Girl serving was rude when I corrected my name to her. Arrived home to find the chips we ordered weren't in the bag, rang and waited 26mins for them.

Food was lovely, think certain staff aren't overly pleasant on customer response but food is great, only let down was the sweet&sour sauce, very very heavy red sauce, not that nice but I can only eat 1 thing in the Chinese due to health so I can't comment on other items

Always amazing service whether sitting in or taking out. My boys adore sitting in as they get spoilt by the staff (as they have phobia of touching foods, to which the staff take into consideration) their chicken noodle soup is gorgeous a firm favorite family starter. Massive menu and hugh portions to delight everyone's taste buds. Great vegetarian options also. Go try them tonight, you will NOT be disappointed 💖

It was our first time trying this place the food was not nice in my opinion neither of us were able to enjoy it cost almost £20 and put 80% of the meal in the bin just wasn’t like any other Chinese I’ve eaten before sorry we won’t be back sorry. 👎🏻

Food is great here. Specials are always well priced but it always takes an hour and 45 mins at least for delivery. So best advice if your looking food from here just get collection only as their delivery is a disgrace and you pay enough for it too.!!!

Cheap and cheerful. Delicious food. And they take card, which is rare in some Takeaways nearby. It also has a casual seating area too.

No prawn crackers like other Chinese restaurants, small portion compared to other Chinese restaurants, fried rice disappointing, no sauce to dip spring rolls...and so on

The quality of food that this fast food Chinese serves is phenomenal. Their specials and the vast size of the menu allow for a fantastic selection. Sitting in is available and it is usually quite enough to not have to call. Portion sizes when sitting in are huge!!

Arrived cold, curry sauce was like tar. Utter slop

Although the majority of the meal was fine, the mixed Grill was disgusting and was thrown away (I wouldn't even give the meat to my dogs!) When I opened the mixed grill, i was met with a beige coloured fillet and the smell of fish! I literally could not tell if this fillet was chicken or fish! That was the first thing to Go! The single Sausage was fine, but both the Pork Fillet and Steak(3mm thick!) Had the same fishy smell - I tried to eat a piece of both and they tasted of fish - how on earth can a meaty mixed grill taste and smell of FISH??? single piece of Bacon was so burned and small that I didn't know if it was bacon or part of the Pork Fillet. Needless to say - it went into the bin and a valuable lesson was learned. I should never order a mixed grill from anywhere other than a proper Steakhouse!

I pre ordered the food for 19.10 food arrived at 18.10 I had to tell the guy to take it back. I phoned the restaurant to explain the situation as I had pre ordered food and this was way too early. the restaurant were very nice and sent us out fresh food at the time I had first requested it lovely food as always thank you

forgot the prawn crackers. All that was said is you an get them free next time when I won’t be ordering from them again. Was told they would be delivered but this never happened. not happy at all. Nothing worse than liars

2 things wrong with the order.

Poor service took hour and half to get food and by the time i got it was cold never again will i order out of there. Every time i phoned up all i got was its on its way

Quick delivery - poor food - chicken in the chow mein had a jelly substance to it - had to eat around this so my tummy didn’t waste the full 6pound - sorry to say I won’t be ordering here again.

Wasn't nice at all. Full tub of curry sauce was really unnecessary for one person and the chips were soggy.

Delivery was late and food wasn’t great at all, cold and potion was very bad for the price the quality and quantity was very poor. Second meal from here that was disappointing.

this was my first time ordering here and will b my last. had to wait for over an hour for my order. but when it arrived a chicken curry special wasnt there. phoned the shop they said it would be out in half an hr and then i had to wait for another hour and half for that. food wasnt nice either . definitely wont be ordering from here again

Asked for food without veg and got veg. Portions were small for the price.

The food was delivered on time but the drinks were missing. The delivery man said he would come back with them. We then opened the food and realised it was partly wrong - too late by this stage! Another delivery man came back with the drinks - one of which was wrong (we paid for a large bottle and they sent a can)! He told me to phone them up and get them to sort it out - which we did. The woman on the phone didn't even apologise for the mistakes and had a bad attitude! They eventually sent another guy with the drink we'd paid for but by this stage it was about 45 minutes after we'd eaten the food - terrible service and average food overall!

Arrived on time but driver forgot drinks on order. Staff said it would take another hour to deliver the drinks. Also asked for no peas in food but note was ignored. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful on phone.

The food in here is so nice but they get the order wrong all the time, I asked for chips with my special and there was none in it even though I paid extra, also paid for a big bottle of Coke and prawn crackers which were missing from the order .. the delivery guy did bring them over but the food was then finished by this stage. When you're spending over £15 you expect the order to be correct.

Placed an order and it didn't even come ???? Rang up the Chinese and got told to hold the line and girl came on the phone she couldn't understand what I was saying nor could I understand her accent and she hung up on me, will never order from here again

Order was completely wrong, everytime I order a special satay I get a chicken satay when my receipt says special satay. Great delivery time but my order and food was a let down

Beautiful food everyone enjoyed what they got. Very pleased with the food quality and tastes amazing. Fast delivery. Definitely will order again. Chips could be better though a lot of black eyes in them and I think the delivery charge is a bit much as not too far from us.

Curious as to why the price is different to the leaflet price. Why i did not get the free prawn crackers or drink with my delivery. Why the surcharge on payment card and amount of delivery charge. Cheaper all round to order by phone. Should not be different prices

I ordered a special that costs 4.50 and a drink that costs 1.80, then it said for me to select my area for the delivery which would have made the delivery 2.00 so I did, then when I went to the check out it said order total 8.30 then total with delivery was 12.30. Plus when it was delivered the delivery man asked me for 14.30 as he had bought the food off the restaurant to deliver it, so that means they charged the delivery man 12.30

Was charged 3 times for delivery and ended up playing £8.50 for delivery when the takeaway is only 1.9miles away from my house which is nearly as much as I paid for the two specials, absolute disgrace.

Placed an order at 10;30 . Received notification it would be delivered by 11:15pm tried calling at 11:30 and no answer. Checked just eat and said it's closed . Not a good service and not impressed. Won't be ordering online from here again

Ordered a salt and chilli chicken special to nelson drive which is 4.50 and 2.50 delivery which should come to 7 pound but instead it was 10.50 because the just eat app had made delivery 6 pound to nelson drive. So I had to pay the delivery man what I had which was only 9 pound which was more than I should have paid anyway. Sort it out. 6 pound delivery to nelson drive? I would have rang in to sort it but I had no credit.

Absolutley disgusted in the customer service we recieved tonight. We ordered 4 specials..we recieved 3.. after talking to orla for 20 mins trying to explain this matter..we then got passed to niamh....then they accussed us if being liars even though on our reciept we had that 4 specials were ordered. They continued to argue with us and we then decided that it wasnt worth it. Ten minutes later i got a call from them still claiming that it wasnt their fault and continued to argue and insult us. I would never use rainbow again..and being a regular customer of this chinese..after orla and niamhs customer service we will be letting everyone know how disgusting their behaviour was. Orla and niamh are in the wrong job.

Wontons and two different noodle dishes ordered. Nearly broke teeth on Wontons and noodles were astonish lyrics dry. Delivery driver called and said to meet him outside as couldn't find the door. When I got back in there was another missed call from him 30 seconds later. Maybe a bad day but I'd say avoid.

I pre ordered my order to be delivered at 7pm and you delivered it straight away when I phoned up the meme her of staff hadn't a clue what I was talking about said she didn't know about ore ordering. Had to rush and eat our order as we were going out the reason why I preordered in first place

Was delivered the wrong food again

Food was average, they got my order wrong. I rang to confirm the order before it was delivered because I wasn't to sure on how the app worked before getting my food wrong they argued with me because they messed it up when I politely asked them to change something that only required a sauce. The staff where uncooperative after me paying for the food ! The Delivery time was extended and the poor delivery man was literally running to my house over an hour later. I explained to him about my service received with rainbow but he was very well understanding. I'll not be eating from here again! Nothing worse than poor customer service.

Never received order was told by phone that I live too far away for delivery. Was also told that I could not be refunded and l would have a credit in restaurant that I have to go and collect.

Disgusted that I asked for no vegetables but it came with vegetables, I asked for a starter of salt and chilli chicken which I recieved 3 tiny chicken wings and the salt and chilli chicken special tasted of garlic not in anyway impressed and will never ever order from here again.

Food was beautiful, 25mins from ordering until it was at my door. Excellent service. Would definetly order again and would definetly recommend.

The mixed starter is a disappointment. Ribs are fatty, tough and impossible to eat. Spent £40 and didn't even get complimentary prawn crackers! Chips are nice.

Chicken Currys were Lovely Chips were cold Singapore chicken 'hot and spicy' ??? Tasted like sweet and sour!!! Nothing spicy about it and awfully long delivery time. Disappointing all round experience.
