Subway in Belfast

Got breakfast sub special through Just eat and it was excellent, fantastic flavour lovely and toasted everything was lovely and warm and an excellent delivery time 👍

I ordered 2 foot longs with nachos cheese and salsa the nachos were bone dry with no cheese and no salsa very dissapointed had sevice not getting the order right for people

will not be back near this subway, everytime i have got food its been disgusting. the bread is not fresh at all, its always hard, you cant even bite threw it. also the 6inch sandwichs are not 6 inch they are always so small and your paying enough money for it. it is a joke and needs sorting out. Dont waste your money in the place.

This meal covers your five a day. Food was fresh, tasty & filling.

Order Bmt with extra ham toasted with cheese came with no extra ham or cheese at all and wasn’t even toasted have requested refund as can’t eat it 😂

whole order was wrong had to go in the bin every time I order there always something plus my drinks n cookies were missing

Didn’t give me the correct order I ordered a foot long and only got a 6 inch

My order never arrived. I called the restaraunt the worker was friendly and said if I come in store I could get a free subway but I'm disabled so I couldn't do that. I contacted just eat for a refund and they denied my request for a refund.

3rd time ordering from this subway ,3rd time wasn't a charm albeit the 1st n 2nd time was perfect, this time I'd ordered american style cheese on my footlong sub ,didn't get it ,also ordered crispy onions /peppers,didn't get them , i didn't order sweetcorn but got loads of it , I absolutely hate sweetcorn which I'd spent a lot of time trying to pick it out of the sandwich which in the end I couldn't really eat as it was right through it and the thought of it being there put me off .

Ordered a sub without vegetables and it came with vegetables.. please employ people who can read english

Asked for a small bit of sauce thing came swimming in it sauce even leaking outve the wrapper and not even toasted?

This is the second time they’ve sent the wrong item to me. They don’t know their own menu.

Bread was dry on both footlongs. Possible sitting out too long? Wrong Drink delivered. Requested Jude's Flat Coffee. Was served Jude's Chocolate - which I do not like!

How can you forget to put the Meat, into a BMT sandwich? Do not order from this place. Waste of your time. Bad service, rude, staff. Most importantly, totally incompetent. I feel bad for the owner.

Visit this subway today 29/7/23 @ 19.00 the guy that was working was so rude I got swore at because I asked could i have more salad. I told him I wasn't happy with his attitude and didnt want the order he still continued to sware at me and called me a very rude word while I was walking away. I spoke to the supervisor in the spar and ask to pass this on to his manager and I hope something is done about it awful customer service!!!

Hands down the worst service experience of my life ..they didn't know what was in a Italian BMT . guy on the till was genuinely the rudest person I have came across in the service industry . Rule one DONT swear at customers. And I think E.H.O needs to give them a visit . Absolute jokers . Thought Jeremy bettle was gonna jump out .
