Excellent fish and chips, gorgeous fish and freshly cooked, lovely crunchy batter. Thoroughly enjoyed. Fantastic service, and what lovely people. Will definitely be going again. Highly recommended.

Been twice while in area first time brilliant,.. but second time both me & partner got stomach cramps and diarrhea got same meal both times So pay your money take your chance

After not having a pizza from here for years id thought I'd try it out again. Pizza was lovely and the Garlic, herb and cheese stuffed crust can't be beaten, best I've ever had by far! The only reason it's getting 4 stars is because the chicken wings and onion rings weren't the best. Felt like the chicken wings would be far better if they were cooked a little longer to crisp them off a bit, coating was soggy. Service was great and quick delivery. Will use again.

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

This was my second order from Napolis after the 1st order was great. however I wont be going again for the following reasons. The 2nd delivery took 1 hour and 3/4 to arrive after originally being told 1 Hour and 1/4 which was long enough in itself but then to top it off it was stone cold, not warm but stone cold and rubbery. I phoned the manager straight away explaining we could not eat this cold disgusting food and to be honest he was not bothered making all the excuses he could think of without any merit, all he was prepared to do is offer a free garlic bread on my next order which i politely declined and said there will be no future orders. I should have read the reviews, lesson learned.

Won’t be ordering again. No way was this pizza fresh. Clearly frozen, nasty and inedible . The dog turned her nose up, need I say more.

food missing paid for 2 double cheeseburgers and didn't receive them

Only thing that was warm was the burger. Everything else - selects, fries and cheese dippers were cold. Disappointed.
