Rubbish. £1 more expensive for a shawarma wrap than everywhere else. Poor salad selection and no fresh naan and super super slow.

It was EXTREMELY Cold. Staff and customers language was disgusting. When we left I had to comment. NOT family appropriate.

Awful service. Sauce on.kebab when asked for no sauce due to allergies. Chips soggy. When rang to complain they put the phone down on me.

Wouldn't give 1 star if I could, not the place I remember! Items missing, cold food and unedible food, also took 1 hour and a half to deliver when it was supposed to be an hour! Asked for refund they offered to resend food, no thanks, asked for a refund and they accommodated so will see if I get it.

What a waste of money this place is, boneless banquet, popcorn chicken tiny, Waited 15 mins, asked if I wanted my change, drove off to find it's the wrong order come back sat another 15 mins disgusting

Came in for breakfast ordered at 11.55 finally got food at 12.33 love wetherspoons for value and quick service but these guys need some serious staff training worst wetherspoons around

We went for afternoon tea, which was lovely. Really fresh and the tea or coffee is refillable. They change the menu seasonally which is great. Really lovely staff.

Called in a couple of weeks ago and asked a fair haired woman behind the counter for some cheese straws. She said with a sarcastic smirk on her face that there was 3 in a pack for £1.She immediately rudely giggled at anther lady assistant who initially smiled back and then realised that the moment was embarrassing so she carried on wit her work. The fair haired woman serving me still continued to ignorantly smirk at me. To be fair I should have challenged her but it was my day off work . I am an Area Sales Manager for a National Bulilding Merchants and would certainly not tolerate this frivolous behaviour in front of customers. I have been using the Bakery for years and will definetly take my business elsewhere now. The lady in question would never be employed by me with this customer facing value!

Ordered from here at 4pm for a 7pm delivery, in plenty of time due to football. At 6.35pm the restaurant sent a text cancelling the order, so we had to order elsewhere for delivery later. Will never use again..

When fast food takes longer than you’d expect at a restaurant. Ordered via the app and accepted got into store waited 30 mins before asking how long my order would be. Told at least another 40 mins. Priority was the drive through and not the restaurant or app. If your busy you shouldn’t accept app orders. Rude staff when I asked them to cancel my order and asked why people in the drive thru were constantly getting served.

First time ordering. Ordered family munch box for collection. The rice went cold fast, it was also very dry and the rice was small looked as though it didn't have enough water cooked with it. The amount of food in the box would not suffice a family of 4 unless you want a single shredded chicken piece, single chicken ball and so on… The sweet and sour sauce was more sweet than sour (if there was any hint of sour in it i couldn't tell). Food was tasty but majority was definitely pulled from the freezer and not made in house such as the chicken wings.

I cannot fault anything about this place all the staff are so welcoming and one member of staff went out of their way to be polite and even called us by our names she was called Courtney and definitely an asset to the restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot. The environment is so covid safe which is so important for me.
