The food here is super delicious! I would definitely come back again and again… there aren’t any vegan deserts but apart from that the food is honestly not to be missed out on!

Chennai Srilakitha is an absolute gem. A low profile, unassuming restaurant that serves amazing, delicious south Indian fare without any frills and fuss. I had their thali which offers everything you need at a tremendous value. Good stuff. I will be back!

The staff was very friendly and explained well as it was my first visit. Food is tasty and freshly made. Price is reasonable too. Hopefully love to come again when I come this way as I am not from this area. I will happily recommend to my friends

The food here is really good. The sambar served is authentic Tamil sambar. The dosas are really nice. Definitely worth a try

Chennai Srilalitha Saturday morning buffet was amazing! The Staff are dedicated, friendly and super-helpful. The food was excellent and the filter coffee was delicious. Oh, the rasam was simply outstanding.

Absolutely wonderful, authentic and full of flavours. Most visitors are of Indian families; a sign of authenticity and uniqueness. This is the place for a great meal.

Definitely recommend this restaurant in Finchley. Keshav has been so nice and made sure we were happy and gave us suggestions in choosing the right items.

I went with my son for lunch. The table was dirty so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one came to then we asked again still no one came. But the food was excellent 👌.

I had booked a party for 1st November and had to cancel due to urgent circumstances. They charged me £45 cancellation fee, which was so unfair. Furthermore, they took 7 days to refund me my deposit. Pls be careful when booking the dosa party they will charge and deduct from your deposit even though you have given them 3 weeks' notice to cancel. Really disappointed

The food at this restaurant is so good, it's a shame they can't make the restaurant bigger to accommodate demand. Simply the best medu vada along with a host of South Indian classics. Great place for a family dinner. If you aren't lucky enough to find parking right outside the restaurant, there's parking on side streets in the evening.

I had a fantastic experience with a group of friends and our kids. We enjoyed delicious vegetarian food at a great price, and the service was excellent. Asha took care of us. Greetings from the Netherlands!

I am coming to this restaurant from last 8-9 years and the food taste is always amazing. If you are coming here first time, you will keep coming if you are fond of South Indian food. The sambhar taste is so amazing that you will keep eating just sambhar sometime 😀.

I love coming to Chennai Dosa over any other Dosa place! Literally will drive miles to come here as the Dosa and Sambar is consistently DELICIOUS!! My fav is the Rava Dosa. Nice having the Desi Videos playing which gives a homely ambience. Staff are very pleasant.

The Chennai Srilalitha team catered an event at our home. They were efficient and courteous, and the food was outstanding! They managed to feed nearly 60 people without fuss and with speed, while maintaining the taste. Heartily recommend their catering service.

Awesome food as always! The perfect mysore masala dosa, dipped medu vada and surprisingly amazing Chole Bhature! Ended with the perfect Kappi! Great service by Charan.

Amazing food, incredible atmosphere, it was totally full and the service was still perfect and the manager always took care of me and my table. There was an incident where water was spilled and the manager cleaned it up and was very respectful to his staff. Thank you very much rinju, i will definitely come back.

I ordered puri bhaji, idli and paneer fried rice for me and my colleagues at work. The food was ready on time and we did not have to wait for our food. The food felt very fresh and delicious and all my colleagues loved it. Food tasted authentic, fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. I will give it 5 star and will definitely want to try other dishes they got on their menu.

Second visit. Food was excellent. Had masala dosa, idili vacation combo and poori masala. All tasted great. Truly an authentic experience. Just like visiting a similar joint in Chennai.

I’ve the years I’ve been visiting this place, they have continually made changes to make as much as possible from customers, from hidden service charge, to dine in charge to now that final straw……..they are making there portion sizes for off menu items smaller! I’m done with this place and the lack of understanding from members of staff when you raise the point.

Went with a friend for first time. Delicious authentic food full of flavour. Only issue for me was not knowing what to order as a dishes were not typical of other standard curry houses (which is good) but hard to know for a newbie what to order. The waiter recommended two different types of Dosas and a Chili paneer starter. We also got a cocktail and a moctail which we got a free starter for. The starter was incredible so tasty, and wouldn't have known to order it so really pleased to try it. The Chile paneer was best ever tried. The Dosas were delicious and so fresh but my one didn't have much of a filling but the sauces were amazing and the chili paneer provided the extra saucy dish I needed. My friend got a Dosa with a filling which looked more substantial. All in all itnwas incredible just would be good to know what to order I'll have to do some research on the dishes!

We visited last night for buffet and separate per person dining. we had hakka noodles which were over cooked and horrible in taste and the veggies were also under cooked. talking about other dishes the coconut chutney was so sour in taste I think it was expired for sure. Vidhi was nice to us but talking the other girl named Yamini was so rude and not even attending us and while service the dosas she was rudely throwing it in the plate with aggression. Overall it was waste of money and time and no one was even clearing the table. after eating the coconut chutney we were feeling sick.

Amazing food . People are so friendly and service is very quick . Specially Yamini was very sweet with greeting us and made sure we got everything we ordered

Ok food and atmosphere. And they do no onion garlic options. Dosa was ok. Dont expect modern looking restaurant as its quite old style, decor and kitchen area needs updating as it makes the restuarant look old and not appealing for new customers. Food standard agency hygiene rating is 3 so needs improving

Very disappointed today. Served partly cooked dosa which I had to send back. My husband had a huge piece of uncooked potato in his masala. He gave it to the waitress to show to the cook. No-one apologised, infact there was no communication with us. Will not be coming here again. This is a restaurant which we visited every 2 months but service has become very slow and quality of food is going down

We had Chef Gopal come to our place to cater for 55 people. The food was absolutely incredible, loads of variety for dosas and utthapam. The medu vada were super light and fluffy. Also lots of jain options. Could not recommend them enough!

Went for buffet lunch, found the hair and in food and staff said it do happens and told us to order other food as we returned our plate. When we ordered other food they charged us for the food and gave no refund for food we didn’t ate. No food and hygiene safety.

Food was decent. Despite being today's temperature hitting 32 degrees, there was only one small AC with no fans. The staff and customers were all sweating and red. However, the service provided by the staff (especially Hemant and Mitali) were commendable.

This is traditional and real South Indian food. The dosas are very good as are the sambar and sauces. Masala Chai is exactly what you want. This is worth coning to. They do thali on weekends

We had catering for a family party of 40. The food was delicious and fresh, dosas were lovely and crisp with the right amount of filling. The 2 chefs were really polite and accommodating and all the arrangements were really smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Srilalitha and will definitely use them again.

This restaurant has sticky tables, no hygiene and the hand washing facilities are disgusting. The restaurant also smells and they don't use air conditioning so it's smelly AND hot. I don't think the baby high chair has ever been cleaned, it's a good job I took my own wipes to wipe the chair down, black build up was coming off. However the dosas were delicious. Would I go back? Yes, for the food.
