Cafe Nero, Stanmore, Middlesex in Harrow

The staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. No courtesy, no smile, condescending comments, raised voice and never accept their miserable. The jug of water they keep are filthy and absolutely unhygienic. Extremely awful!! I am utterly dissatisfied!

Stop here regularly when out walking. One of the few coffee shops that welcomes dogs! Add to that the best coffee, the sweetest ladies serving (who almost have my coffee ready and waiting before I order!), and you have the perfect scenario!

Asked for a double espresso and was served with a smile...doesn't take a lot to give good service but the lady was polite, helpful, happy and sincere.

The staff are very welcoming, coffee is great and the atmosphere is quite quiet and peaceful! It's very convenient for the station too :)

This is not a restaurant but a coffee house BUT they have toasted sandwiches, paninis, cakes, croissants, delicious Italian biscuits, soups, porridge, and many more tempting snacks. The drinks vary from cold juices, iced coffees, lattes, macchiatos, espressos and americanos plus teas, including herbal, chais plus ordinary tea. The staff are so friendly, most are Italian (you can practice your Italian, as I do). They are helpful and as I go there very regularly as I walk in the door they know exactly what I want before I even ask for it. There are many tables and a few leather couches and chairs, lovely background music playing and newspapers to read, if you so wish. I feel very comfortable when I am there and know all the staff, some by name. When I recently returned from holiday they said they missed me, which I thought was so sweet. There is a disabled toilet downstairs and toilets upstairs. Cafe Nero is in Stanmore Broadway opposite Nationwide, HSBC and Wenzels Bakery. There is a bus stop nearby and one opposite. There is a carpark behind Nationwide or off street parking in the service road (but not free). Or there is a carpark in Sainsbury's (but with limited parking times). I just love going there as it is convenient for me as I come on a bus and I look forward to seeing the guys and girls plus meeting friends and/or family members. An altogether lovely place.
