Excellent in every way. Delicious food (steaks) & cocktails. Fabulous, friendly service. Lovely decor & music. Absolutely no complaints & highly recommend.

Last night the cafe held a special Valentine Italian Nite. Wow, what a lovely evening. The food, service and singer were all amazing. If you get a chance and see a future event being held go. It’s important to support local businesses otherwise they wont survive.

This is a fantastic cafe. Been coming here for years with the family. Every time the food and service is superb. The welcoming and friendly Anna is an asset to the place. Wouldn’t be the same without her. Looking forward to next time. Odi.

Excellent fish and chips - always reliable. Go 3 or 4 times a year - usually end up taking half the fish home. Equally enjoyed fish in batter and in matza meal, and grilled plaice also delicious.

I have been going here for over two decades now. The food is always fantastic, the portions are large and the family who owns it always seem friendly and polite.

I would say 5 out 5 for everything. From the atmosphere to the staff and more importantly the food. We had some great recommendations from the staff and also tried some other selections too. We weren't disappointed, everything was tasty, especially the recommendations. The staff really knew what we wanted and suggested some great dishes. I will definitely be going back with family and friends as there are plenty of dishes that I still want to try out!

ABSOLUTELY recommend Diaar, the food is so good the price is reasonable and portions are big! The place is so clean and the customer service is very friendly 😊

The staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. No courtesy, no smile, condescending comments, raised voice and never accept their miserable. The jug of water they keep are filthy and absolutely unhygienic. Extremely awful!! I am utterly dissatisfied!

Situated on Stanmore hill opposite the Abercorn. Limited parking outside but available further up the hill. Very friendly staff quickly showed us to our table. As the restaurant is quite small reservations are advisable Food was delicious and well presented. Definitely a very good dining experience Would definitely revisit Cannesdid ...... surfingsyd

One of the top spots for authentic Indian cuisine in the area. The food is outstanding—highly recommend the Potato 65, Paneer makhni, and even the mock meat dishes, which are surprisingly delicious. Service is exceptional: professional, fast, and friendly. There’s on-site parking, a solid selection of drinks, and prices are reasonable. A definite 10/10 from me. Just make sure you have a reservation for the weekends, you know they’re doing things right when they’re always full!
