Food late by 45 mins. No information why..Also had Cheese on Hawaian burger and 1 drink not sent. Food is good but poor accuracy of orders and timing let's it down

Hubby and I like to order from here, sometimes when we’ve come back from a busy day… the kids love the pizza and the chicken strippers are ) yum. Allahuma barek 👍

the chicken burger was under cooked. I took a bite and it was still a bit pink. this is very sad.

Your delivery driver went above and beyond , he noticed the restaurant had forgot our drinks so came back with two he bought from the shop for us! Thank you

they cancelled my next order for no reason. they did that when I was about to receive it after 40min waiting. I'll never order food from them again. time wasters. they was always late and never followed instructions provided when ordering.

I called the restraunt to makesure they put in chilli and mayo with order and they thats fine but it didnt come with the order. The order was late by 20 minutes and the previous time to that it was later by 45 mins but doesnt seem like anything had improved.

My delivery was late up to 45 mins, I was really frustrated as I put my kids to bed by 8pm buy the food hadnt arrived until 8:15 . The restaurant called back after I requested some money back and didnt mention about a partial refund etc.

Belushi restaurant is exceptional! The food is amazing and the tastes are out of this world! The pizza was beautiful and if youve never tried the special mixed grill, then that's a must! The staff are so friendly and polite along with the delivery driver.. The food was still hot and delivered on time! Thank you to all at Belushi.. I'll be sure returning real soon! 👌

Food was ordered at 8:45pm, scheduled delivery for 10pm. More than enough time to prepare and deliver. food was received at half 10. To their benefit, the food was delicious. shame it took so long to arrive.

Good said it would be delivered at 7:40. Then it said it was delivered in on the app. I called the restaurant to ask and they said the driver is five mins away. So I waited unti 7:50 and called again. They said the driver was 5 mins away. So I waited and waited. Tried calling the shop and no answer. I contacted just eat and got a message saying 8:10. Food arrived cold and late. Kebabs were not as expected being a bread base with just meat on top, not what I would consider a kebab.

Excellent tasty food with a variety to choose from. Friendly environment with great customer service. Highly recommended and will definitely be getting my pizzas from here from now on.

Wrong food delivered. Unedable mixed kebab covered in chilli sauce no chicken . Have used this takeaway on and off for years but never will again .Just eat refusing to refund

The customer service always on top. Sometimes they might forget even a extra can they always come back later or give it in my next order. Great tasting food and a good variety 👌

Nearly 2 hours late, requested a refund but they did not want to honour this in the slightest, had to file a report with just-eat in the end. Beware if you order here, you may just end up with low quality food, long delays and no chance of a polite conversation with the restaurant if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Food is nice but a bit oily, however it's well priced. Delivery takes far too long. Fries were also much smaller this time so sizes aren't consistent

Delivery was around 10 mins late however food arrived hot and absolutely tasty, good quality portions and the flavour was amazing. Plenty of choice on the menu, ordered some burgers, mixed kebab, some large samosas and a wrap. Everything was fab 😊

Brother I've ordered from you multiple times and something is always wrong with the pizzas. This time. I ordered deep pan, received paper thin pizza, burnt with sparse toppings.

All they have to do is call and let us know what is going on totally understand if busy but over an hour late tonight called restaurant and kept getting user busy. Food rather cold but usually really good still tasty but not the usual standard. Just let people know please as the poor delivery person gets the wraf x

The delivery person wasn't the issue as food was still hot. The app gave a time which was almost an hours wait anyway and then the delivery came 20mins later. The order was wrong, wrong type of pizzas and chicken strips replaced with chicken popcorn.

Food was OK, I ordered a huge order over £100 worth and restaurant didn't bother with provided any sauces and order came over 30 minutes later the designated timing. Disappointed.

Food came late and was warm and we ordered 3 drinks and only received 2

Food was delivered on time, nothing missing. However the fries were so greasy, as if they were either dipped again in the end or the oil wasn't hot enough to begin with. The pizza could have tasted nice but that was also super greasy, as if that was also dipped in oil. The garlic bread however could have used a little bit of that excess oil, as it was super dry and hard. The delivery driver was very friendly though.

The baguette ordered was not what I asked for There was no options to add all 3 ingredients for the choose your own baguette and it had jacket potato options instead so I added what I wanted on the baguette in the notes section which was not read as we didn’t get what asked for on the baguette Disappointing that the notes weren’t read

Absolute joke. We order from here often as the food is so good but they're always late. Today, when I ordered, just eat said between 30-45 minutes, once I ordered that changed to 60-80 minutes. It took almost 2 hours to come and was missing items. Rang the restaurant multiple times and the phone just rang out over and over. Beyond fuming.

We ordered a kebab in a naan. But ended up with what looked like kebab meat on a pizza base. It came stuck to the lid and didn’t look very appealing. Don’t know if it was because the owner was away in turkey. But not very well presented. We ate the meat but left the bread thing cause it was unreadable

These guys are useless. The food is awful and they are always late by hours. Most of their good reviews on just eat are fake. They have problems with food hygiene and should be shut down.

Pizza was greasy and took ages to arrive.
