My partner is very much interested in fermentation and we had to stop by here. We were amazed by how many types of mead there were to purchase. We will return with a bottle of mead of our own very soon!

Very strange visit.glass stable door half closed so couldn't get in. Man sat right in front on the window, didn't acknowledge us at all, we tried the door still he didn't move just watched us for a while, lady came up behind us, same thing, we both left and he potentially lost two sales!!!!

This little shop is the mecca for locally produced honey and fruit wines. The very knowledgeable owner was gracious enough to explain what honey I could use for my culinary experiments. Apart from the wines and honey, the also sell bees wax candles, key rings and a lot of tid-bits to hang on your fridge or cars as a memento from Snowdonia.

Just popped in here on the last day at Llanberis . Walked past when it was closed and when it was open, it was like a little treasure trove. Bought loads of gifts and what a lovely man working there. Such a quaint place!

We stopped here on a long bike ride okay we was dressed in cycle clothing however we didn't want to sit inside outside was fine. However I only mention this as its the only reason I can think that the lady in the shop was so rude. No smile no please or thank you . All I can say is that this is an area where tourism is key be careful as some like us won't come back there are other tea rooms who deserve my money much more than others! What a shame it holds so much potential.

Rude, ignorant and disrespectful ! I was about to spend £50+ in the shop until the proprietor threatened to "take two bricks" to my dog while was being held by my son was whining. Avoid. Over priced not worth £12.95 for a half pound jar of honey.

We called in for ice-creams just before they were closing for day and were welcomed with friendly smiles and excellent service, very polite and not rushing at all. The owners who served us seemed lovely people and we hope they do well. Recommended.

Visited here today with my partner and son. Great coffee served in individual cafetières by fantastic staff. Loved the atmosphere, we were made to feel so welcome. We left with some ginger mead (after a lot of tasting by my other half) and some honey. We are still talking about this gem of a cafe after a wonderful day in Snowdonia.

Told my mum and her fella about this lovely place i enjoy stopping at for a rest to have cake and coffee when cycling around snowdonia at weekends, so we all went up today for a visit with me dog. As usual the staff were very freindly and couldnt be more helpful. We sat outside and had coffee with bara brith, smothering there quality honey all over it, while enjoying this lovely stop in llanberis at the foot of snowdon. Great day for it too!!!! As not on the bike today I was able grab some honey and jam to take home. Spoilt for choice of the vast selection of honeys and jams they have, took me ages to choose what to take with me. If you are visiting llanberis, or even just passing, pop in and grab a pot of honey. But if you do have the time do take a seat and enjoy some great coffee and a couple of slices of bara brith. Do not forget to smother it with some quality local honey. You wont regret it!

Very lucky to have discovered this place whilst waiting for a friend. It is in a pleasant setting and we were served by very polite staff who allowed us to taste many different types of food with no obligation to buy anything.. Although, the Honey and Mead were too nice to not buy!

We spent quite some time here investigating the various honeys and meads. After sampling a few we bought three bottles of different meads and some delicious creamed honey which we continued to enjoy on our trip through the UK. Then we ordered some coffees and cakes and sat outside in the sunshine watching the world of Llanberis go by. I highly recommend spending an interesting little while here in this delightful shop.

I went here on 16th Aug 2024 on a Friday evening. Big queue outside which went down pretty quickly and the fish and chips were great. Really busy at peak times. Seen some poor / rude reviews about food and staff. I had no concerns. Not expecting staff to come running out to greet you like some seem to expect and when it's really busy the main thing is a streamlined process of cooking and taking orders.
