Yoko Sizzlers in Harrow

High hopes for this place.. when the starter arrived it was small for the price.. The sizzlers were piping hot and looked good. Disappointing the veg sizzler had 1 cutlet.. rest full of veggies, for the price you pay surely 2 cutlets should be in the portion. When asked the waiter if the sizzlers were worth sharing or not, it was a shrug not really sure. We ordered starters which wasn’t worth it either. The atmosphere was diabolical. No background music, zero atmosphere. Could hear a pin drop, disappointing for a birthday dinner. Reservation mentioned birthday yet nothing special was done. Service was next to none. 3 tables. 1 waiter. Had to go looking to order food and pay bill. Paid the service charge but shouldn’t have. Would I go again. Not really. Totally dead in there. Looks like a posh place but not lively in the slightest and dead silent. Shame as the food is half decent. But not worth the price.

The ambience is good . The steward who took the order was very good clear and perfect . Only why did they charge 20 % tax was not good,above that service charge I agree. The food was excellent as I am from Mumbai whenever I visit Mumbai it’s the place I love to go for dinner one evening now it’s In London so no more wait.

Excited to see Yoko in Stanmore and booked it for a special evening. Whilst they do not serve cocktails or alcoholic drinks, the menu more than makes up for it. Authentic sizzlers reminiscent of the original Santa Cruz restaurant that we have been visiting for ages whilst in Mumbai. Really great staff and service in a lovely setting. Finished off the meal with a sizzling brownie sundae which is a must have.

Great place to visit if you like good Indian flavours in sizzlers. It is an amazing place to visit. Food was beyond expectations. It is a must try place. Vishwa and Dhruvi were the best.

Let me start with the positives. The food is undoubtedly a delight and a great concept. The portions are very generous, hence excellent value for the money. Even the ambiance is very good both for a family or larger groups. Yes, the matter has been promptly resolved after escalation to the higher authorities. A bit of staff training would benefit the business better. For 2 months the staff neither addressed the situation nor directed it to someone who could.

Horrible place. There’s no AC, no exhaust to take the smoke, food or drenched in oil, burnt meat, over seasoned with cumin, no salt, sauces covered in thick layer of oil. Dirty furniture, slow staff.

My family and I went for Friday night dinner and we really enjoyed it. Every time we go to Mumbai, Yoko Sizzlers is on our list of restaurants to go to and this London branch did not fail to deliver. It was pretty much spot on. They’ve have got the chefs from the Mumbai branch and brought them here so consistency in menu and taste is pretty much the same. Portions sizes are perhaps a little smaller but for the price we thought it was great. Great options for both non-veg and vegetarians and really loved the chocolate sizzling brownie. The restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, but that didn’t hinder our experience at all. The hospitality was great, Dhruvi did a great job and my family and will definitely be going back! I think restaurant has a great atmosphere for families and friend get togethers.

Had high expectations because in Mumbai it was a very good experience-delicious food, big portion. But in Stanmore portion was small, seafood sizzller- fish over cooked as it was thin fillet. As the sizzller is very hot bottom rice chargrill and not edible.so suggested to follow same in Mumbai to place lettuce at bottom so food at bottom don't get over cooked and burn.

The food was amazing, tasty and the service was great especially Dhauvi was very accommodating to our every needs!

Wow! Amzed , ate sizzlers in uk 1st time. Loved taste, ambiance and cherry on top is free car park. Lovely staff. Dhruvi was very polite, welcoming, guided us well for parking. Helped with comfy table to sit with infant and gave us good suggestions upon asking for best plates.

One of my favourite places in London. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a decor worthy of a restaurant of its magnitude. The ambience is magnificent, to say it concisely. We were greeted with smiling staff, who made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in. They make you feel important and that means a lot, when you’ve had a long day and are looking to have a relaxing time. We usually go for Chicken Shashlik, as it is their best seller and is their best dish, to be honest. We also tried their Veg Exotica and it was equally good. Taste and quantity wise, nothing can touch Yoko Sizzlers. As soon as you take that first bite, it transports you into another dimension! I have tried Sizzlers in many cities, many countries but nothing comes close to Yoko. Sizzling Brownie is the icing on the cake, cherry on top, crème de la créme! You will not be disappointed! Bring your family, your wife, your colleagues, your boss (if you want a raise), but trust me, you will enjoy this place. It is not just a restaurant but an experience in itself!

Best place for couples and families.. I loved the interior and atmosphere.. food and taste is like cherry on cake. Must recommend place.

When I loved in Bombay we went to Yokos a lot! The last I ate there was 15 years ago. I was so excited to know that it opened here and went there even though it was 1.5 hour drive abs it was so worth it! The iced tea, sizzling brownie, sizzlers. EVERYTHING was YUM and exactly how it tasted back home! Service from Akash and the others was also great. Will definitely go back. 😀

I had heard about Yoko Sizzlers from a few friends and based on what I heard I was told it’s great . From the time we stepped in , to service, ambience , food , flexibility everything was just AMAZING! Sizzlers were to die for … And their ice tea was yummmm.. I would strongly recommend them to anyone … True Gem !!!! Would definitely go back again … it’s worth the 1.5 hours drive (Not kidding!)

We went here because of the franchise reputation from Mumbai and Dubai where we’ve been and enjoyed. The Stanmore outlet was a disappointment. Sweet lime soda for £3.99 should have served a pint yet we got tumblers less than 200mls!! An expensive soft drink !...

Awesome service! Our server was called Akash and we asked for a lot of changes but they complied and were SO nice. Food was so juicy and delicious. AWSOME place!!!

Love the concept, the decor, the food. Great service. Had the Yoko Sizzler. Heard this recently opened up and is a chain from India. Definitely will be coming back. Only feedback is to ensure the high chairs are the same height as the tables

Service was excellent! Foods was delicious, highly recommend the sizzling paneers, brownies & doughnut. Fresh lime soda was very nice.
