McDonald's in Newcastle upon Tyne

Visited tonight and placed our order to takeaway The restaurant was very busy with alot of people waiting for there food. Which is understandable on a Saturday evening (7p.m) We waited over 20 mins for our food. We ordered meals not ' happy meals' and 2 our of the 4 chips were small/ happy meal chips and not imfact medium chips. The other chips were supposed to be 1 medium and 1 large both were very sparse/ small portions in the medium pouches you get. This was a bit disappointing to say the least as we paid for medium chips not small ones. Think the restaurant had run out of the proper pouches you get. Other than that we all enjoyed our meals and will be back as we love a cheeky mcdonalds 😋

Why is it the food stone cold when you get specially when they deliver somewhere else first. Also been out for 25 mins already still waiting

This McDonald’s is genuinely disgusting, they barely use hair nets & Don’t use gloves when handling food, me and my girlfriend got the same meal we always do and our chips were cold. Not even warm just cold, then the Diet Coke she got which she ALWAYS gets tasted disgusting. 🤢 like oasis and coke mixed together, my LARGE coke was half empty ,no ice even though I asked for ice? My quarter pounder looked like a bite was already taken out of it… my dad asked for 4 sugars for his coffee… got one!!! Not to mention the cheese melts being gone from the bag even after paying for them!!!!! Terrible service, not a nice restaurant.

Item was missing, not fully refunded for it, and no contactable customer service... absolute rubbish.

Ordered a meal last night, big tasty meal with cappuccino . Friend ordered same time. Hers arrived quickly. Mine didn't. I went to the counter, tried to catch someone's attention, they always prioritised the delivery drivers and basicay ignored me. Finally got someone, handed over my receipt, they disappeared for a few minutes, no update, receipt never returned. Finally came back, told me it was coming in minutes, 5 mins later, still no update. Then they had an issue with the coffee machine despite at least 1 cappuccino being given ahead. More time wasted. They finally delivered my order 20 mins later. No explanation even tho they'd clearly given my original order to someone else, nothing to make up for it. Staff seemed to prioritise the delivery drivers over the customers, even in queues ignoring me for a delivery driver who'd just arrived. You don't expect top rank service from a mcdonalds, but this is the worst I've ever seen. Will never go back.

Worse meal I've been served in a McDonald's

Extremely disappointed with my missing items. Picked take away from the store and once came home, found out that my items are missing. Calling them is waste of time, they aren’t accepting anyway.

Cold food. Goodness knows why I thought it would be a good idea.

I ordered few Happy meals for my son's birthday party and I had a very bad experience with the service and management. I called them a week in advance, emailed them very clearly about the order and time for pick up. I called them on the same day, two hours before to remind them but unfortunately when we went to pick up, the order wasn't ready for 20 meals and anyone who is reading this review can understand, how this must have escalated my anxiety and effected those kids, who were waiting for the food. On the top of this, they forgot to provide fruit shoot with the meals. Absolutely unprofessional. I went to them afterwards to give feedback and i would like to say that manager was apologetic but that didn't help my anxiety at that time. He refunded my money for fruit shoot but despite this, I wouldn't recommend to use there service and I will definitely not use them for future.

Rude night manager. There is no customer service whatsoever. The store doesn’t care about product qualaity. I bought a breakfast meal with toffee nut coffee, but there was not enough test of toffee nut. I went back to let them know about it, but the manager said you ordered a large coffee where we put three pumps of syrup only; that's why it won't test that sweet 🤷‍♂️what sort of explanation is that. The manager needs customer service training, and management needs to understand the customer's voice and correct mistakes so that you maintain your product qualaity as per standred.

The chicken selects I ordered were absolutely MASSIVE and the curry sauce LOW-key slaps. They TAPER the seasoning perfectly so the flavour just doesn’t FADE

You leave a comment saying it’s flats and they still go to every house around the area food cold and missing items

couldn't find address despite leaving written instructions on the order. then a 5 min call directing driver

there was no barbecue dip even though it was paid for and the delivery drive wants a code to hand the food over?

I ordered McDonald’s online through Uber eats and my driver said that it isn’t even in Mac Donald’s system I waited an hour

Note for delivery driver, avoid to take delivery by mcdonalds because of there drinks mostly get splits, as well they waste your too much on every delivery even in working days. The staff is too lazy and always have fun with eachother and managers dont even give a shit.

It didn’t tell the delivery driver my house as it is wrong on the map! I had to go and meet the driver out of my own home. Fix the map

over 1 hour late and cold missing 2 large oasis food didn't taste as usual fries always cold never hot like used to... chicken select taste burned i guess for the oil that hasn't been changed.... is against the rules... used to be very nice but not anymore I think that was mmy last time ordering from here.........

No issues with the delivery person but the food was cold, not sure why it was delivered from Kingston Park when West Denton is closer.

Waited an hour and a half for order to be delivered only to have Items missing from order. I would point out the actual delivery took less than 10 minutes and the delay was clearly in the restraunt.

I am absolutely appalled by this service! Ordered my food at 5:30, food didn’t arrive until 8.20! Everything was cold, and we didn’t receive any drinks. The driver was extremely rude and was no help at all!! I want a full refund, will not be coming back here.

tell you this 2 happy meals missing an to fries missing plus when I rang Kingston park McDonald's they just kept putting phone down on me will never over a McDonald's again that's a few times something goes wrong!!

had to walk to an alternative address to locate the delivery driver as he went to the wrong address. he then asked for the delivery code before I even found him. it took him ages to turn up to and the food was freezing by this time

The delivery driver initially went to the incorrect address to begin with, and when he did deliver our order the drinks had spilled all over in the bag, one of the drinks had completely tipped over and covered all the other items in that bag. Extremely disappointed with this delivery driver, no apology or care taken with our food order. Never had an issue with driver not being able to find our address before and order from Kingston Park Mcds regularly.

Thank you to McDonalds Kingston Park who served our full meal in sub ten minutes. I can’t leave another bad review for the Stamfordham Rd branch who served me a half finished meal and then took over one hour when I went back with a voucher to use for my shoddy service the first time. Using this branch from now on and if any of the staff are thinking of getting a job at Stamfordham Rd my advice is avoid avoid avoid. Well done KP!

Talk about hype, Just had a Mc Rib. What a waste of money, it tasted like it was microwaved. Could have got equivalent at Aldi for just over a quid. Definitely won't happen again.

got order wrong and were dismissive and unhelpful when I called them, saying it was Just Eat's fault they forgot to put in 2 boxes of chicken nuggets, but included fries and drinks from the meals. Typical McDonald's though. Ordered from this restaurant a few times, and they've mucked up every single order.
