Forgot my friends drink in her order when she was highly excited about it and there was no compensation. Not happy.

Absolutely the worst. Mac and cheese a congealed mess that's obviously made from a box with an un-natural orange colour. Overpriced and went straight in the bin.

My favourite go to for a very tasty burger. The chicken is very nice too. They have a good flavourful sauces selection.

JUST GOT DELIVERY FROM GET STUFFED, POOR QUALITY OVER PRICED FOOD, RANG TO ADVISE GET STUFFED, SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO JUST WENT ON TO SAY THE CHEF WAS QUALIFIED , QUALIFIED CHEFS DON'T SEND OUT WHAT WAS SENT TO ME. HE THEN PUT THE CHEF ON WHO WAS RUDE AND CUT PHONE OFF ON ASKING DETAILS OF HEAD OF COMPANY , I WILL NOW BE PUTTING THIS IN THE HANDS OF TRADING STANDARDS , GOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT AT NO COSTS ORDER HERE, FOR A SO CALLED MANAGER TO LET THE SO CALLED CHEF PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON A CUSTOMER. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING, MANAGERS, MANAGE THERE STAFF THIS IS NO WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE JUST READ THE NEGETIVE FEED BACK..

After ordering for the first time & expecting home made onion rings made in store daily I was mighty disappointed to receive uniform size onion rings made of minced onion & factory batter. It’s false advertising on your menu. I didn’t seem to get any crispy onions on my bbq chicken burger which was very dark, dry & chewy with a very soggy bap. At the price you charge I would have expected quality. Extra curry sauce added which was also out of a packet as lumps were still powdery & had no reference to Katsu flavours. Why lie on a menu? If it’s not freshly made in house don’t claim it is. I only live a mile away & my frozen fries were only Luke warm like the burger. You should be ashamed. 40yrs in the industry & I wouldn’t have served that ever. Needless to say I will not order again. I feel like you robbed me if £18 as it was not eaten. 😡🤬

Used to be nice, all cheap produce now, also rather expensive

Don’t get the burritos, if ya could even call it that, rice was acc stanking, and also wants raw peppers in a burrito, can’t even get guacamole or sour cream, also the wrap was to thiccc and slightly burnt on the outside, chips where alright tho

Worst takeout I have ever had. Chips were cold and undercooked, basically frozen oven chips someone sprinkled with some flavouring. I ordered the big cheese chicken burger that had no sign of cheese anywhere, wasn't in a brioche as suggested and was not coated or fried properly. Do not order food from here

Ordered 2 Christmas meals tonight, one with a Yorkshire pudding and one on chips. Unfortunately Yorkshire pudding was hard and chips were cold on both meals. I ordered and payed for extra gravy which tasted like gravy granules. I'm surprised because I've ordered from here numerous times and always been happy.

The worst take away I’ve ever had. Food arrived in about 45 minutes, everything was just bland and undercooked. The chicken burger was soggy along with the chips, I was actually concerned the chicken wasn’t cooked. The worst was the brie which was black and oozing out, it didn’t smell right either. I rang up and wanted a refund she said she couldn’t and she would send a perfect replacement out which I agreed (45 minutes later) the replacement arrived undercooked , the batter was still soft and gooey. I rang again to tell her and nothing was offered to me. It was really expensive too! The last time I will be ordering from here and if you are thinking of getting from here, DONT.

I ordered at 9:45, food was delivered piping ho at 10pm and it was absolutely delicious..... I will definitely order again, the staff I spoke to (one on the phone) and the delivery girl at my door were extremely polite, well mannerd and so efficient and absolutely did an amazing job, listened to my order and got everything right xx May God bless the hands that made the food because He's definitely blessed us with huge tummies tonight....Thankyou so much for such a wonderful service(great price too I may add) Hope you have many happy years in business I will be definitely recommending you to all my friends and family xoxoxoxo

Been getting out of here the last few months and the food has been absolutely amazing! So fresh and tasty! The employees need a raise!🤩

First and last time il be using here , took forever for it to be delivered, my mum's Xmas chip which is nearly £9!! Tasted absolutely disgusting 😑, it was freezing cold ... and I had a hotdog and chips with onion rings , everything was freezing cold , the drink was the same temperature as our food !! Onion rings were soggy and cold too , will not be back waste of out money, the quality of food is just non existent.. hope they take these reviews seriously before the end up closing down !!

It took a while for it to arrive,when it did they got my order wrong i asked for it to be changed i got my correct order back and got a drink for free,the food tasted horrible and it doesnt taste fresh it had high expectations but failed. Wouldnt buy from again.

I very rarely would ever leave anywhere a 1 star review but I'm hoping someone will see this and save themselves the experience I had. I had been for a sea swim in Bangor and I wanted some tasty wholesome food to warm me up and fill up on carbs. I read some bad reviews on here but decided to risk it anyway - big mistake. I phoned them to order the 'Get Stuffd Mac N Cheese. Looking on Just Eat, the description of this dish is; 'Macaroni Pasta smothered in Cheese Sauce, and Topped Breadcrumbs'. I'm a vegetarian so this sounded perfect and tasty. I picked it up 10 or 15 minutes later and parked nearby to tuck in. Unfortunately when I opened the lid of my Mac N Cheese it was covered in bacon. Not only that but the bacon looked pink and undercooked. I was met with the most putrid smell after taking the lid off. I tried to scrape all of the bacon onto the lid to see if I could salvage the pasta underneath but unfortunately the smell was so sickening I couldn't even try it. I actually gagged. It was the cheapest, lowest quality form of Mac N Cheese I've ever come across and I was mortified I paid £7.50 for it when it was clearly just made from an over-processed powder and boiling water. I would have been safer buying one of those instant pots of pasta from a shop because that's all it was. Unfortunately I had to throw it out, it's not something I would have even fed to my dog. The young staff who served me were friendly and polite but unfortunately that's the only redeeming thing about my experience with this establishment.

It's lucky it's even getting a 1 star. Food was absolutely disgusting and coated in grease. Chips where all dead end cuts like the bottom of the bag, again coated in pure grease. Chicken goujons where saturated in grease to the point it needed a wipe down on numerous occasions. Burgers where bone dry and tasted as if they'd been made and then remade and then sent to us, bap fell apart as it definitely wasn't a fresh one. Mouldy lettuce, burnt bacon, I could seriously go on. Share size for 2 wouldn't have fed an infant yet charged ridiculous prices for them. Safe to say it'll be one I avoid and will definitely be letting others know about it aswell. Told delivery would be near an hour and it rocked up 10 minutes later by a 10 year old child who then dropped it on the ground. 1 star is seriously being generous but it won't let you pick zero. Won't be back.

Ordered a delivery, arrived a lot quicker than expected which was pretty much the only good thing about it Delivery person was an actual child around 11/12yrs old, dropped the bottle of coke at the gate and didn't say anything so good job I heard and seen it happen and knew not to open it straight away. Ordered family meal £25.99 cheesey drip drip burger, stackhouse burger, kids cheese burger meal, kids chicken goujon meal and a portion of regular "share" fries. Both burgers falling apart and over cooked (including the baps on the edge but were soggy in the middle) no drip cheese it was like rubber, stuck to the paper and luke warm. Share fries ha nope was 1 small portion that you couldn't share, unless each person only wanted a few, all dead end and coated in grease. Kids meal cheese burger meal, tiny with rubber cheese and very few dead end chips again. Kids goujon meal again mainly dead end chips all coated in grease, chicken over done a bit. We actually had to get kitchen roll to mop the grease off each meal. The cheese sauce for fries wasnt much of a sauce more of a slight slim tbh. Food was just about edible but didnt want to wait to probably receive the same standard food back again. Disappointed has have eaten from here before and it was better, but this was an absolute shambles that all felt like it was all reheated and thrown together just to get it out.

Super fast delivery, fresh warm crispy Cajun fries. Double bacon and cheese Burger was super tasty with fresh onions and lettuce . Lovely food and will Definitely be reordering.

Lacks consistency. When they're on their game they're top notch but I don't know if they've got different suppliers for the same items but the quality swings wildly. Last couple of meals were disappointing, prior to that this might have been the best burger in Bangor.

Food was all cold, the burger was somehow dry and smothered in sauce at the same time, the chicken tenders were over cooked, bland the only good thing was the milkshake. Waste of £21

Just had our first take out from Get stuff'd and what can I say....well done, absolutely delicious we'll definitely be back. If you want tasty hot dogs, proper beef burgers, yummy chicken wings and really lovely fries definitely order from here.

Delicious food, family of 11 and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Will definitely order again.

Freezing cold, no salt and chilli chipsas we ordered , called you guys and was told next time we order”which we won’t be” we’ll get a free portion of fries that we paid for🤷‍♀️ Never again would never recommend your restaurant!! Awful! Paid nearly £19 for 3 minging cheap, dried up, cold hotdogs.

Had the brisket burger and salt n chill chips which was absolutely amazing 👌👌 great portion sizes and my wife who is really fussy enjoyed hers.. super fast delivery aswel, def recommend

Awful. I ordered peri peri fries and got ... fries. I ordered the Firehouse chicken burger and got ... your house has burnt down and here is the charcoal burger. Seriously, the burger was more well done than your mom's ten hour roast beef. It was like vaguely chicken flavoured, battered cardboard. I will never order from here again. You shouldn't either
