The best restaurants serving Default food in Northern Ireland

Ordered for the first time for collection , even though it took longer than I was told on the phone , the food was very good.

The attitude of the staff is absolutely disgusting waiting an 1 hour 40mins on delivery contacted just eat to complain that the delivery was late but get a phone call from a staff member accusing me of getting a refund which I haven’t received and basically the staff member was calling me lair. Won’t be ordering from here every again!!! Think the staff need to learn manners when working with the public.

Won't be ordering again. Smaller container now being used for main dish reducing portion size by 30-50%. Still hungry

Customer service skills terrible shouldn't be working with the public can't rate there food as didn't get that far told them there attitude stinks and to forget about the order and went somewhere else

Premises is open to 11pm, phoned at 10:53pm to be told they are only doing delivery. Asked for a simple chicken ball special with gravy and was declined. When I asked what time they stop taking walk in orders I was told 10:50pm which is ironic saying that it was only 3 minutes before I phoned. Second time I have been disappointed with trying to order food oilut of here. Messaged the owner previously and was promised it wouldn't happen again. Stay away at all costs.

By far, the best Chinese in Derry! Best chicken and cheese rolls. Best specials. Great service either via just eat or after a night on the town! Highly recommend kam House.

Went in yesterday evening it didn't seem busy they had one member of staff on who seemed like he rather be somewhere else so order a kebab on chip with all the salad and garlic and sweet chilli sauce but the garlic mayo tasted my like mint sauce I end up throwing the food in the bin when I got home

Loyal customer used my discount and have been waiting for an hour for a dilivery just for it till say it's been delivered... to were because I don't have it, tried calling 15 times all to automated voice. This is ridiculous 😮‍💨 #141821255

For a place that delivers later than anywhere else round these direction's, good quality and on time ,, 👍 Fully filled mixed kebab with veg and the kebab sauce is tops. Cheers TT,,..Very nice 👍

Avoid this place at all cost if you’re a person of color. Staff can be real racist and ignorant with you. This is how i was treated when i ordered an afternoon tea and how all other people were treated around me. Not to mention how I was treated at the cashier It was really shameful and disappointing. i walked away with a disgusting memory from North Ireland

Rang 5 times no answer & this isn’t first time they didnt answer their phone So when I drove over I had to wait 5 minutes for a sour faced girl to come and serve me, no manners, no hairnet and dirty long painted nails. this place has really went downhill, doesn’t look good for a takeaway to be closed on a Monday

Got a delivery and it was abz disgusting everything was like water curry sagaloo sauces the only thing nice is the nan bread an chips!! Phoned back to the DISGUSTING so called worker that was so rude an ignorant....! How friging dare you tell me noone could come back for the order yous dont do that!!! No let me tell you im a paying customer you will come in get my order or I come to shop tomorrow you disgusting person. Food was abz vile how you serve that to people is so wrong....
