Subway in Newcastle upon Tyne

Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing) I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself. I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35 Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

I'm very thankful and grateful for the server named Danielle, I was having horrible low blood sugar, and she gave me the cookie I had ordered to eat while my partner and I waited for our sandwiches to be made, and even brought the sandwiches to us as I was too weak to stand, and asked if I was okay as I was leaving. Very, very kind and understanding ❤️

Ordered for collection through Just Eat. Staff told me they are out of stock and I should get a refund from Just Eat. However, when I applied for a refund through Just Eat, they told me that the staff lied to me and they cannot provide me a refund as it was a collection order. Complete fraudulent service from staff!

I got it delivered by uber eats, turns up not toasted at all and stone cold and uncut. awful service

Using the same glove to deal with money and package food. Definitely not safe nor sanitary.

I ordered a ham and newspaper sandwich and my 8 month old child was stolen from my unlocked car while I was ordering. Not only did I not receive newspaper in my sandwich but my order was cancelled because of an accident in the F1 Grand Prix, overall brilliant experience

I ordered 3 foot longs without salad; 2 foot longs witb salad. Food - Ran out of Italian and seeded Bread. Meat was warm, toasted white bread was great. Salad could be more generous as i only got 4 pickles on request; after asking for more she only given me couple more. Big pickle guy. Service - Friendly staff; can improve by asking if i would like more salad. Atmosphere - Quiet; can improve by investing in some background music.

Great staff, friendly. Bit on the small side, but otherwise nice and clean.

Love getting a salad from here. The sub squad and subway app are a big bonus.

Your average subway. There was only one staff member working so although the queue was short, it took a while to get served. It would be nice to see two or three staff on the counter during busy times

Pretty much what you have come to expect from every other Subway and the food is decent, the staff are nice, the prices are alright, and the service is fairly quick

Gave me the wrong person's sub and didn't seem to care when I came back with it, but the sub tasted OK at least.

Very happy with this Subway. The staff are friendly and it didn't take them long to prepare our Nacho Beef Sub exactly how we wanted it.

Después de una noche particular y emocionante con autobuses cancelados y trenes retrasados, pensé que podía confiar en un metro de confianza, pero lamentablemente entro a las 11: 20 para pedir un sándwich solo para ser rechazado por un miembro del personal que dice que estaba cerrado. La próxima vez, cierra las puertas con llave o cambia los horarios de apertura de 11: 30 a 11: 19 para que mis esperanzas no se aplasten cuando necesite un metro. También puede contratar personal que tenga una ética de trabajo para continuar el servicio hasta el cierre.

I LOOOOVE subway and eat at the chain regularly... however the salad at this particular restaurant is always soggy? Eat fresh? I think not.. the staff are mint, no faults there maybe just avoid tomato and cucumber and peppers....

It's always nice to go for a subway once in a while. The Subway Melt is my all time favourite!!! It's quite cheap and service is fast!

Good range with alot of selections. Have some good deals too with the app. Usually pop here on my lunch break

Hace un tiempo que estuve aquí y la tienda estaba buena y limpia. El personal es amable. Obtuve ensaladeras de aquí y allá, las vendé como quería, lo cual es bueno, también tenía buenas habilidades de comunicación. La tienda estaba limpia, lo cual fue bueno. El único inconveniente es que no hay baño si necesitas el inodoro, pero en general la comida era buena.

Mi familia y yo siempre tomamos el metro, ya sea en el desayuno o en la cena, la ensalada siempre está fresca y el personal de pan siempre es encantador, estaba allí el sábado por la noche y dejé mi abrigo en la silla y el muchacho que me atendió vino corriendo tras mí con mi abrigo y quiero agradecerle mucho por que su nombre era Mateo, de la calle Percy. Hay mercado Newcastle xxx

Quick and cheap. Ate a sandwich for £3. Quality is OK. As always when I eat something here. In 20 minutes I ordered, paid and ate.

was at an event and lots of people , this restaruant coped well and was well organised to get us all served and the food and customer service was good

Sabores diferentes do Brasil mas ainda sim deliciosos. Experimente o chicken Tikka (levemente apimentado). Bons preços, mas o espaço é pequeno.

Como una difícil al cliente siempre estoy muy sorprendido cuando el personal no son implementados por mi pedido y lo perfecto. Cada vez que vaya en fin, 12 pulgadas media carne ball media atún picante, queso, 3 encurtidos. 8 jalapeños, pan tostado. Es consistentemente perfecto y siempre estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio que he recibido ... : aunque el personal más atractivo sería una ventaja para la próxima vez?

I really enjoyed the foot long sandwich that i ordered from this restaurant on my way home from work last week. It was superb and value for money with a drink. I will pay a visit again and again in the next few days

unfriendly service !! This girl think that we are asians and treated us badly! We ordered the salad bowl and told her that we want all include except onions but she put just lettuce and onions. When i told her again, she was mad and said that i did not said that and i should've said the right way. She purposely did not close the salad bowl properly . like whattt ??oh u have a particular sentence needed to order at Subway? i order salad bowl many times at different subway store and they understood.

Wanted I write up a quick review so everyone planning on eating fresh knows that this location only accepts cash! There is an ATM across the street. Went into this location. It's very standard really. The veggies and meat were cold and fresh, the bread was starting to stale. No breath taking experience, however I enjoyed my meal.
