Santinos in Leeds

Won’t be ordering again. No way was this pizza fresh. Clearly frozen, nasty and inedible . The dog turned her nose up, need I say more.

Food arrived 20mins late, (tip halved) driver didn’t even get out of the car and beckoned me to collect it from his passenger window, not a problem but tip now taken away completely. Food was cold, expected given the late delivery, portions are significantly smaller, no salad on the burgers, food just generally bland. Filled a gap but didn’t enjoy it. Been using Santinos for years, time to find a new takeaway!

Used these for quite some time but never again. I don’t usually do reviews but couldn’t find an email address to complain to! Portion sizes were tiny and hardly no cheese on the chips. So disappointing considering the cost. Only upside was it was a quick delivery

I always have food from here. It is soo good and very yummy. You can always trust santinos when u want a great munch. BEST TAKEAWAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!

never had bad food from here, sometimes delivery can be a little temperamental and sometimes it says “too far to deliver” but i think that is more down to covid & them not being able to have many drivers working, but drivers are always polite, food is always still hot when it arrives and it’s great value for money. lovely food!!! i think the other reviews are being harsh, if you order from a distance then your food might not be as warm but that’s on you - not the takeaway. always look forward to ordering from here (we order from uber eats and there is never a problem)

Ordered last night as we have done on a few previous occasions. Food arrived hot and was delicious but a 2 hour wait for delivery is not acceptable and will definitely put us off from ordering again.

Shocking from start to finish, ordered on Deliveroo, the order ended up taking 45 minutes longer than it said it would. The driver couldn’t find us at all in Leeds city centre????? When I answered the phone to him I was greeted by swearing and basic bad manners. When the food arrived it was crushed and very poor quality. Thankyou to Deliveroo for getting us our full refund as it was shocking. Avoid

We ordered a variety of pizzas and they were delicious - still hot on arrival and very tasty. Would recommend them for delivery (they brought it to us in LS14). Took a while longer than was originally told but given the current situation, it is understandable.

We have used this takeaway for a few years and our normal order is burgers/kebabs. We fancied a change on Friday and order a curry. We ordered 2 starters, one of which we put straight in the bin. The curry was like it had been frozen and just microwaved. The Nann bread and popadoms tasted like they were just straight out of the packet. Ended up putting it the bin and having some toast. Total waste of money.

Delivery time - I ordered my food to come for a specific time and it came 40 mins early, once i got my delivery i noticed that an item was missing so had to phone the place and ask for it. The driver came back and apologised. Restaurant service - Helpful with getting my missing item back.

Ordered from Santinos for years, but last few months they've gone downhill. They're close by, so delivery is always quick, but the food - always used to be superb, but last few orders the chicken has been awful. This order had a portion of peri peri chicken chunks and ALL were inedible. Tasted dry, bad taste, as though it was yesterday's chicken heated in a microwave. Not good. Chips and kids burgers were all ok, just the chicken was bad, but that's been a theme for the last few months. Sorry Santinos, cheap shortcuts have cost you a regular customer - won't be ordering from you again.

They didn't deliver the corn that I ordered poor

Pizza and chips were all fresh and very hot! Very quick delivery, better than on previous occasions. We did stop ordering from here for a while due to the food being poor but on this occasions we had no choice and were pleasantly surprised. Great job, back on top!

I ordered a Diet Coke and was given a coke and a red bull shortly after I was shaken with fear because of someone banging on my door and windows for 10minutes constantly I had my baby with me and I was shaking with fear I didn't k ow who it was I was terrified that at 10pm someone would be banging on my doors and all windows so aggressively for no reason I could think of. My neighbour rang me to say it was the takeaway at my door. So went to the door and shouted at him and asked what the hell he was doing all that for I made it clear to him that I had my 1 year old daughter in the room and she was screaming cos of all the banging he was doing. He said he didn't mean to be rude. But someone banging on all mum windows and door for over 10mins because he gave me the wrong drink is absolutely disgusting I've never been so angry in all my life. He had me and my baby terrified for over 10mins. He could of rang me I thought it was someone trying to get in my house or to scare me. There was no need to do what he did and I will never order from there again. He didn't even apologise and it was his mistake not mine. I'm never ordering from santinos again and when I rang the takeaway back they didn't apologise Nd they wasn't no help what so ever and by the time all the banging had stopped and he took the drink my food was cold and I had I calm myself and my daughter down. HOW DARE HE BANG ON MY WINDOWS AND DOORS AT 10pm RUDE HORRIBLE PERSON. NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER I WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE I KNOW OF WHAT HAPPENED TONIGHT AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT ORDER FEOM AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT THINKS IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO MAKE MISTAKES AND TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS FOR HAVING ME ANS MY BABY TERRIFIED BANGING LOUD ANS AGGRESSIVELY FOR OVER 10mins ON MY WINDOWS AND DOOR WHEN HE COULD OF RANG MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IM A SINGLE MUM LIVING ON MY OWN WITH MY BABY. Solid takeaway. Got two wraps and asked for a 2nd meat in both of them and they gladly obliged. Food was as good as ever. Not my local but definitely now my regular

As I have never ordered from here I thought I would give it a go from people's reviews but unfortunately I can not agree :( First of all had no carrot cake at all all had left was one slice of chocolate cake at 6.48 bad stock take there , arrived late without my pizza had to wait another 30 minutes for it , order a crunchie milkshake not sure what it was defo wasn't that as been pregnant could not drink that ! Really un happy and disappointed guys !

Chips and cheese were superb! Lots of cheese and it had been melted over the fries. Calzone tasted nice and fresh too! Delivery driver arrived quickly and was very polite and chatty. Would dedinitely order from again.

One of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. Got recommended so I thought I'd try it but I will not be ordering from here again. £12 spent and could only eat 2 slices. Disgusting.

I've just ordered half peri peri chicken but disappointed that I've just paid £6 and u don't even get chips with it. The food is always lovely as I order regular but think it's abit dear when other places u can get that and can pick a side. Apart from that food great

Usually happy but was rubbish today. Paid extra for extra chilli sauce got a pot with a dribble In like it had been scraped out of the bin and the kebabs had none on! Came with salad after saying no salad.

Two pizzas both cold when arrived. Chicken pizza was really bland and they didn't really put hardly any toppings on either pizza. The kids meal was acceptable.

Unless it's word for word on the menu you can't have it. I once called for a special Kebab in a pitta for the missus not a nam, which by the way I had ordered numerous times, on this occasion she told me they don't do it, I explained ok it's a tiny bit of the menu but you have done it b4 many times, miss customer service UK was having none of it and hung the phone up. I shot round, instead of attention to customer detail I got a mouth full. I always used this place regular but since that award winning customer service day I have not touched this place with a barge poll. Anyway there is a smashing new place called Kola a couple of doors down now who could teach great customer service skills like maybe a smile to start.

Yet again asked for no salad with burger and it arrived with salad. Nice food, they just don't pay attention to the notes.

i always order from these, i have ordered from other places before but never tastes this good. Takes a while to get here but worth it in the end.

Replaced items on my order without any warning. They claim that they tried to contact me but they didn't. When I called to query the order they we're very rude. The food is also very plain and boring. Well over priced for what we got. Avoid this takeaway at all costs. Manners and courtesy cost nothing.

My partner rang to order a takeaway and all I can say is that the woman that answers the phone needs to go on a course to brush up on her customer services!!! So rude!!! I wouldn't mind but there are much better takeaways in the area too!! A local takeaway like this that have regular local people ordering from them need to appreciate the custom that local people bring to their business or they wouldn't last 2 minutes. When my partner asked to speak to the owner she said no!!! Never had this kind of treatment from anywhere ever!!...I suggest if you receive the same treatment don't give them your money!!

Fantastic freshly cooked food. Speedy delivery with friendly service . Had mixed grill to start with. It was massive!! Chicken tikka kebab to follow .the pitta bread delicious and stuffed full with juicy chicken tikka and fresh salad. Would definitely recommend.

Always Enjoyed the curries but I wasn't impressed to discover it no longer comes with any thing like chappatis. Can't justify spending nearly 6 quid on just curry then having to spend more on a side. Until you sort it out I'm no longer ordering from you so I guess I'll have to find a new curry house.

Absolutely delicious food delivered within 20minutes of ordering. I would definitely order again. The juicy Lucy burger is fantastic, and the wings are perfectly marinated and cooked. Thank you to the driver who actually made the effort to come up the stairs at our flat to deliver it to the door.

We always use Santinos and have used them for the past 7 years but for the last few orders they have forgotten items, missing food and drinks. This time a can of 7Up. Might not seem much but when it happens every order it becomes a bit ridiculous. We phoned up the last time it happened and the lady on the phone was rude and obnoxious. Gave them another chance but don't think we will be anymore.
