Stop microwaving the naan bread! It’s like a biscuit by the time it gets delivered! Stop it! Or I’ll go elsewhere! Apart from that, very nice. You’d get a five if it wasn’t for the above! Stop it!

We have had take seats from every kebab house in Crewe for years and this kebab house has been the only one to date to never get orders wrong and food always consistent and tasty!! It also helps when the delivery driver is really friendly and reliable!!

I don't know if disgusted is enough to describe it, and am not talking about food quality here, but customer service. Food arrived on time(and it wasn't too good), the delivery guy comes and I hand him over the money (some of that money was in loose change) then he leaves. Everything goes smoothly, but then he comes back saying that there ain't enough money, which was impossible cause I counted it multiple times. we then had an argument for over 20 minutes about having enough/not enough money. Then after getting overly frustrated, I counted the money again and it all added up. At the end I didn't even have the strength to argue back that it was a right amount. Seriously if you employ someone, then make sure that he knows how to count. Never ordering again from you.

They charged for delivery when it's under a mile, also forgot my drinks

Absolutely disgusted. I order my food for half 7 as that is when my family are home, however my food turns up at 6. I get home to having cold food even after i warm it up in the microwave it tastes disgusting. Really not impressed.

They're always very good with requests and usually earlier than their expected delivery time which I personally like. They've never got an order wrong for me and my family and we've been going here for years, so I would definitely recommend to anyone. The food quality is very good I never like to order from anywhere else. Helpful staff will assist you in anyway they can when asking for a request over the app or even the phone, and their prices are pretty standard, nothing too pricey for great food. Would highly recommend!

When my order didn't arrive I phoned to see how long it would be, they told me they hadn't received the order and I should contact just eat, just eat confirmed they had received the order and phoned to investigate, they told just eat I had phoned up and changed the address and the order had been delivered. Thankfully just eat gave me a refund but I won't be using Alibaba charcoal grill again, very disappointed with the poor customer service as somebody who uses them regularly.

He estado llamando a Ali Baba Carbón probablemente alrededor de una vez al mes o así desde 2007.La comida siempre ha sido mejor de lo esperado, obviamente calidad ingredientes y preparado a un nivel muy alto.El servicio siempre ha sido rápido, amable y educado y siempre he pensado que ha sido la calidad de la comida y el servicio que me ha mantenido y innumerables personas volver para más comida deliciosa caliente en movimiento!Espero que la gente de los comentarios negativos con una pizca de sal y considerar la mía y las otras críticas positivas, ya que mi única experiencia.

It took an hour and a half to be delivered but only after I called 3 times to chase for it. The driver said he couldn't find the address but nobody phoned me to ask. By the time the food was delivered it was all cold (not even warm).

Pizza was lovely; chips a bit dry but could of just been that batch. Delivery time was 20 minutes though instead of the 1 hour I expected & driver very friendly :)

Chips and donner meat tasted like rubber and I asked for sauce and salad on top and I got none of that. My partners zinger burger was okay but again chips tasted like rubber and he asked for sauce and got none. Really am not happy about this as it hasn't been the first time either.

Chicken wings not good at all, kofte & chicken overcooked on kebab, but can be forgiven as rest of kebab was fab

Las porciones son enormes. sándwich de pollo para morirse!, una pizza y un precio decente. No iría a ningún otro sitio en NANTWICH Rd.

Ordered an £8.40 kebab thinking it would be like other takeaways where u get chips with it. It came in a tray with 2 little bits of chicken and 2 little bits of steak and Donner meat what a joke value for money is really poor plus u can not have a delivery unless u order over £9.90 wtfs all that about.

Ordered a late night takeaway for my mum, sister and myself and didn't eat any of it. Absolutely disgusting. Opened the food and the chips were hard like cardboard, gravy so thick it wouldn't even pour out of the pot. Hot wings that were black and when you looked inside they were revolting and grey. I ordered myself a zinger burger which looked more like road kill on a bun that anything else, it was ,literally a slab of meat in batter so hard it would brake your teeth. I rang them to complain and the man in the shop was rude and shouted at me. He told me that the gravy which was so thick it looked like turd in a pot 'was thick good gravy that means it good' he eventually said on the phone to keep the food and he would send the money back, I asked when this would be just to be told 'whenever' So 40 mins after delivery the guy arrives with our money back, after being told to keep the food (which we binned) the delivery guy asked for our food back, I told him this wasn't the arrangement and he was then told by his boss on the phone to get the money back!! No way!! At the end of the phone call between the delivery guy and the boss, the man in the shop told the delivery guy to tell us not to order again!! No apology or anything. Do Not Order!!
