Last minute order but arrived well on time. Food was really enjoyable and delivery guy was very pleasant

Didn't deliver the food, rang the restaurant and they didn't deliver even after the extended delivery time. Will be getting a refund and going somewhere else.

Sorry guys but definitely gone downhill recently. Chips like they where cooked under a kitchen tap and the fish was burnt. Very bland food recently.

Food arrived 2 hours after the order was placed. From it said despatched for delivery it took 45mins to arrive and was luke warm when it arrived

Decided on to get a chippy Tea with my mum and we choose here, even better where you can sit in and enjoy it.. Proper wee chip shop, very clean quick service and the lady who served us was lovely..portion sizes were huge and even better they done meat pasties!!! (like an old chip shop thats no longer in Ballynahinch) there meat pasties tasted exactly like there's!! Would highly recommend value was good also and we would definitely return!!! nice wee vibe to the place aswell 👌

Their meal deal of massive chicken burger, chips and a can for £6.50 is great value.

Was told when I rang the shop to see where my order was that it was leaving now 35 mins later it arrived the food was look warm and soggy so it had obviously been left sitting in a hot hold won't be ordering again

ordered at 5.24 and delivered at 19.24. very slow and times on just eat are not accurate.

Got my usual fish supper last weekend. Was disappointed as the fish was over done dry like cardboard. I usually do not have any issues so I will try again next week. If my fish is over done again sorry to say I won't be back.

Ordered takeaway for delivery. Put on hold while order taken. Asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Waste of both mine and young ladies time as apparently no longer do delivery Might it be an idea to take it off the internet,remove the banners on roadside? On plus side are one step ahead of tikka town who take your money and deliver nothing.

Got a takeaway with my family, food was really good. Got a kids portion but it was pretty big. Very helpful staff, we were given drinks with a discount which was lovely. All good, will be back.

Nearly 2hrs late. Only received it after I selected refund on the app. Apparently should be receiving credit but it is yet to show on my account.

Called in for a wee chip and were pleasantly surprised to see they had a sit in area, great to see a good old style chippie still having seating, we ordered and were served promptly by excellent staff, portions were huge, chips were great, batter was excellent, will definitely be back!!!!

Order from here all the time and never had a problem until tonight. we ordered food at 6.30pm the quickest time available for delivery was 7.50pm. Called the chippy at 8.10pm as it had not arrived. We were told the order was still in the shop and they were waiting for another order to be ready to deliver both at the same time. Customer service was awful. The staff member didn’t even apologise for the delay or the lack of organisation. Won’t be ordering from here again. Really disappointed in what was our regular takeaway spot.

The food could have been hotter and one sausage looked as though it had been reheated. Didn't taste right. The other one was perfect.

After 2 hours I had to phone to make sure the order was coming, as the shop was closing. They must have forgot the order. The order arrived 15mins later, but unfortunately an item on the order was missing.

Chip portions were pathetic, £6 for cod with about 6/7 chips underneath it. Same for fish bites, you need to order a separate large chip alongside snd eventhst wasn't great. Not be ordering again from here.

Beautiful. Piping hot. Huge potion sizes. Freshly cooked chips. Crispy batter on fish and supersized onion rings. All food was dry/crispy not greasy or soggy at all like some chip shops! Highly recommend. 👍

Two cod and chips tastefully served with a garnish of lettuce, red onions and bell peppers and a twist of lemon. Piping hot and generous portions. Staff and management pleasant and helpful. Could not have been better! High level of cleanliness apparent. Will certainly return.

I have to admit, the food was gorgeous. It took the guts of 2 hours to get to us, though, which was no fun with 5 hungry children at home.

Ordered my first order with Chips Ahoy tonight and the food came on time and still very warm to the fish and chips were really tasty with no grease at all and also the portion of sausages very tasty to!!Overall very pleased with my food 10/10!!Will defo be ordering again thank you!!.

Ordered a fish and chip and the lady behind the counter said our fish are fresh battered and it will take at least 25-30 minutes before the fish would be cooked .. I said that would be no problem .. she said if you like you can wait in your car a d I'll bring it out to you .. she was as good as her word and brought it out .. the fish was delicious as were the chips .. after I ate them I went back into the shop and told the lady that the food was delicious and said a genuine thank you to her

Stopped here on way home from day out, great food, great service, real tasty.

I have always had good food from Chips Ahoy and it is reasonably prices. Very good portions and friendly staff. Would recommend trying Chips Ahoy as it is one of our favourites.

They were out of fish, out of curry sauce, got their last portion of gravy which I would have been better without as it was terrible. The sausages were so bad I couldn't eat them and they went in the bin and the chips weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese so needless to say I will never be back nor would I recommend to anyone !

Went there once, and will never return. Who I assume to be the manager seems to be a horrible person. After attempting to leave a tip, I watched as she glared at the member of staff I was leaving the tip for, on top of that she then proceeded to shout at other members of staff, clearly enjoying tormenting and bullying them. When my food arrived, the chips were essentially mush, the burger was incredibly mediocre. DONT GO HERE!!!

Soggy chips just squashed into wrapper. Burger was OK ish. This is the 2nd time we tried this place and both times soggy chips. Best to use another chip shop
