Burger King in North Down

Chips where freezing & one of the chips had bacon on them which is not what was ordered.

Order was horrible, chips were cold and felt like they’d been sitting out for

Food was piping hot and tasted great thank u x

ordered 6 nuggets, got 4. bag has obviously been tampered with as the stickers that usually hold the paper bag closed are attached to the drinks bottle, which appears to be soiled with dirt or remnants of other drinks. driver was acting rather shifty. don't know if I should eat this as bag was hanging open when I got it. Will not be ordering again.

Fantastic, food was hit and all items were present and correct I hope this will continue

Ordered a sprite with my meal and it was out of date in January and warm as though it had been stored beside an oven. Other than that the food was nice.

Burger King Bloomfield has good food and great service. Always a solid choice!

2 of us like plain burgers and it is hard to get plain even when specified but last 2 orders from here have been perfect!

Took about an hour and a half to arrive everything was cold and soggy drinks must’ve been kept in a sauna

Didn't get some of the order.. Went for the meal deal as it came with a monster and that wasn't even tiwht it. Deliver driver shrugged when I asked Id there was a drink, saying I don't know.

Well it was late cause driver had 2 deliverys before mine as watched it on map

STAY AWAY! Hygiene is absolutely appalling a man from here walks around the centre with his hands down his pants!! Also seen other members of staff going to the public toilets with their aprons on. Absolutely disgusting! No idea how they are passing hygiene regulations!

meal is meant to have 2 flame grilled whoppers but there is only one in this order what are these people smoking. last time i ordered they forgot to incude the burgers entirely!

Absolutely disgraceful food and hygiene non-existent. Watched in horror as a lady had her puppy in at the counter while a member of staff in Burger King pawed over it. Took them ages to wash their hands whilst another member of staff came out for the puppy to be draped over them. This place should be closed down, never again will I eat here.

Pay £32 for 2 meals and cheese bites only 1 meal came and the cheese bites and it was cold

Hygiene mustn't be taught anymore. One member of staff touching parts of his face, hair and under arms. Shirt not ironed and touching customers food. Another member of staff brushing the floor then going and making food.

Told would be here between 15 and 30 mins. Took 1 hour 10 mins to arrive and was stone cold when it did. Complete rubbish.

I ordered a bacon double cheese XL and I was given the bacon double cheese without the bacon and my chips were stone cold

When I ordered it said delivery time 30 min, however it got delivered 1hr 20 mins later

Only half the order was correct. Drinks delivered were warm and food was cold. Will not use again.

TERRIBLE the items missing from my order were THE BURGERS you'd expect a place called BURGER king to remember to include the BURGERS

Food was late, food was stinking, food was missing, food was wrong. What more can I say?! The bap of the chicken royale could honestly smash my window if I threw it hard enough.

The drinks were mixed up, I requested 500ml Monster Energy Ultra but was given 250ml instead.

They allowed us to add on monster energy drinks for an additional £1 however they sent out the small cans instead of normal sized, yet when you order in store they give you normal cans. Absolute rip off. And the food was lukewarm at best.

I received someone else’s order completely driver tried to claim that’s what the restaurant gave him but he has the order in his phone so he’s delivered to the wrong address

Ordered at 12:14. Didn't arrive until 13:15 with the status being "Driving waiting at restaraunt" for over 45 minutes. Freezing cold is presumably was cooked shortly around the first arrival.

Food was supposed to arrive a 6 didn’t arrive until 6:15 that’s after the courier was at the restaurant for almost half an hour before hand. The food was cold so I’m unsure what exactly took so long since it was clearly sitting made already. When we opened the bag half the stuff was missing and the sauce was wrong too. Usually really good food and never have I had an order from here with so much wrong with it.

Got the wrong burger which I don’t like and all my food was absolutely freezing I now have to wait 5 days for a refund.

Late delivery, lovely and cold food just the way everyone loves to eat burgers and chips. Should definitely keep on cooking your food in the freezer

ordered 2 burger meals and 1 burger, meal arrived with 1 burger missing. store not answering phone, so i will now have to order a replacement from somewhere more reliable and pay another delivery fee and service charge.

think burger king needs to implement a reading test to potential job applications as nobody can read the slip for the order,always missing items and food was cold

The wrong order was delivered on Sunday and I've yet to receive a refund and it's now Wednesday! Poor customer service.

The bag was open when I received it. It had a sticker, but was not stuck down - a bit concerning knowing my food could've been tampered with enroute. The onion rings were missing, as were more than half the chips. The burger and chips were cold and the coke was hot. Not good. These food deliveries are getting worse.
