If you can slowly save money by taking things with you, you should check at the branch whether everything has been packed. Once again, 1 burger was missing that was paid for but not packed. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home because I didn't check it in the branch. A lot has changed in terms of taste, but for the worse. I can't rate the ambience higher, I liked it better before the renovation

Call to Mc Donalds Downpatrick I order a coffee I was waiting about 20 mins other people who had ordered after me where been served first so I ask the manger Aidan he could see what the hold up was , 10mins later I ask another member of staff if they could ask if the coffee I order was ready so after another 10 Mins I just ask for a refund and left this must be the worst Mc Donalds in Northern Ireland I will never use it again.

The ambience is horrible as a family. Whoever came up with this didn't want any more children in the store or wanted quick turnaround times for more sales. Come, eat, go. All tablets were removed and no alternative was created for children. 3 entrances (!) that constantly open and provide the necessary cold in winter. Of course there was no interest in the cozy cafe lounge - it would probably have added too much ambience. Unfortunately, you won't notice it in terms of sales, because who else goes to the branch in the city voluntarily.

We were with 3 children and were very satisfied. It was also possible to order verbally, which is quicker than at these machines.

Overall, a pretty standard fast food restaurant. Employees are friendly but seemingly incapable of completely packing the orders. At later times, for example 10 p.m., everyone just walks around in a bad mood. As already mentioned, orders are constantly incomplete, fries are soggy and make you want to vomit, citizens are thrown into the packaging, and on top of that you have to add about 15 euros per person. It's sad that fresh and delicious dishes are now cheaper than this fast food mess. Oh, almost forgot (eating in a restaurant), please put a straw or a coffee cup lid with a drink, how are you supposed to drink the coffee when you always have two kilos of ice cubes floating in front of your snout. Despite all the good things, ordering without spending any sauce is cheeky, Unfortunately it doesn't just happen once. There are missing ingredients on some burgers, as well as no carbonation in every drink, unfortunately not a single case, which is a shame.

I'm not a fan of MC Donald, but the team, the boss and the restaurant are great. We'll be back.

Update: Visit December 13th, 2024: one complete catastrophe after the renovation! There's really nothing more to say. Atmosphere sterile like an operating room... Seats reduced in size with kindergarten-sized furniture, an ordering system installed in the middle of the restaurant with the effect that the ordering guests are constantly staring at your tablet and you feel like you're sitting on the presentation plate, totally drafty & cold because the automatic door constantly opens when people are standing 2 meters in front of it and the 2 doors were built opposite each other. Supposedly the kitchen has been enlarged and optimized ~ what use is it if the staff remains completely overloaded, unfriendly and especially rude at the serving point as soon as there are more than 3 guests present like on December 13th. around 10 p.m.!? Waiting times longer than 25 minutes for 2 McMenues... Friends, service doesn't work like that! The absolute blast: Guests who sit at the row of windows at the entrance in the evening need a candle while eating because the lights were simply forgotten in these places and you sit in full shade. There were 7 or 8 orders visible in the waiting area, our number was the first at the top. Two stars because I ordered a happy meal, but my toys and fruit nonsense were missing. One star for food because both items were missing and the fries and curry fries tasted old (or like they had been reheated). Service 5 stars because the employees immediately supplied the missing items and ambience 2 stars because the ceiling ventilation blows in my face at every window seat and it's really in my eyes. This McDonald's is always very clean, the employees are friendly and the food is usually always fresh and hot due to the high traffic. But it's quite crowded and the wait is often quite long during peak times. Best regards

Unfortunately, we as the McDonald's generation are always disappointed. The burgers are carelessly put into the box and you then put everything back together yourself. Unfortunately again today. Very unfortunate. And there really wasn't much going on.

Many rate their stay here in comparison to proper restaurants. I think that's pretty unfair, so I tend to compare fast food chains with other fast food chains. The food is as expected, the burgers are very mediocre and the salads are terrible. The employees are mostly very friendly and helpful. For a fast food restaurant, the ambience is more than satisfactory, and the connection to the city and highway at the same time as well as a shopping center on the same site are also very practical. All in all, a typical McDonald's but with a very clean and well-located atmosphere.

Absolutely not recommended, service is completely overwhelmed, every time something is missing from the "food" to take away, so you are forced to go hungry or have to drive 5km back. Got these “burgers” today. It couldn't be more loveless, it couldn't be more appetizing. But it's your own fault if you eat something. If you talk to employees about it, they shrug their shoulders. Addendum from September 7th, 2024 Ordered today via the app, paid via Paypal via the app... in the restaurant you are told that no payment has been made, despite you showing proof of Paypal, that the payment has been made, the order is not handed over to you and you are forced to come back Restaurant to pay!! So I paid twice as the family was at home waiting for the food and the employees had no interest in sorting things out. What's wrong with you? Today, August 14th, 2024, I was at the MC after work. It was an experience...I placed my order at the drive-thru and, as always, paid at the next window. At the next window the employee accused me....I hadn't paid and I had to turn around and pay again. Only the shift manager could clarify the situation, but he also didn't apologize for his colleague's audacity and behavior. I also ordered mayonnaise with the fries, which was almost always missing. I would love to come back and look forward to the next visit. Thank you for the nice evening 👍

Order 157 on August 14th thanks for waiting 30 minutes, the drinks had no ice and were warm, the milkshakes didn't deserve the name, they were warmer than the peach dumpling. I only received the nuggets upon request. Nobody was interested in my complaint on site. Demanding money for this nonsense borders on fraud.

It's just McDonald's. The restaurant looks modern, but the ordering boards could be adapted accordingly. The back of the order board is too close to a wall so you feel "squeezed in".

Every cheap pizza place in Plauen handles large orders more accurately than this burger place. We have ordered here many times as a family of five. Something is always missing. Unfortunately, you cannot give out negative points. Today's order was missing the lattice potatoes and one burger even had a burger bun missing. This is called system catering. No trace of system or coordination. Just miserable!!!

I would say this was a nasty experience lady in front of me ordered a kid's meal the widow staff dropped it and she didn't even replace her order for her stupidity then when I received my order they put things on the order that I didn't ask for the wrap was dry not enough sauce and put cucumbers when I specifically asked for none as I am allergic then they pack a burger below all the heavy stuff some the burger is flattened worse than a pancake. this needs to be reviewed and staff needs to be trained and dealt with as this is unacceptable. a business manager would have failed you right there and then.

You should probably avoid eating there at breakfast time on a weekend or public holiday. 20 min waiting time for a wrap and 2x mini pancakes. While everyone who ordered after me had already received their stuff, I waited. Then, after ordering, I wanted to order two coffees directly from the Mc Donalds stand (after all, that was how Mc Donalds planned it) I was really looking forward to fresh coffee from the portafilter. Well, there was nothing. The employee who always scurried over to pick up croissant dishes, etc. to get the coffee pointed out to me that no more orders were being received there and that I should get the coffee either at the terminal or at the checkout. I specifically asked if I could get a coffee from the Mc Coffee stand because that was what I wanted. He said “yes of course” Well, what can I say coffee came promptly from around the corner at the drive-thru. So it was clear that the coffee came from the normal standard machine. The Mc Coffee only serves as decoration. This is a shame and so we don't have breakfast at McDonald's. Went to McDonald's for breakfast for the first time since the Mc Toasties were abolished. It was definitely the last time.

Super nice staff and always in a good mood. Toilets are clean and so are the tables throughout the restaurant. I can only recommend.

Whenever I was there, I was always very quick and efficient

Been here many times as the kids love it and always have a good experience. The odd time they get the order wrong but they always rectify it immediately with a smile on their faces. Lovely staff and it's always my go to spot with the kids for a treat.

Something is always missing, staff are overwhelmed and constantly understaffed. Complaints are only useful if they are written directly to Munich.

Fast food is the exception for us. However, it's a nice change when traveling on vacation. This McDonald's is one of the best we have ever visited. Clean, despite being busy, friendly staff, the food is still hot when you get it, video games and a playground outside. And there is an MC Café there. The biggest attraction is certainly the converted tram, which can be used for children's birthday parties.

The burgers were absolutely poorly topped. The Big Tasty's bacon was next to the burger, the cheese was already halfway out of the package. The meat patty was also nowhere near the center of the burger. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of sauce on it, so everything was too dry and sticky to properly fix the topping.

Unfortunately I only have to give it a thumbs down when it comes to service and customer friendliness. It's a shame! There was a service worker who insulted me during her working hours. And where I was about to order something. You should think twice when hiring!

It was my first time there... as I was passing through... great quick processing... good service... because with small children it shouldn't take too long... food was good too... just too much ice cream in the cola ...if it's pretty cool outside... but otherwise ok. 👌

Food and coffee as usual. Unfortunately, the MC Café area is cordoned off by chairs and stools from 11 p.m., but only when the lady with the long red hair is there. The order terminals usually work quite reliably. Inside it is usually very clean.

The first time in a long time that we were at McDonalds - after some disappointments in other Mc's we were very positively surprised here. The food was freshly prepared, the drinks were sparkling and the service was friendly - it was generally clean

Lunch break. Ordering was very quick as there wasn't much going on. Yay. When you approach the area it seems very banal, abandoned and outdated. There was also a very strange smell outside the door.🤮 As I said, the meal itself came very quickly and was okay. McRip with extra sauce, very well-intentioned. The box felt full to the brim. Overall okay in the store itself. There was some dirt everywhere on the tables and seats. Maybe it could have been cleaned better. Especially when there isn't much going on, send an employee through more often. Conclusion: you can do it for your lunch break.

Went there yesterday and ordered a Big tasty bacon. Of course, what was missing? That's right, the bacon! But ok, it can happen, it's human. There was hardly anything going on in the store itself. Still, the tables and floor looked like a mess. None of the employees cared to clean up the mess even though the store was empty. The tray drop-off was full of rubbish, there was a pool of Sprite next to our table and we don't have to talk about the table surfaces, everything from the previous one was still stuck there.

Almost no table was wiped down and the restaurant had almost no guests.

They have not have not had a working machine to provide any of the iced drinks in months and they don’t seem to want to fix that problem. The iced Caramel frappe is my favourite thing and many others but haven’t been able to have any iced drink since around the summer of 2023.

Die Burger 🍔, Pommes 🍟 und andere Speisen sind nicht schlecht. Man kann es essen. Aber das Preisleistungs Verhältnis passt nicht. Man bezahlt mehr Geld. Aber der Burger 🍔 ist kleiner. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Bedingung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und eine schön bemalten 🚋 wo Kinder ihren Geburtstag feiern können. Sehr schön.

Mit Coupons kann man hier noch snacken. Die Preise sind enorm in die Höhe geschnellt. Mein Milchshake war trotzdem wieder gut. Aber der Besuch wird weiter die absolute Ausnahme bleiben.

Service ist hier unterste Schublade-mit Kaugummi im Mund und recht unfreundlich wurde mir erklärt das meine Coupons nicht funktionieren. „Des geht net…“ reicht für mein Verständnis auch im Schnellrestaurant nicht aus. Ältere Menschen wünschen sich manchmal ein paar mehr Worte und ein freundliches Gesicht. Das habe ich hier schon ewig nicht mehr gesehen-wollte nach ca.3 Jahren nur die Rabattaktionen nutzen, die leider in meinem Handy zurBestellung/ Abholung auch nicht funktionierten. Klar, war bestimmt nur ein Fehler von mir, aber deswegen wollte ich IM Restaurant geholfen haben. Das ging nach hinten los und JETZT lasse ich es wirklich in diese Lokalität zu gehen-FURCHTBAR, wenn es möglich wäre würde ich gerne 100 Minuspunkte verteilen!!!

Sehr miserabler Kundenservice. Man bestellt und bekommt die Hälfte nicht. Meine Frau wird noch erneut in die Filiale hin zitiert und bekommt es nicht erstattet weil es im System so gepasst hat aber über die App hatten wir den Beweis. Denkt man über euer Personal nach.

Das Beste Frozen Joghurt..Mit 3fach Schokosauce. Noch nie war Eis so lecker. :)))))

Ich bin Freund vom mc drive und wurde noch nie so freundlich empfangen war echt geil danke 😉

Unfreundliches Personal und uninformatiert. Haben Frühstück geholt und die Sonnenbrille für 400 GMA Punkte. Nachdem wir das Essen erhalten haben, fragte ich nach der Sonnenbrille und habe nur die Antwort bekommen: keine Ahnung Sonnenbrille was ist das. Und wollte uns wegschicken. Erst als man den Schichtführer verlangt hat, klappte es. Des Weiteren standen die dreckigen Tablets auf den Cookies im McCafe Bereich. Außerdem wurden dreckige Teller an die Gäste vergeben z.B. der Teller mit den Cookies war krümelig und es waren Kaffeeflecken darauf.

Gute und ordentlich geführte MC Donald's Filiale.
