The best restaurants serving Default food in Newtownabbey North Eastern NI

Just awful. Spent close to £40 on two starters and two mains. What a waste of money. Bland, tasteless, low quality ingredients cooked to a greasy mess. Buy a microwave meal instead.

First time trying from here and I won't be back. Staff at front seemed so unintested and over charged me £10 and said nothing. The food wasn't that great either. I ordered chicken balls and chips and the chips was slightly overdone and the chicken balls were rubbery

Order delivered 40 minutes late, chips missing- rang store and they said they were sending driver straight back. Staff not bothered when I called back. eventually arrived another 50 minutes later, stone cold. Won't be ordering from again

We went here for a cup of coffee, we had 1 Latte, 1 Cappuccino, Fruit Scone, Apple pie. The Scone was £3.95 and extremely hard and uneatable, and £0.65 for scone jam, The Apple pie was small £6.25 and £0.65 for a very small tub of cream, Both Coffees were extremely cold. You could buy 2 x 12" Apple pies for £3.10 each at Tescos or Sainsbury's which taste better. what a waste of or time and money, we will never be back and the only reason we went was because it was on your way home. This Hillside Nursery Coffee Shop doesn't hold a candle to the Hillmount Garden Centre in Carrickfergus and it's great coffee shop.

Always heard this was a great Sunday lunch so booked. Food delicious, big portions. However the service awful, so so slow I would not return

20£+ for a jumbo hot dog meal and a chicken baguette. Meal didnt combo with any chips, hot dog was absolutely drenched in sauce, chicken was overcooked and after calling customer service, there was no attempt whatsoever to compensate. Will NOT be ordering again

Big mistake fish batter on one side was soggy and not much fish. Chips were anaemic and soggy. Go to Clarence instead

Inedible. A simple special fried rice… how can you get that wrong? Pure fatty meat slices and an “Old cooking oil” taste. Just awful. Pity, as this used to be a good takeaway. I’ll never be back.

Food is cold, even when getting a delivery it is ALWAYS wrong (mostly short). It is a total embarassment to McDonalds and whoever is in management needs to be swapped out for someone better !!!!!!

long waiting time for delivery. 50% of a kebab is just fat in which there are burnt pieces of meat. And for I paid extra fries, they literally gave 5 fries a failure. I'm ordering here for the first and last time

Very disappointed with the chips tonight - undercooked. Vegetarians and Vegans beware - the chips are done in beef dripping and this isn’t mentioned anywhere. Needless to say they don’t taste like they had.
