McDonald's in Derry

I had a bad experience in this place more than 20 years ago, when the restaurant wasn't busy and I had to wait for my order for ages. When the order came the food was cold and directly on the tray without any liner. My last visit here was better. I ordered at the table with the app. The order was brought to me so quickly. The staff was well mannered asking if I wanted any sauce. Brilliant service and the food was what I expected and not cold. 5*

This McDonald's has great service and is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best in my experience at any McD in ROI / GB.

Absolute joke! Never give dips with nuggets and/or Motzerella sticks when they come with them. Always dress burgers that are customised to plain...awful

Can be slow, often doesn't have items and gets order's wrong lot's of the time. The drive through can take a long time

They seem incapable of getting any orders right

A lot of the items were unavailable but what we had was good and the staff were friendly

I can’t believe how angry I am !!! It’s becoming a source of major stress for me ordering from you via just eat . And my family love McDonald’s!! And 90% of the time items are missing from The order. Tonight was the last straw! Two burgers missing from our order from McDonald’s Crescent Link Retail park And they are not answering the phone ! We are still trying to ring . So far thirty times !! “Just eat “don’t even refund anymore Due to so many mistakes from McDonald’s They are saying their drivers have nothing to do with it ! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and understanding ! Another night - after a twelve hour shift- that people in our family will not have what they ordered ! I’m Swedish and have also lived in England .. never ever have I experienced anything like this !

absolutely shocking place! every order ive placed has not once been right , you could spend your whole day ringing them and still not get any answer they would nearly be better putting the phone in the bin ! and the one time i finally got an answer they told me they coudlnt do anything as its not there own couriers that deliver and i would have to contact uber eats even though they pack the orders up so clearly theyre own mistake 🤣

everytime i go here without a doubt the order is wrong. multiple times in a row i have ordered burgers and they have not come with anything on them bearing in mind i only asked for 1 sauce removed . just a rush to get people in and out.

I ordered a mc chicken sandwich add cheese and they gave my a sandwich with just chicken and cheese no sause or lettuce it made It taste no so good

Ordered food in the drive through. Ordered one large chip and 9 nuggets… when paying, the guy just handed me the card machine so I paid came to 20 euro and 80 cent obviously told the next window I think I paid for the wrong order… they were pretty busy I said it doesn’t matter it’s Christmas the car behind me can pay for for mine even though it’s cheaper. The staff were very nice and said no it’s ok then the manger came over and just goes it’s the same price anyways… like does he think I’m stupid 20 euro for some nuggets and one chip. The one star is for the manger. Feel sorry for the staff having him as their manager.

Cheeky little Mackie D, Go here nearly every morning for wee coffee and sometimes have a lunch too, staff are excellent and shop is spotless, only friends I have lol well true friends any hoo

The bag was badly packed and the Fanta fell through the bag and all over my living room floor immediately. The cheeseburger had onions in it so my daughter wouldn't eat it. Wished I hadn't ordered!!

Cheese burgers had no pickle on them. Mayor chicken was not wrapped properly and had come apart in the bag. They were not busy at this time

Food was freezing cold when arrived. Food arrived over an hour after ordered. Driver was at the same drop off location for over 20 minutes before coming here. Absolutely shocking for what was meant to be a short delivery time and no apology.

Time of delivery was changed 4 times and food landed ice cold had to throw £40 of food in the bin. If it’s busy please don’t accept the order knowing the food will come inedible

Food arrived cold and stale! Chicken tenders were like rubber! Fries needed reheated! This branch cant even manage to prepare a small order for one person in edible condition! Too much carrying on, chatting and messing about instead of preparing orders, have seen it with my own eyes when in the restaurant! Just eat wont refund for cold food either! Next time i’ll be driving over and demanding hot food!

This McDonalds is completely useless at getting orders correct. Every time I order an item is missing, incorrect, burger made terribly, or items put into the bag upside down so they have fallen every where. They cannot get a basic level of service correct.

Ordered chicken select meal, cheeseburger and fries. No burger no chicken selects. 2 portions of fries arrived in a bag with a cup holder in it. Absolutely freezing cold. Thought I'd try the "limited offer" Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, at 14:15 on a showery Saturday. I tailored my medium meal as follows: A "double quarter pounder with cheese", but no cheese, no bacon, everything else on it; a side salad, no red onion; full-fat cola, no ice. I got a quarter pounder roll with a single patty, nothing else on it; a side salad *with* red onion; a cola, no ice. The label on the burger box said "Dbl Qrtr Pndr, plain, no cheese". The label on the salad box said "No red onion". Not anywhere near good enough, McDonald's! My earlier advice still applies: Double-check *everything* here. Especially if using Click-and-collect! Drive-Thru is equally error-prone, so try to check all is in the bag or bags handed to you before you drive off. Seriously. And if you visit around 6pm, beware the delivery truck that always parks across all Click-and-Collect spaces grrr!😤 And a further update on checking: every time I order the Large McPlant, and add on a second patty - they ignore the 2nd patty instruction! Always, always check in the box before leaving the store!

Delivery driver was efficient, professional and very friendly, Unfortunately the order was wrong. I ordered two breakfast roll meals with ketchup, I got one breakfast roll meal and one bacon roll meal instead.
