Completely vile Chips were saturated in grease & the chicken kebab with garlic mayo was drowning in garlic! Still repeating on me nearly 6 hours later We won’t be back

Really fallen down over the years. The old staff years ago made it, now the staff dont want seem to care. Chip over cooked or undercooked, stop to eat here if only I have to

Curry chips now come in a cup no bigger than the size than your fist. As a regular customer and appreciate the rising costs I don’t think so . Time to move on.

I will never be going back. One star is no where near as little as I would of liked to give this takeaway, the food was satisfactory but the customer service was vile. The woman working not sure of name was acting as if taking our order was a massive chore ( we were the only two in the facility at this point) we left after ordering to get a drink for our meal came back and she was talking to another customer about how we left and how it was ‘rude’. We left then went back in to ask if we could get a couple of forks she almost immediately came back with ‘they are in the bag do you not have eyes’ and proceeded to laugh with the other customer who she had been previously talking about us ‘leaving’ to get a drink. I am appalled and humiliated I will never be back and I have read previous reviews and I know I’m not the only one.

Love the chicken gravy 110%, has to be thick, so delicious

Herrons does tasty chicken drumsticks, but I can't get a drumstick meal from their menu. Drumsticks are reserved for the kids menu. Mealboxes are only for chicken pieces. Needs for variety for mealboxes.

Chips are terrible and over priced Back one year later to give another try and your staff member Cynthia is the most ignorant unpleasant person I've dealt with. No customer service skills and talking about customers behind their backs. It's as if absolutely everything is a bother for her. She needs to realise the customers are the heart of any business and she's rapidly damaging any reputation downpatrick outlet has. Needless to say I am not impressed at all one year on from my previous disappointing visit.

Came here with my fiancé as we’re over to stay with my dad for St Patrick’s day. Seemed to be unable to understand our English accents.. and despite clarifying our order a few times I still got a ‘kebab with chip’ with no salad for some reason and my fiancé got a chicken burger with a portion of chips separate, charged as an extra, despite us asking for a burger meal. Safe to say that despite all the hype, and contrary to the belief of some family members, we did not feel it was better than KFC. Decent at best, If they would manage to get the order right.

Fast food served quickly! Can't really ask for more from this type of place. If you don't like chicken you may however look elsewhere.

Nice fresh chicken cooked to perfection

spent £25 there a few weeks ago the fella that served me was as nasty as anything like he just did not want to be there , the food was not nice most went in the bin , then gat another order last week , it was ok but must say better than the last , and the staff wer more nice and helpfull , im not one to complain had a takeaway in the town for along time , and know wot its like , but thats life i will travell to newcastle from now on , its nicer

Very disappointed in the food I received, chicken burger bap must of been frozen for 3 months as crumbled before even eating it. The chips were very bland, Nicer chips from Iceland. The chicken was grey and prices were ridiculously high.

Firstly, the reviews on the chips are spot on, undercooked and rotten, secondly, went into the shop, two girls who to be fair seemed busy, a few minutes went by without eye contact, obviously not allowed to take orders or use the tills as some girl came from the fire exit with her phone in her hand, I thought she was maybe texting me to see what I wanted to eat but no, she then realised there was a que forming and set the phone down without washing her hands smelling like an ashtray and an even more stinkin attitude. Safer going hungry than going to this dive. Peace

Ordered a chicken fillet burger and chip. The size of the piece of chicken was very small and the bap overfilled with salad.chips hard and undercooked. Couldn't eat them.

Absolutely gorgeous food and the staff is fantastic

I love there chicken burgers but they do not know how to cook chips 2 r 3 times in past month the chips have not been cooked properly like eating raw potatoes. Must not cook in there own houses to not no when chips are cooked right.

Worked here for a year if you seen were they store the chicken you not eat I hear I heard the golden chip has better meals at half the price

Went to country fried chicken on Saturday night placed my order the girl behind the counter couldn’t even smile say please or just have a general conversation from her You would think the stuff was coming out of her pocket just not costumer service friendly will not be going back there doesn’t take much to smile

Had occasion to call in last week and was served by Loraine and Ryan who have customer service off to a tee. Helpful polite and efficient, they show how important customers are. My meal was delicious and made more so by the friendly chat of the staff. I would suggest that some otherbusinesses might call it to see how professional service is delivered.

Great food reasonably priced with friendly staff.
