Missing items from my meal again like how fick are your staff that they carnt read a computer screen Add on... Just been again a week later paid extra for cheese and bacon on my burger no cheese or bacon. All the time this is happening you staff are brain dead I'm not geting what I am paying for...

Ordered double big Mac with with bacon. Didn't see until I'd drove away, no bacon in the burger. Not the first time it's happened here neither. Always this branch that mucks it up

Standard McDonald's fare, with extra positive staff and quick service even though busy with in person, drive through and delivery orders.

Every single time we order form here they miss out meals I’ve never known anything like it constantly chasing then they say take it up with just eat it’s not just eat who prepare the meals incompetent staff doesn’t matter on the time of the day.

He was rude and demanding and really cheeky my food was fine he refused to come upstairs until i explained i needed him to come up and be refused at first until i said can you come up .because i am disabled

came in on a saturday afternoon and one of the floor staff came up to me and took the food from my tray and spat on my 6 year old child!!! Absolulutley disgusting behaviour i am absolutley livid. she then took my fanta and volleyed it to the other side of the resturant. after complaining to a member of staff i was then verbally asulted. They said that they hope my significant other gets lou gherigs disease.

Waited 25mins for a cup of tea, clearly delivery orders etc take priority as my number stayed at the back of the screen for ages whilst delivery drivers overcrowded the collect area being rude and demanding. Never going back and I feel for the staff who have to put up with what I would class as abuse

Kept changing the delivery time and food arrived cold with drinks missing

when applying the review of my order i had selected to get an amount of my money back and when doing that it has took more money out my account!

Vegan options are always a hit! Love the mc plant burgers and the fries but always have to wait in a bay on the drive-through because they never have any ready for instant pick-up.

Well, the cheese was stuck to the paper because the muffins are so small now! Try making the muffins the size they used to be, then I might actually get some cheese! Delivery driver was great though, thanks.

Each time we visit its organised chaos!! Delivery drivers push past you to get to the front of the queue. They should have a separate area to wait for their orders. Order is usually incorrect. While waiting tonight, 2 orders were wrong, and people weren't happy. Something needs to change.

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The 2 times we've been was the same experience, we pre ordered on the app and went to the drive thru expecting it to be ready, but we were then asked to wait in a bay, first time was half an hour and the second time was 15 minutes. They got our drinks wrong and when the food eventually arrived there were 2 items missing.

I ordered my food an hour before it arrived everything is stone cold and chips are not eatable the delivery driver couldn’t take my instructions when he called he kept driving on to other streets and was u able to follow instructions I’m very unhappy with the quality of the food it is completely cold the ice cream is liquid

Food was cold. The driver sat in his car playing with his phone rather then getting out and ringing the buzzer which has an overhang as shelter from the rain. After watching him not knowing who it was I exited the building. He said are you no 52 to which I replied yes and you're sitting in your car letting my food go cold. So no tip!

Burgers wraps were fine I just wish you would stop putting salt on the fries seriously you are going to regret it one of these days ours went straight in the bin just couldn't eat them for the salt, it's not funny at all its a waste of food and money.

Loads items missing , the problem is you order something you fancy to eat and then they missed totems and can not send the driver back . So just offer a refund , that isn’t good enough
