They always deliver to the wrong address despite instructions

Never delivered my food probably stole it

No dips even tho it required me to, no sauce and chips are cold

I didn’t get a straw there was brown stuff in my coke then there was no sauces either and my McFlurry wasn’t there either

It said it was delivered but it never showed up

Everything is stone cold ice cream has melted ordered at 13.42 just arrived at 14.45 absolutely appalling service

My coke was spilt all over leaking through the bag and the food was cold

Instead of pickles yous have put a tiny couple of scraps of lettuce on both quarter pounders , ASKED FOR EXTRA PICKLES BY THE WAY , and it’s pia stone cold

Why do McDonald’s horde the dips? Do your staff get bonuses for how many dips are left at the end of shifts? Who’s your gatekeeper of dips? Could they possibly let some dips loose once in a while.

large mcflurry had the exact same amount of ice cream by weight as the small one, and drinks about 2 inches from the top no where near filled, are McDonald's trying to get people to order from burger king as seems they trying to give less product for the same high price

The food was good, however, a vanilla milkshake was ordered and we receive a banana milkshake which was not then consumed as no one liked this milkshake favour and therefore was placed in the bin.

2x quarter pounder burgers missing and a medium fries

Ordered my food at 4pm and it came at 5:20 freezing cold and stale with no salt on chips or sauce on burger. Absolutely terrible service.

I used to work within a mcdonalds franchise and I am sorry but I paid for a large 9 nugget meal and have recited a small portion of fries inside the large fries holder and 8 nuggets

The service in the drive through was terrible we had to sit in the car park for 30 minutes and had to go in but they saw us come in and we saw them start to assemble our food , not a drive through.

delivery driver couldnt find address so rang me, was rather rude. told him where address was and came out to meet them as he drove past and left. tried to ring back but delivery driver must of blocked my number. now i have to try and get a refund.

Got served really quick, by the nice friendly staff on the drive through. Food was hog and my little girl was happy with her meal.

Some items were missing when my Order came my medium size Minecraft meal Big Mac did not turn up

all correct and packaged well. delivery driver was quite rude though and asked me to come out to meet him at his car. I said no. needs retrained.

(1) Missed off an entire meal - a kids happy meal. How low can you stoop, especially at tea time. (2) Poorly secured lids, meaning the drinks leaked all over the bag. (3) Food was freezing.

The slowest McDonald’s have ever been in, the store was dead, 3 orders in front of us and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food, it’s not been the first time either, however this time the food arrived hot for a change.
