McDonald's in Derry

sent food order was not there so sent chips instead of the meal I ordered

Ordered sweet & smoky bbq and got sent garlic mayo, Coca cola doesn’t taste like coca cola at all ,a fruity flavour with it? Wrap is mediocre. 👎

It was missing one of my sandwich

my sons where patiently waiting on the happy meals and toys and they never came it's an absolute disgrace, they ended up with ceral for dinner

Took nearly an hour to come and it was absolutely freezing. This has happened quite a few times and it's a joke. Not sure why I even bother ordering from here any more.

Sound driver, actually spoke and didn’t just shrug and not even bother to lift their heads. You have to sort missing items though, I’m out a fortune on them refusing a lot. Even though I’ve always had pictures if wrong. Nobody even reads this

Ordered from foyleside McDonald's firstly and after one hour and a half food hadn't even started be prepared, I then order from Cresent link , I was missing a mcspicy and a big Mac, aswell as large coke. On top of this I didn't get any dips too

Probably the worst McDonalds I have used. We really wanted to order Strawberry Milkshakes but as usual all milkshakes were unavailable. I ordered a big mac meal and this was cold. The coke was warm and NOT one piece of ice for the coke. Would not recommend

Sent wrong items - If something isn't in stock, send me nothing - instead of guessing i'd like something similar. It just means waste.

The place is lovely and in a convenient spot but always forget something if it’s dips or food. Today I have decided to order it trough just eat it was estimated for 7.45pm then 8.00pm then 8.10pm and then 8.25pm after long wait I got a notification that my order was cancelled. Ridiculous

We ordered our food and it was freezing cold we got replaced and that to was cod so I just eat it and left

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. The fries were cold , and to make it worse, there were barely any in the box. For the price, you’d expect at least a full portion of hot, fresh chips. Not the first time this has happened either—definitely needs improvement.

Sausages pancake meal with no sausage or syrup, and the cherry lemonade was spilled all over the inside of the bag

Everything was freezing burgers were basically rolled into rolls and thrown together, cokes completely flat… delivery driver driving round my next door neighbour who’s a pensioner while on the phone to me and couldn’t follow a simple instruction

i received horrible service in this place, the girl at the drive through was really rude to me and my friends and any requests we asked for were declined immediately, people we knew infront were allowed to do this , not happy atol. Will not be back.

Final order I’ll make they forgot an entire meal this time usually they only forget half a meal, sauces or drinks. I’ve had a wrap that’s been literally balled up and shoved in half a cardboard sleeve, one that’s been rolled but no fold at the bottom to keep anything in,Hot drinks will always come less than half filled, cold drinks arrive warm in the same bag as the soggy cold food. Over 3 years I’ve never had hot or even warm food delivered and not once has an order arrived complete

Awful bad food. Fries that were certainly nowhere near fresh. A burger that was actually cold to the touch and cheese bites that also seemed to be from earlier. Very disappointed.

Food barely cooked. Asked for a chocolate milkshake and got some pineapple ice drink. Oasis tastes like water there was basically no flavouring in the drink.

This place is absolutely horrendous, I ordered a delivery food for my family, they then delivered my food to the wrong house, when I then tried to ring to place several time and so did my partner there was no answer and even when I went to the store I was turned away and was told they don’t give new orders and I have to clam my money back on the app, and still again I was refused a refund I wouldn’t mind if it was only a few pounds but it was £30 I am absolutely disgusted and will NEVER OREDER FROM HERE AGAIN
