Peperi.co in Belfast

Ordered from a food app. Sent wrong order, instead of a burrito bowl sent just plain orange rice, don’t ever order from this place again

this restaurant at the beginning was very generous with customers, but now they are very disastrous, plus the girl with glasses doesn't know how to take orders for half chickens, not to give salad, and she doesn't put half chickens in the package when we said we were eating here

Chips could have used a little more salt and vinegar other than that pretty perfect. We didn't get the drinks we ordered. I'm not sure why I assume they didn't have them in stocks so they gave us 2 alternative drinks and 2 others incase we didn't like the alternative. very thoughtful. if that's the reason behind it I'm not sure.

Loosing quality and service as time goes..sad

I usually wouldn’t leave a poor review on an establishment but what happened is genuinely not OK at all and after reading google reviews which I should have done originally.. This is not a one off situation. I ordered a VEGAN burrito and it came and I bit into it and it was filled with beef !!! This is an extremely serious matter for me and how that mistake can be made when all the other parts of my order were correct I don’t understand.

Had to get the girl to remake my burger twice and both times cold in the middle! When I first came in it took her 10 minutes to figure out she had an order because she was too busy on her phone and had no inch of care when I said it was cold in the middle. Disgrace of an establishment. Sort your staff out.

The food is fine but the staff is the worst I've ever met, you can't understand each other and she doesn't know how to order, for a menu that would take 10 minutes you wait 2 hours

I have had horrendous take out food before but peperi.co takes the crown. This place needs to be burned down. My chicken took 2 hours to arrive and I had to call 4 times chasing them. I am also unconvinced that the drivers held valid driving licenses. One man flew down my street, nearly crashing into my bike and a pedestrian. After handing me my food he snarled and said “enjoy” sarcastically. He then swapped seats with another man in the car. They screamed at eachother in a foreign language and the other man stalled 6 times driving back up my street. After this strange interaction I was genuinely terrified to even open my bag of food. I genuinely thought I would find poo in it. What I found instead was even worse. The chicken that came looked like iceland chicken that had been rolled around in muck. I basically paid £15 for a starved “chicken.” I quote chicken because what I ate was most definitely not chicken. It was a miscellaneous slab of meat. They sent me a totally wrong order and I have since been throwing up non stop.

Very rude customer service, no smile, no greetings nothing, doesn't seem they are trained to serve people in a fast food environment, we asked for salt and pepper, we only got vague pointed fingers there, nothing was there. Bitter taste of food as well.

Xmas Eve and driver was flat out. He apologised but the food was hot and delicious. Chicken was perfect, my daughters Burrito filling and my son also enjoyed his. I'll definitely order again and can forgive them on probably their busiest night of the year.

Shawarma was really gristly which was a shame.

Peri Chicken was lovely and chargrilled. Although I wasn’t expecting hard tacos with the tres tacos they held together really well and were super fresh and tasty.

Late delivery although the driver was lovely. Food was freezing on arrival. Ordered taco and was sent a burrito. Tortilla was soaking wet from being in the packaging that long as were the fries. Nothing was edible.

Ordered from Peperi Co tonight as the reviews on Deliveroo were really positive wish we’d have checked google beforehand and avoided the disappointment. Order was over 50 minutes late at this point, Deliveroo wouldn’t allow us to cancel the order we were convinced the restaurant had forgotten the order because when we called to chase it up the phone was continuously disconnected. They have their own in house drivers so Deliveroo couldn’t even get an update for us either. Eventually after 55 minutes of waiting we decided to drive over to the store to enquire and received a call five minutes after leaving from flatmate letting us know the food had arrived. After the wait I could say the food was disappointing and I’d be underestimating how bad it was. The tacos were completely inedible as the shell had disintegrated from being in the box so long. Chips were wet and soggy. Everything was stone cold. Worst take away I think I’ve had and such a waste of almost £30. If you’re thinking of ordering I would save your money, time, and energy because Peperi is a really bad experience. Rated one star because no stars wasn’t an option.

Supposedly buy one get one free for the chicken shwarma, ordered for two people and only got the one. Turns out they done us a favour as im not keen on jelly textured chicken.

Chicken..flavourful, chilli chesse bites..lovely , chips..high quality....quick sidenote driver noticed i forgot to select what drink and checked back on my previous orders to see what one i wanted,, unbelievable service, quality food

Hit or miss with this place, a couple times in a row me & my boyfriend got perfect hard shell tacos, best we had tried then the last time we went they were stinking, greasy mushy chilli con carni with steele taco shells and a miserable amount of lettice & onion on the side which were soaking wet not drained, causing the shells to be soggy as well as steele. Won't be back.

very enjoyable. ordered the southern fried chicken burger, with a side of garlic and cheesey fries and a lamb chorizo burrito bowl. not bad not bad at all the lamb chorizo is quite good , i needed to reheat as the beans and rice were slightly under cooked but once cooked nice combo personally i would some rocket as its quite heavy which on its own decent meal plenty of chorizo good combination. i order further out of Belfast usually and found the quality and delivery was horrendous Food missing or not being delivered at all and the rates are ridiculous. so decided to order closer to the city centre . price is reasonable all things considered. you could order a McDonald's which is nowhere near the quality and more expensive and delivery is shocking if it arrives delivery was on time no issues whatsoever . pleased with this order will order here instead of ordering mcdonalds or similar "fast food" when ordering lunch wll order again

Ordered food about 5pm promptly restaurant for delivery times because of delay, told further delay approximately 6.30pm and when delivered at 6.48pm was stone cold. Delivery man was apologetic and very polite but food was sent back with him and I applied for refund 😔

was really looking forward to trying this but disappointed. As others have said everything seemed undercooked. The beans in particular but also the rice, wrap, chips, all were a bit lacking and seemed to have been prepped in a hurry. I could easily make nicer at home

Couldn't finish my halloumi burrito, it was far too salty and the beans were like pebbles. Chips were cold and also over seasoned/too salty. I do like salty food but it tasted like everything has been washed in the sea

I got a notification at 7:25 saying it was on its way it came at the estimated time which was fine but when I took the bag I noticed it was cold to the touch and when I open it it was freezing like wasn’t any heat to it the tacos dissolved and the chips were hard as they if they had been lying I have got out of here before and it was nice but today I was very disappointed only thing I was happy with was the side salad

Beef burrito was pretty good my suggestion would be to add some salad just a bit heavy without it . the lamb burrito doesn't work at all

ordered halloumi tacos last week & was sent chicken tacos, staff were super apologetic & sent us out the correct tacos. figured it was an honest mistake & the food was good so we ordered again this week. chose a halloumi burrito and it arrived absolutely packed with pulled chicken! avoid avoid avoid if veggie, vegan or if you have food allergies, just in case!

Disappointed, waiting 1 hour and 30 mins to receive cold chicken that hadn't even been packed correctly into the bag and was upside down massive hole in the bag cause of the sauce everywhere... real let down as previously had ordered from here and thought it was great....

Really impressed with the quality and taste! Really fill their burritos to the max unlike other places. Chicken swarma wrap was delicious too, full of flavour 10/10

Love the chicken burgers and kids meals, very reasonable. The oil the fries are cooked in is a bit strong and flavours the fries. But other than that, it’s a great takeaway.

Very average… avoid the tacos and burritos. Loaded Fries were ok Wings were pretty nice

£10 for a half chicken, chips, drink and a dip. Hits the spot you need it to. Chicken is solid- salty, spicy and charred. Chicken itself isn't as good as nandos, but the chips are better and it's £5 cheaper than nandos for the same meal. Will be a regular now I'd imagine (If it manages to stay open, there was noone there at peak dinner time)
