Good friendly café, with a very relaxed atmosphere. This place is used as much by locals as visitors. It has a reasonable range of snacks and cakes. The staff are friendly.

We had coffee and cakes and these were absolutely fine - nothing exceptional but the place was clean & tidy

We had pleasant stay at the Royal Victoria. On arrival we let reception know we’d be leaving before breakfast, they were kind enough to offer a breakfast bag to take away and switch a few items to suit our taste, it was sat outside the door as promised and was filled with fresh fruit, yogurt and biscuits. On arrival, we had a couple of drinks on the lawn which is a sun-trap. We stayed in the coachhouse which was simple and clean which is all we needed. We also had a our evening meal in the bar area, was too late to book the restaurant. The food (fish and chips & lamb burger) was really nice and would eat there again. Overall a really nice stay and will happily book again when needed.

Been trying this place for the past three days during the stated hours and it seems to be closed. I would guess temporarily but really the owners should be updating their opening times. Have notified Google that this place is temporarily closed.

Greggs opposite Bangor Bus Station

Oh what a hidden gem this place is. Theres so much to choose from and you can try before you buy. Darrill makes customers welcome with his easy manner and wit. 100% recommend.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life, the rooms were dirty, bathroom floor looked like no one mopped them in years, they don't provide blankets and even if they tell you this, the covers of the mattress, if you could call it a mattress, seems like are rarely changed, when I arrived home first thing I did was taking a shower and wash all my clothes. Also on the second night there, the fire alarm started ringing at midnight an no one was there to take care of it, we needed to wait for the firefighters to tell us if it was safe to come back to our rooms and turn of the alarm. I slept like 4 hours in total each night I stayed there. It is a shame because the place is well located and with just a bit of care and cleaning it would be much better.

After our Snowdon trip, came across this halal spot. We really enjoyed it. Not just the Indian options on offer, but the grill and pizza.

Nice place with friendly staff, the food is very nice and was serviced quickly with decent portions, I’m glad I chose the smaller burger 😅

Really excellent fish and chips, but the most expensive I've had in my life. Atmosphere want so great inside, but the garden was lovely.

We didn’t stay but we called in for breakfast. They were shut or at full capacity. An amazing lady named Sarah on front of house provided us sandwiches and coffee and was an absolute star! Extremely welcoming and lovely. Thank you Sarah! We will 100% be looking to come and stay here in the future!
