Food was delivered within 20 mins and staff went above and beyond to help with a problem.

Gone down hill that place has, use be best place go to few years back. Food and service terrible, missing items, don’t get your order right.

Its been more than a year now i am having food from chilli jacks best food so far amazing taste especially best pizza and peri chicken in stoke and staff is really friendly highly recommend

Our food was hot delivered quickly, tasted lovely, would highly recommend them to anyone. Been having deliverys from them for years best chips and loads of mayonnaise when asked for. Can not fault them in any way. Keep up the good work guys.

We order from here on an almost weekly basis and omg they never disappoint. Quick delivery and fresh, bloody delicious food! Tonight we ordered for a few of us watching the football and everyone said how nice the pizza was… garlic margarita, you won’t be disappointed 👌🏼

Tikka sandwich is a "wet" kebab with tikka pieces full of flavour, a nice soft naan and fast delivery. Delicious and highly recommended

Shocking just recently. Use to be really good but going down hill very fast.

We ordered his quarter pounder meal with a pizza and one kebab. They sent us two kebab and forgot to send quarter pounder. We called him and he refused to believe, and ask to send picture we sent him pictures, he then first sent a person to collect the wrong order and after 30 mins he sent someone with quarter pounder. The quarter pounder lack cheese and salad, than we call him again, on which he refused to accept his mistake and said we order it like that, which was a balatant lie. We went to their shop and returned the burger.They did not apologise neither offer a refund for the burger. Will not recommend it.

Been there a number of times and have never had a bad meal. The staff are always friendly and polite. Prices are very reasonable

I've been a chilli jacks customer for years (used to go delicious previously), now chilli jacks close when they want, the portions have shrunk and the chicken, well . .. nothing like it was 🤷🏻‍♂️ sorry lads, the competition is fast on your heels.... And what you now offer is mediocre

Really bad used these for years stopped ordering after a bad experience tried again after 6 months order missing food the chips and nuggets were fried in old oil watered down sauce never again.

Chicken was cold ordered tub chilli sauce which they denied 🤷‍♀️won’t be ordering again very disappointed

Imagine taking delivery orders and payment... not delivering food or answering phone multiple times for hours and then at 2am have someone banging on the door when you're in bed. For 15 solid minutes and even trying handle. Don't use, unreliable, unorganised and unprofessional

Worst meal I've ever had, 6 pieces of meat (very small) hardly any salad. Wedges cooked to their death.. Chicken wings nice and they get the star.. I know times are hard and this was a treat that was so bad never again.. I wasted my money

How disappointing! In our opinion it doesn't even warrant one star!!!! £14 for two kebabs. One chicken tikka and one mixed chicken. We asked for the mixed chicken to be served without the bread. They literally took away the bread, most places would serve it with extra salad. The tikka kebab had half a slice of cucumber and a thin slither of tomato. It comes across as being extremely tight! Wouldn't recommend at all! I'd rather spend £5 at Hartshill chippy!

My go to chilli jacks was the hanley branch, but i was recommended by a friend to try the newcastle chilli jacks, telephone service was excellent, food arrived quicker than expected, and ive got to say i was shocked to recieve the quality of the customer service down to the food everything was spectacular well done chilli jacks newcastle, keep it up!

Absolutely love this place to the point that when I moved I got delivery! No other take away beats Chilli Jack's in Newcastle! Polite and well mannered lads that serve me and cook my food to perfection!

Absolute disgrace during these current covid restrictions i can walk into your takeaway and not one single member of staff wearing a mask, served by a male, no mask, no screen, disgrace. Delivery drivers in and out also no precautions taken. Council should be made aware and dealt with.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Have a delivery time of 40 mins. After an hour snd 25 not arrived. Chased, was told it was just leaving the door and the reason it was so long was because they had nothing to deliver in our direction. 30 mins later still no food delivered.

Had from them few times now and always good food love the Oreo fudge cake going to miss them when I move away

Pedimos pizza y 2 pasteles de chocolate que llamamos quince minutos más tarde y dijeron que estaba en camino, luego volvimos a llamar y dijeron que estaban a punto de tocar, así que caminamos y pasaron por delante de nosotros, así que estuvimos de guardia y les dijimos esperar porque estaban junto a nosotros, luego siguieron conduciendo, luego tuvimos que quedarnos de guardia y decirles la dirección varias veces cuando les dijimos que pasaran por las obras en la carretera y seguían diciendo que no se puede obtener Pasado el tiempo, tuvimos que decirles que esperaran allí y tuvimos que caminar hasta ellos y cuando llegamos eran 45 minutos y la comida estaba fría.

Relli disappointed with chilli Jack's I asked for my food to be delivered at 22.30 and it come 1 hr early relli wish I did not order from them now not happy at all why wife is at work until 10pm and now she will come home to cold food proper joke why deliver my food at 9.15 when i clearly asked for it to be delivered at 22.30 good mind take this food back to them. Had a takeaway from here tonight and can't rate it highly enough. From the guy taking my order, didn't hurry me in any way, to eating the delicious food itself. My 5yr old grandson had a cheeseburger and fries, I had the steak kebab which was the best I've ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it didn't break the bank. Also food arrived well before time given. Will be ordering again. Thanks guys.

Super disappointed, had from here before usually at work never before had any problems however first time ordering to my home address and my fillet has been deep fried at least twice and my partner found a huge long blonde hair in amongst his chips 🤮

Regularly use Chilli Jack's. Always lovely food and delivery time is usually very good if you do a phone order. The pizzas are great value when you compare prices to the so called big chains. Just as tasty and great value. Definitely recommend this place

Yesterday me and my boyfriend ordered from this takeaway. My partner ordered a large doner kebab and I had a full peri peri chicken with Nan bread and we shared the chips. I actually thought it was tasty and decent value for money. However I asked for medium for my chicken and we both thought it was spicy. For the last two days I have been suffering with sickness and what can only described as 'volcanic eruption in the toilet'. So for this incident I can't recommend unfortunately :(

Just had a delivery from chilli jacks , went straight in the bin chicken dry chips rock hard it's not even worth 1 star

We ordered the variety box that came with nuggets, "spicy" chicken, fried chicken and chips as well as the burger with donner meat and mozzarella, and two milkshakes (skittles and crunchie). Not worth the 20 quid spent. Chips and burger bun soggy, burger meat cheap, donner meat bland, fried chicken dry, nuggets tasteless, wings bland. These milkshakes wouldn't bring any boys to the chilli yard, whatever flavour they advertise the milkshake as is wrong, mostly just cream with generic ice cream for flavour.

Lamb kebab,!!! Sorry so called lamb very tough!! Try Dog kebab.!!! Terrible. Value your stomach contents then AVOID !!!

Used a lot over last few years, slowly the quality has dropped, and won't be using again. It's a real shame. Wish I could post a picture from last night to demonstrate.They cannot send correct orders and so you pay extra for something and it's not provided, only offer to resend whilst everything else goes cold. However, that doesn't work both ways as we were once told the system hadn't charged us correctly and they demanded an extra pound at the door! They need to carefully check orders before they go out, you constantly expect the wrong delivery.

Orders food on Wednesday night, I had a donner wrap...found out I had food poisoning yesterday constantly throwing up and very dehydrated. I also had a holiday planned which I was meant to go to yesterday but I couldn’t due to being so poorly. Never had an issues before but I deffo won’t be ordering again

My son got charged £18 for 3 milkshakes,chicken nuggets and onion rings, when he called to ask where his pizza was he said he didn't order one even though it was read back to him 3 times, then he called my son a prick... Vile horrible place AVOID!!!

The 10 mins late wasn't the bad part it was the fact that it took over an hour for them to make and deliver two milkshakes, some fudge cake and a box of popcorn chicken! The food was mediocre and definitely not warm, and the delivery guy didn't even say a single word to us when we opened the door. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Chicken tikka kebab was lovely , curly fries had been in the fryer half an hour to long , burnt to a crisp . Kebab made up for it.

I could only give half marks for restaurant service, the guy on the phone was very good and helpful (sent us a new pizza out) but the drivers were awful, pizza came squashed to one side of the box initially. Fudge cake was substituted with ice cream and I only got told at the door, we also got given the wrong drink. Can't be putting my earnings into something like this. Apologies.
