worked in two days. Very drafty. The back door doesn't shut properly.

Great choice of quality sandwiches, salads and sweet treats, in a relaxed, quiet and bright corner of an otherwise busy railway station. Just disappointed to pay a significant surcharge on every item if 'eating in', when you're not provided with a plate, drinks glass etc. and everything is still placed in paper bags!

We left a jacket behind on our way to holiday n on train realised we,d left it somewhere,after phoning around they told us they have it n will keep till we pick it up on way home.Trustworthy or wot,thank you!
