I did nit receive my order bit it said it was delivered I still have not heard back

Tropicana and dip with waffle fries missing

Missing items and salad loaded with sweetcorn that I did not ask for and hate, food was also toasted when I didn't ask for it to be.

Not what I ordered and quality of the food was shocking

Never send the right stuff or leaves stuff out

Never ever get your order right, allergic to cheese and asked for no cheese but cover it in cheese. Workers mustn’t have a clue

Poor response, had to wait in queue for half an hour only to hear that they don't have hashbrowns and vegan patty even the shop is opened for only 1hour.pathetic experience every single time.

No drink and no crisps delivered with order as usual. Charged for them of course, but never got them. If there is a more incompetent business on earth I’d be astounded. Nothing is ever done about it, not much point in leaving a review.

I paid £50 for subway delivery and I had 3 missing items. absoulte joke for the price of it. wouldn't order subway from just eat again

probably the worst subway in the greater belfast area , so disappointing every time , cold , stuff missing from actual sandwhich . pay £30 for 2 subs for it to be soggy cold and missing majority of the fillings.

Footing was cold and lettuce was brown baked for it toasted it litterly muxt have been toasted for a second it was r my son very poor indeed he wasn't happy at all. Ate 2 bites litterly.

Not happy at all, my order could have been cancelled on their end considering they had not one thing of my ordere right! The wrong bread, wrong meat, wrongs sauce and missing items so replaced with crisps of their choice none of which i would eat! Will not be ordering from here again. They could have simply cancelled my order instead of me wasting my money on something completely wrong!!

Customer service is absolutely shocking in this place, they close at 8pm on a Friday, every single time I've asked, they never have meatballs, nachos, hash brown bites. This is at 4 o'clock, its just sheer and utter laziness. A que of 10 people will genuinely wait an hour because only one will serve you while the other 1 deals with just eat. If you want a perfect sub, friendly staff and a vast selection of food at any time of the day, go to subway on the shankill road.

Spent 30 pound on food for it to say out for delivery, then delivered but not to my address will not be ordering again...... food never arrive!!!!

Ordered turkey salad, no turkey and red onions which I didn't want since I do not like red onions, bit good amount of it and it was good tasting.

good delivery driver, pleasant and good sport. Found the place easier than most. that was all the good....food however.. unsure how it left the door it was a crumbled brick. completely separated and fell apart. turned into a knife and fork job and then into the bin after an hour. cookie...wrong cookie...why ...2nd time in a row...and probably my last. the wedges were..as you'd expect being delivered and can't complain about that, is what it is... gotten from other stores before..no problems..

I would have given it 0 stars if could. Was late and cold and both footlongs were completely wrong missing food items. The wedges were cold and uncooked. £30 should have just put in the bin.

Wrote a message for no cheese or sauce on the big breakfast and it came covered in cheese and sauce so could not eat it.

Got from this subway quite a few times and while they have gotten a few things wrong it was never enough to ruin the food but this time was bad. Delivery took ages, food was freezing, peppers in sub which I never asked for and they put x spicy chipotle sauce all over it instead of the regular south west, wont use again

only given wrap. was supposed to be meal. noticed straight away and told delivery driver. he said he'd go back but ring them. they didn't answer.

Never got a delivery with my order

Never been to another subway like it. I tend to go here some Thursdays for lunch while heading to the chemist and everytime without fail the service is shocking. Staff are unbelievably slow with no care that the customers are actually standing there waiting on them to hurry up. I’ve tried so many other subways and been getting them for years and never seen a place like this one. By reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that’s had this experience. These staff give subway a bad reputation- too busy talking to each other about how they hate working takes 10 minutes to get a simple ham and cheese toasted… and that’s with no queue. What if customers have a taxi waiting? This isn’t just a one off it is every. Single. Time.

I was given the wrong bread for my foot long turkey sub and the wrong bread for the chicken tikka sub so not happy with today's service

I didn’t receive my drink when asked delivery driver I was told they didn’t give her a drink over too her even though it says on my receipt it’s paid for!

Ordered a six inch with bbq sauce and a footlong with southwest. It Came and the sauces had been mixed up so the bbq was on the footlong instead and the southwest on the six inch. Ordered chicken nacho bites and instead got cheese bites ? Bottle of Pepsi also didn’t come with my order. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Absolutely terrible. Haven’t been to subway for ages and always been a good experience. However this visit was awful. Ordered the breakwich too then be told no egg, they threw the food in the roll with no care and attention was then asked if i wanted sauce. The sandwich then became a disgusting soggy mess by the sheer amount of sauce that was put in. The other sandwich was missing cheese and tomato so hardly complicated. The customer service was shocking. We will never eat here again. It really was beyond terrible

Order was wrong with footlong and 6 inch toppings. Southwest was on wrong sub. Jalapeños instead of pickles. No sweetcorn. Very disappointing as unable to eat footlong due to sauce on it. Waste of money!

I just visited your subway and ordered a chicken tikka wrap, when asked what salad I would like I said everything but olives to then be told no you can't get everything in it. It's 5 items since when? I've went to numerous subways and never ever been told this. It was embarrassing as other customers laughed when he said this. Didn't want stand there and correct him and argue over some salad. I worked in subway for 5 years when I was younger and never in my life would my staff have told customers no you can't have it. Older gentle man needs to learn some customer service skills. Ridiculous!!!

Spent 2.79 for like 15 crinkle wedges ate 3 they put large on my receipt? Told us that he cooked them freshly and they were soggy as rudely said he cooked these and knows how much he put in our food ??

Bad service and there is very few chips charged £2.79, the worker said he freshly cooked the wedges and also rudely. I am no coming back !!!!!!!!

I ordered subway 6inch they gave other bagets and it was old, not fresh and even wasnt good at all, it was another tíme what ordered from them and very dissapointed again,

Changed random parts of my order probably due to being short on what i wanted but replacing tiger bread with that herb and seed bread and crispy onions with normal onions is dopey like
