We came to this place a few times before, which was very nice. But this time, it's awful, very unprofessional service, and the place is dirty. I mean, filthy 🤧 😳 just like a trashed coffee shop. Very disappointed 😞

While there is a decent variety of items the place can be managed better.

Lovely service but no prices show and just for 2 cans of pop ham cheese (packet grated cheese) with salad and cheap crisp and sausage sandwich with salad all came to £16.40p what a rip off never coming again

Stopped off for coffee and cake and was pleasantly surprised at the menu. Staff were friendly and coffee was fab.

Stopped off in Llanberis today been quite a few times stopped at this Cafe today, had Coffee & Cake, coffee was awful lukewarm and the cake was so dry. The gift shop attached hardly had anything in it. Won't be calling again

Really disappointed, expected local arts and crafts instead the place is filled with the usual stuff you can get anywhere. Didn’t try the cafe so can't comment.

Brilliant place for gifts. Also worth getting the horrible histories selection of stuff like we did. Didn't try the cafe so cannot comment personally but did overhear people leaving saying they enjoyed to their meal and went to thank the chef

Nice shop with loads of Welsh themed souvenirs for sale. There's also a cafe on the premises with good selection.of offerings.

We were just browsing but the displays were very good. The one member of staff I spoke to was very welcoming.

Really disappointed by the shop, everything on the shelves was the same as the year before, just less of it. Really needs an update on its offering. Did not go into the cafe.

The food was nice but expensive had to wait half hour for my food and there was still plates on the table and that they were under staffed. But the shop was nice

Really enjoyed trip up snowdon. Lovely day. All staff were helpful and friendly except lady behind takeaway service who got quite sharp when we asked if they had any ordinary milk instead of uht. The answer was no!

Lots to browse in this shop. Llanberis doesn't have a lot of shops to browse, so this one is the cream of the crop with a lot of floor space and lots of stock. A mix of the usual tourist fodder, and some lovely local crafts and art. There is also a nice attached coffee shop. If you're in Llanberis, then this is worth a visit.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The craft shop is a lovely place to look round. It made our day out to Llanberis very enjoyable.

Best arts and crafts in Llanberis!

Never known such ignorance from staff. Stood there 5 mins with 2 staff not really doing anything ignoreing us asked if I was standing in the right place to be served for them to ignore us again. At that they lost the custom of a family of 6 and we went elsewhere never been treated with such ignorance. The people behind us followed us out onto the car park and commented I cant believe that. My money was welcomed at a rival establishment and I was served with a smile.

Standard tea room... It was a nice stop off.. But very dated and old fashioned.. Wouldnt go out of my way to go there.

They offered decent vegetarian options but I didn't love the meal I had (vegetarian lasagne). It was a nice & convenient spot to stop in Llanberis though.

Disappointing filter coffee, especially for the price (more than £2), as it managed to be weak and burnt at same time. Our friend could not even drink their cappuccino as the taste was too bad. At least we enjoyed the free parking and wifi for customers.

Great cafe alongside a huge shop that sells a lot of items from ornaments and key rings to fudge and sweets. Food in cafe is very tasty with a lot of choice. Staff are very polite and the food is prepared fresh and served quickly.

Lovely welcome. Welsh speaking too. Good to listen to the olde language being used. Spotless cafeteria. Reasonable prices too.

Coffee pot at llanberis is a great place to stop and have a coffee and food I reckon mend the lasagne it's lovely comes with garlic bread excellent bargins in the shop next door.

Poor customer service, stroppy at times.... quality of food seen is cheap yet prices are high! Food took 35 mins for sausage, chips and the ding from microwaved beans heard. Enjoyed the Coffee hence a STAR

Lovely food, really helpful and informative staff. Parking is free for customers and the shop and cafe are children and dog friendly! Try the lamb dinner it's amazing!

a simple place to have a snack and fill up, no more. the arts shop has a big veriaty and it is not too expensive.

Over twenty minutes wait for my average panini. Desert want great either. Free WiFi, but locked network and no password visible anywhere.
