Great food, every time I come here I’m impressed 🥰 nice fresh food and low enough prices (pizza, kebabs that’s what I usually take)

Ok lads, the stars aligned as i pulled into B town, after a lap TIKA TOWN was our choice. Fantastic flavour, needed double the chips and slightly less sauce but horses for courses.

Shocking customer service. Ordered 25 pounds worth of food. Driver by own admission couldn't find my address. I am 1,4 miles from tikka town,. Received nothing. Rang to say would pay for redelivery cost only to be told not an option. Don't waste neither time nor money on this waste for space. Only reason they got 1 is because there isn't a lesser option. Reported to trading standards for non delivery. To the owner with attitude expect a visit soon. Potential customers plenty of other local options don't take a chance.

Ordered takeaway of 25 pounds. 2 hours on hadn't turned up. I fell asleep but have video doorbell so know no attempt was made to deliver.Do have message late on just before closing time from a stand in delivery person saying couldn't find my address. I am 1.4miles from the shop. Rang next day spoke to manager to say would pay re delivery told not happening stinking attitude and shocking customer service thinks can take 25 quid and deliver feck all Taking this to the enth degree on principle alone. On you rock mate. To everyone else avoid at all COSTS! No shortage of takeaways in Ballynahinch and surrounding areas. Don't fail foul of Tikka Town

Never fails to disappoint. Pizzas are 10/10 and chips are amazing

Let's make one thing certain, Tikka Town is a carry out, not a restaurant. It's a great wee carry out; Indian food, pizza, kebab, burgers, you'll surely find something you like. They open late so you'll not be disappointed. I love the donner kebab on pitta and the pepperoni pizza is delicious. I've never tried the Indian grub but those I know who have, rate it highly.

I’ve ordered from this place a number of times hoping that the service gets better but I am disappointed again and again. Made an order using their app, money taken and the order placed, waited an hour for it to nothing at the door, called them and they said to me that the order didn’t come through on their end and that they don’t own the app, argued that it was my fault and then gave me a number of a guy who sounds rather similar to the surroundings in the shop from the previous phone call, he told me that he would contact the take out and tell them that the order did go through and to make it, he also told me that they actually didn’t accept it and still took the money off me. Waited another 45 minutes and it eventually came, wasn’t worth the hassle in the end.

Went in to order..stood like a spare one for about 5 minutes while the two staff perpared orders. Got a kebab and chips and got it after about 10 minutes. Got home opened it and wasn't impressed with the look of it. I pluked up the courage to try a chip and immediately spat it out as it was rancid, the oil must have been last changed in 2022 by the taste of it. I was hungry so was hoping the kebab could save the day but I was wrong..how is it possible to make kebab meat taste so bad? £12 straight in the bin!

Rubbish. Online order, take money and then 10 minutes after the delivery time you get a message saying can't accept your order. Accepted the money though...3-5 days to return it too! Classy service eh?

The staff are Very Nice and the food it's amazing.

The most delicious food and most amazing staff. So friendly and caring. Always ask me how I am when I call in. The portions are very generous and everything is so fresh. My favourite from them is their pizzas and gravy. The chicken fillet burger is outstanding. Better than KFC and country fried chicken. Order off them all the time and will continue to. If you want good fresh tasty and properly seasoned food go here :)

Unfortunately, the food tonight was not nearly as good as usual. It was water and lacked flavour. We have ordered online for collection and delivery as well as popping into the shop to order for several years. This was always a treat. Not tonight unfortunately. I tried to ring the shop but there was no reply. I’m not sure what happened tonight but I would like them to know so it can be rectified. I would miss my takeaway in the future if they don't sort it out soon.

Made an order at 6.30 and it was delivered at 8.30 pm. ON A TUESDAY NIGHT!!!. Order was a freezing and disgusting mess. It's not the first time but will definitely be the last

I bought 2 king prawn Jalfrezzi's on Tuesday 27th July 2021 have to say they were awful , spoke to the chef himself told him he should be ashamed to call himself a chef the prawns were as hard as super balls and no doubt if i'd had bounced one on the floor it may have hit the ceiling, sauce was just riddled with chillie, very poor and in this day and age if a so-called chef can't gently cook a prawn he is not worth the title chef, I rang and complained, but might as well talk to the wall, some woman answered and couldn't understand what I was saying, the cook then came on the phone simply said sorry which is fine but to spend £30 on 2nd rate cooking is appalling wont be back near it only went there because the Raj in Comber is closed on a Tuesday , now that's what I call a proper Indian.. The food I ordered was very tasty and I really enjoyed it, however I ordered my food to be delivered at 7pm and the delivery driver brought it to me at 5:15pm. In hindsight I should have told the driver to take the food away and bring it back at the specified time but I put up with the early delivery and accepted it. I will never order my food to be delivered by this restaurant again, how can they totally disregard the time that I requested and instead just deliver whenever it suits them. I was really quite annoyed.

Ordered food for myself and my mother i had ordered the tikka khazana as it states king prawn well im sorry must of left too long in the microwave or was never a king prawn to start with and for the time to be delivered 1st told me 45mins well 1 hour and 20 mins later and to be presented with this and to try and chew the lamb well I will not be ordering again and I will be putting word of mouth about down ryt ridiculous

Lovely food every time have always been accurate with collection times. Chicken korma recommended for mild tastes and phal for those who like the heat

Ordered food to collect and was told it would be 20 minutes. Had to wait for an hour on collection and order was still wrong and stone cold. Order came to £35 and had to go back n collect the rest of it which was cold as well. Not even an apology or any offer of a refund. Totally ridiculous and wont be back as it's not the first time it's happened!!

I just recieved my order from tikka town I order a box of doner meat, a large chip and 2 dips to share with my boyfriend and I’ve just recieved as small box of cold doner meant and 2 dips with no chips for £8.50 straight into the bin, absolutely disgusting

Pizza, kebabs and Indian dishes all very good. The portion sizes for the money excellent so good value for money. Only problem is that they can be very slow at times and mistakes on orders a problem also but as I said the food is good.

This place does a mean kebab but also to my surprise very good curries. We have had a range of different things off the menu and never been disappointed. Best Indian style food in the area.

I have been a regular customer here for many years and their consistency in quality and taste is always rock solid. I normally would go for a curry, sometimes pizza, and without fail you will receive a very tasty, perfectly cooked plate of food. I am still amazed at how good the curries are out of such a small takeaway that does not look like anything special from the outside but they sure make up for appearances with the deliciousness of the food. The pizzas are excellent as well and not short on the toppings either, don't think I have ever finished one on my own, definitely for sharing!

My favourite place in Ballynahinch to get a pizza, I always order from home and then go in to collect, It's normally always ready early as I drive in right after. Sometimes a little oily but overall there is a nice selection and I enjoy the food. Can't speak for the deliveries as I always collect.

Placed order for pizza and chips for me and my husband at 5.30pm and was told it will be 30 mins. One hour later I rang to see how much longer it would be. The girl said probably an hour. I said it had already been an hour and I was told 30 mins. She didn't apologise and said we are busy as we have one driver so it will be at least another hour. Tone was awful, no apology and just didn't seem to care. Cancelled order and hung up. Ridiculous!

I've been here a few times and the varied menu is good, the staff are pleasant considering they open very late and get the drunks when the bars close. When I've asked staff to alter my order slightly and they were happy to oblige.

This place can get busy after the bars close and the only place in town that opens this late daily. The food varies from average to just above average depending on how busy they are.
