Overcharged a ridiculous amount and it wasn’t a mistake either as this isn’t the first time. Will not be using again.

Stewart and myself had Fish n Chips with Curry Sauce everything was Cooked Fresh only waiting 8 to 10 minutes but that's not a problem for a Quality Meal and that's just what we got and it was well worth it after fishing for 3 days at H's Lake and just what was needed before our long drive back to Derby

Terrible, Pizza was so greasy and way too expensive for what you get! Reminded me why I don’t come here overall disappointed and the cheesy chips are awful it werent cheesy chips it was cheese ON chips.

Waited about 20 minutes to get a portion of fish and chips this evening. I've recently moved back to the area having lived in Brundall as a teenager. The fish and chips here used to be excellent. I'm guessing it's changed hands as the shop looked dilapidated, signs for cash only everywhere which just looked tacky and crass and after the long wait the fish was burned, as in the batter was black on the outside, I've never seen that before in my life. I even worked in a chippy for years as a teenager and never once saw burnt batter. That's my first and last trip in a long time I think.

The food was really tasty. We created our own wrap and we could taste every single ingredient. One problem was we ordered white wraps and they ran out but whole meal wraps did not change the taste. The atmosphere was good. It was not really busy and the outdoor sitting was well cleaned.

Sorry to say the wrap we had was full of gristle in the meat and salty. The garlic bread was dry and overcooked. Both ended in the bin

Good honest kebab and fish and chips, always cooked fresh. Reasonably priced and nice staff.

Service is horrible! Waited 2 hours for a fish supper and a burger, rang an hour and 15 mins into waiting for them to tell me it’s being sent out now…. Continued to wait another 45 mins to then be spoke to like dirt by the delivery man because I asked for some form of compensation. First time ordering and will never order again didn’t receive my food either delivery man took the food out of my hands jumped into his car and sped off. Tried ringing back to the shop to speak to the boss but my calls were ignored.. unfortunate as this was a half decent chippy at one point & time :/

Ignore all the 4-5 star reviews! This place is awful! Very lazy staff who put you on hold for ten minutes before taking your order and very slow at getting the food ready! Uneducated staff, can’t even spell properly on the menu board and the food is very bland. It has went downhill badly!

1st time eating here, food was really nice, 8 of us ate and we all liked it, we will be coming back, the only downside was the gaint divide they have in the shop..

Thought I’d give them a go after years of not eating there, especially after reading comments and seeing they were under new ownership, but they are Ok at best. Definitely not a 5 or 4 star takeaway. Ordered a number of times now, and portion size is good, and the price is on par with others, but the food is nothing special. 3 out of the 4 orders have had stale sides even when mentioned to them. Also found the phone manner a bit abrupt when calling to check progress. Definitely much better Chinese style takeaways up town.
