The kebab is delicious it is the best i have ever tasted

Quality of the food was good but I would like to put that in your knowledge that your punjabi masala chicken wasn’t good I think your chef never had a punjabi dish before. Punjabi food is never sweet. I ordered punjabi chicken by its name and when i taste it it really break my heart change its name it might be good by any other name but punjabi masala chicken for this dish is like making people fool to just sell your food.

Found a peice of orange plastic in a donor kebab, food safety standards clearly ignored, avoid this takeaway.

After ordering the food via Uber eats, I was waiting for more than 2 hours, I tried to contact the restaurant but the phone was switched off and on top of that my account was charged

Two hour wait for food. They didn't have what we'd ordered and then when it was eventually delivered the order was missing items.

Bithika Indian Takeaway is the best Indian takeaway near Belfast. The food is hot, tasty and satisfying. I ordered the chicken bhuna and the vegetable curry. They were both juicy and filling. The delivery was quick and the driver was courteous. This is the best Indian takeaway near me that deliver.

Food was good,but had a worst experience with delivery,they take 1 hour 15 minute to deliver the food

Placed an online order...2 hours later and they won't answer the phone repeatedly. Avoid.

Ordered a delivery and I accepted the delay, probably due to weather, but when it arrived it was stone cold and even a microwave could not help. Ended in bin. Waste of money. Will not be ordering again.

This place has went to the dogs it used to be lovely when you walk in the place absolutely stinks got a kebab last night 18 quid it cost me and it was absolutely vile ill never be back in this place again stay away food is disgusting now.

I was bit skeptical about this place but chicken tikka biryani was really nice. Very reasonable pricing and big portions. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

All I could taste was salt no real flavour in my kebab the main course was watery and tasteless not what you expect with Asian food I lived in London and the Indian food is much better and cheaper funnily. My Kemma naan had no KemmaI could go on but I'm bored the whole meal was awful never again

DO NOT ORDER HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I don’t even have time to go through how bad this place is but in a nutshell, ordered via Uber eats estimated wait time of 1 hour 30 minutes, waited up until 0200 to get my order , never arrived. Rang restaurant and phone had been turned off. Still got charged even though I got no food. STAY CLEAR! 1 star is flattering

Literally the worst ever…not only does your food not arrive but they fob you off with nonsense. I was stupid enough to order from here again and I immediately regret The £23. NEVER OFDER FROM THESE GUYS

Got a kebab on chips from these guys tonight.... the meat was succulent and full of flavour, the chips were crispy,had just the right amount of garlic sauce..... the food wasn't drowned in it!!! The house sauce(I got on the side) has just the right wee kick as I'm not a fan of spice at all👊👊👌👌 Delivery was within 15 mins,the driver was a nice guy... all in all.. 5 stars for these guys!!!👊👊👊 Amazing!!!

Best authentic food in the town. The Briyani and the Bithika special Kebab were both amazing. Surely recommend and delivery time was quicker than expected.

If anyone want to taste authentic Indian food in Belfast so there is no alternative in Bithika. The food quality is awesome and its taste Superb.

It used to be the best Indian take away in Belfast. The quality of dishes deteriorated over the last years. Today I have ordered 2 Rogan Josh and it tasted awful. Exactly like the the one from a jar. Really disappointed as their food used to be really good.

Ordered from here a few weeks and it took over 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get the food which was freezing cold, then Ordered again tonight and over 95 minutes waiting I rang back to be told they had no order for my address so definitely a waste of time even ordering from here I'll go elsewhere

Very disappointing service and food last week. My order placed on website was not seen until I rang 2 hours later. When the food did arrive it was incorrect. We had to argue on the phone that we did not receive what we had paid for, until the restaurant finally agreed to send the correct food. This was very frustrating and not at all the server's fault, but the management's. Over 3 hours after the initial order, the food arrived mediocre - certainly not the standard we've had from bithika previously. I would be more forgiving if the management had been helpful or apolgetic instead of argumentative.

Revolting food. Don't waste your money unless you enjoy your meal swimming in oily grease. This was the first time I ever managed to fold a pappadum in half without it breaking.mango chutney tasted like vinegar, raita was thin. Hardly any veg in the korma and no bindhi bhajee. This is enough to put you off BIR food for life

Been coming to Bithika for over 20 years and tonight I'm told they no longer do a vegetable pakora Kebab as they've changed the menu. Looks like the end of an era and a lost customer.

I've been to bithika before their food is decent as I'm not much of a kebab person but would b 1 of the very few places I do like. Tonight we ordered a delivery (as apposed to collecting) pizza and 2 kebabs this took the grand total of 1 hour 45 mins to be delivered after being assured it was 10 mins away after already waiting an hour. The delivery driver couldn't crack a smile and didn't plan on giving me my change the pizza was freezing and the chips were soggy and cold the kebabs were slightly warm. I had to put the food into the oven to warm up. Definitely not how I expect a £30 meal to be . After trying to phone to rectify I got hung up on twice and left to listen to a lady ordering a chicken tikka and a madras with rice. Hope she had more luck than myself

Absolutely the worst takeaway I've ever had. 46 years of age and first time I've ever complained about anything online. My brother who is a butcher reckons there was about 95 pence worth of chicken in their 6.95 chicken tikka kebab. Order came to nearly £23. A, frozen meal from a supermarket would have been better value. The onion chutney was just coarsely sliced onions in chilli sauce. Avoid at all costs

Love bithika have been going for years. Their chilli dipping sauce is class. Chef always makes the orders tailored to my requests and the curry is always great! I love a chicken tikka dansak! Naan breads always great too, wee bit sweet. Keema rice is also yummy!!

would not recommend. Food was freezing. 3 bits of chicken on my tikka kebab and it also had soggy chips. We also ordered a gravy chip and got no gravy with cold chips. Terrible customer service, ingnorant and cheeky.

Bread was lovely but the portion size was pathetic and the meat seemed like left overs, such a shame could of been one of the best!

The most bland take out I've ever got, barely ate it. The chicken tikka masala tasted like tesco bought microwave (honestly tesco would have had more flavour). It was like eating flavourless mush, really regret buying from here. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

Seriously tasty food for the price. After a night out u don't expect such quality. The chips are probably the best in Belfast. The palak paneer was sublime.

This place used to be the go to place for Indian grub... Has changed over the past 3 years... Bithika special kebab is amazing.. I wouldn't recommend there pizza... Also the vindalo used to be so hot and so tasty but now its changed to :(

First time eating from here, the chicken tikka patia, rice & nan was superb but the chicken pakora starter was average, I would give 4.5 stars if I had the option available but I will be buying from here again definitely.

Called in for a kebab whilst working over in Ireland and oh what it treat that was. The kebab was so nice I went back the 2nd night and decided to try a curry and once again that was well worth the walk in the rain. I'm here again too so just eaten my curry and a can't wait until tomorrow to go again 100 out of 100 for food. I'd also like to say the staff here are so nice and friendly too they make any takeaway a treat ;-) THANKS GUYS

Racist, I’ve been their twice with my housemate and the guy threatened to call the cops because we asked for extra sauce. Delivery driver had to defuse the situation, we were not intoxicated, just hungry. Also the food is dodgy af. As an Indian it’s absolutely horrible. Do better.

I have been getting from Bithika for years and am always impressed with their hot currys. They pay attention to amended orders done online and last night their employee was very pleasant, polite and patient on the phone when we had a crying new born in the background. The food once again was delicious. Keep up the good work! Thanks

ordered food at 12.30 food finally arrived at 2.00 freezing cold with half of it missing , ordered a toco chip and got a chip and what looked like a garlic chip with chilli mixed in (I'm sorry a toco chip involves mince cheese and toco sauce) so that needs to be changed on menu , got a kebab with very little meat it looked like a kids meal, very poor customer services , they didn't seem interested in the slightest in helping just kept giving excuses , I asked for a full refund as none of my meal was able to be eaten was told it would be they're within 20 mins and by 3.30 still no refund , this place us a disgrace I wouldn't suggest any1 to eat out of here , they dnt even deserve 1 star

Went in to Bithika, ordered a 7" Margarita for around £5, what i was served was geniunely (hands down) the worst pizza i have ever been served in my life ( and ive had some bad ones in my time). Opened the box when i got home to a square shaped 5" wide lump of uncooked dough with perhaps a teaspoon of tomato sauce and a smattering of cheese covering half of the 'pizza'. I noticed while waiting they say their pizzas are cooked using only the finest ingredients. Went straight in the bin, last time i go there.

the food is so so, even if you are very hungry. we asked for garlic sauce in the kebab, but they didn't we paid for garlic sauce but didn't get it. they don't put napkins and forks if you get food takeaway.

Stay away from the new pizza menu claim to be best in Belfast after only two weeks lol. Pizza was just warm and that was after 2 minutes of being served. Waste of time putting the tomato base on it no taste to it. Then because they do good Indian food, there was that distinctive Indian smell in the pizza bread. Toppings where good although not enough and could have had a bit more cheese too. That amounts too not a good pizza.

This used to be a great place ,,,, but the food is now made with cheap ingredients and bland spices ! It’s lost its individuality........ nothing stands out anymore , so never be back after years of regular custom .

Ordered from there twice, the first time they got the order wrong, the second time i got food poisoning. There are a few much better takeaways on the same street that I'm sure will actually cook the chicken if you ask.

The food is great but the customer service is severely lacking. The delivery service is particularly awful. My advice is to go into the takeaway if you are wanting to order food. The hassle of wrong orders or orders that are simply not delivered is not worth it. The food is great though! After complaining to the manager my previous issues were resolved.

Got a 'curried chip' and it smelt like sick and a 'garlic chip' that was actually just a normal chip with a tub of garlic sauce (not mayo) on the side. Granted it was in the early hours of the morning but still.

Ordered mint sauce with my food never got it when i phoned the man on the phone refused to send it and my chips were soggy very bad customer service!!!!!!
