King Kebab in North Lincolnshire

Staff are not good. I ordered chicken shawarma with Pita bread and they have given me burnt shawarma... When I called back to the shop they denied and said they cannot do anything. No value of someone's money.

Went in early afternoon whilst in town. Ordered doner kebab and chips. The doner meat was last nights that had been microwaved and the chips cold ones refried. Just got stared at when mentioned with a eat it or don't attitude. Been popping in here for years and it's always been ok for the money - well done to the lazy little guy serving today - you've just lost a long time customer.

The worst takeaway in Scunthorpe, the burger was cold under cooked and tasted sour …… I asked the kid behind the counter to taste it as it was off , he just muttered and walked away to the back to shout in foreign at me ???

I fancied a kebab at lunchtime so popped in, I had a nice inexpensive kebab in clean and tidy seating area, a very nice experience, for £6.

Food was Hot and tasty. I had creamy chicken and mushroom pizza, although it wasn't creamy it was tasty. My friend's had double chicken burger, spicey chicken wings, and a chicken kebab, and chips. They all really enjoyed theirs and the portion sizes are pretty big, non of us could finish our meals.

10/10 scran when you’ve been out in scunny t on the lash the garlic sauce is literal crack cheesy chips impeccable doner wrap is beautiful

Worst place to order from. We’ve ordered a chicken fillet burger (normal one) and we received a full of spicy sauce one, also we specified in the order notes as well. When I call the restaurant to sort the issue I’ve been they’re really busy and they can’t do nothing. Only when I specified that we have allergies related to spicy sauces and that we will make a report they said they’ll send another one in about 50 mins which never arrived actually. AVOID!!!

Ordered tomato garlic bread… pretty much no tomato on it and it’s burnt.., asked for cheese to be separate from the chips as don’t like it melted and they sent it melted, asked for Pepsi max and they sent normal Pepsi!! Rang to complain and they was rude as hell saying ‘there is nothing wrong with the garlic bread I made it myself’ see the pictures below and see for yourself this is meant to be a tomato garlic bread. I could throw it at the wall and it would make a dint!!! Do not order from them!

Food prep time was fast, good place to go to grab a quick bite but the food wasnt that good. Price is acceptable.

Really friendly staff really good food and it's not expensive at all and the driver is really friendly really recommend this place it's fantastic king kebab you have delivered to me twice now and both times food has been epic and your customer service is top notch

The best pizza in scunthorpe will order agian

Had a flyer through the door, saying its under new management, called to place an order, asper the flyer it comes to 16.49 but said it will be 20 pounds, when asked for the price difference, the staff was rude and asked "DO you want it or not" and cut the phone. A place to avoid.

I haven't even been there and never tried the food they are serving but I give one star because I have bad day as the consequence of nicotine withdrawal.

Atmosphere was not suitable as I heard.

The leaflet states free delivery within two miles. I live 0.5 miles away yet they charged me £1. Also it's a bit hard to order as they don't quite understand at first so pass on to other people. Food was decent though and gave me a free pizza when they got it wrong

This place dosent how to cooking chicken and they are very rude

Chilli sauce is ketchup with chilli added, chicken looks and tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill, poor kebab won't be ordering from here not sure where the 5* come from

DISGUSTING FOOD THE WORSE TAKEAWAY IN SCUNTHORPE THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK its the 1st time i ordered from here and my last i ordered a pizza and some barb chicken its the worse tasting pizza and chicken ive ever tasted i did not eat nither one small bite from both made me nearly vomit it went straight in the bin it was that bad i would not even give it to a dog i'm sure it would make it ill and that is the truth and there was some sort of disgusting taste to that pizza like a chemical taste thats what all most made me sick and mostly it was full of just cheese with no meat at all on it and the size of the pizza was a joke no more than 6 inches wide so a rip off to so avoid this place you will regret it if you buy a pizza or any other food from this place and beware the food is so bad that there is no way these people have genuine 5star reviews i'm sure they must get friends to write their reviews to make them look good so only trust the 1 stars you see on here but if i could of given them no stars i would of as they dont even deserve 1 star

Paid for burger amd chips got home and the gave me chips and cheese bites.

Ordered from here online at 12:30pm and didn’t get my order until 3:45pm. Very unprofessional arguments with them across the phone as my food hadn’t arrived yet after 2 hours of waiting but they were adamant they had dropped it off to me!? I said to them repeatedly that I have had no order come from them just to be told several times back that there is nothing they can do about it! Extremely rude and disrespectful people on the other side of the phone. I did end up getting my food 3 HOURS later although everything was completely cold. Very disappointing considering they were the only place I would get kebab from… never again!!

Disgusting food Cold and greasy Undercooked chicken

Ordered delivery ,gave driver 20 pound note food was 12 pound ,he handed me a lot change then rushed to his car ,when got in he had only given me 6.50 change (I know diff is only 1.50) if he does this to every person he delivers to ,rang shop and the response I got was I will speak to the driver ,a day later not heard anything from the shop so customer service is very poor ,I work where we do deliveries so I know the driver is always given the right change for at least 20 pound ,this driver needs sorting out and also the shop needs to step up and actually deliver a decent customer service (I ordered on bank holiday Mon night)

I asked for a chicken stip meal and a zinger burger and never got my drink not a problem tho the food was ok but had better

I reluctantly gave this place 2 stars because the food was good but the order was not what I asked for exactly... asked for a half pound cheese burger i got no cheese with chips n chip spice and ketchup and mayo not the spice but no sauce... it arrived before the suggested time The food is fresh and well cooked Just the order issue brings it down alot for me

They're mixed donner kebab with mozzeralla on top is the best in town. It tastes unique I've pretty much tried all of the pizza takeaway shops in scunthorpe and King Kebab are the best. Big portions, soft chips covered in chip spice and it always comes on time and is red hot. What more could you ask for👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely disgusting service took many phone calls and an hour and a half later my food arrived and it was cold and items were missing I WILL NOT BE HAVING ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

This is the best place in the area to order , The food is always hot and service is second to none! The idea of being called king kebab sounded like they know what it takes to serve a kebab worthy of being king, the delivery was on time and reasonable temperature despite the cold weather. The kebab was soaking in grease, it was a heart attack waiting to happen, I should have told the delivery driver to wait to escort me to Scunthorpe general on the way back. The pizza was less greasy, the stuffed crust had poor quality cheese that didn't even taste of cheese, I dread to think what the actual cheese content is in such product. The dough was raw, it was soft and you can press it with your finger to cause an indentation, Unfortunately my idea of a stuffed crust pizza a nice crispy base rich in tomato and beautiful tasting mozzarella with the light crispy pepperoni. What I received was not quite what I had in mind, I think a few alterations will be needed by king kebab to truly label themselves as king. Overall, disappointing pizza and poor kebab

Order over an hour late food was stone cold the shop had no idea were the driver even was with the food

Totally useless, ordered food and told it would be 45 minutes, nothing but lies. Called after 1 hour to be told on its way, called after 90 minutes to be told 10 minutes, gave up after TWO HOURS of waiting. I live less than a mile from the shop. Don't bother with them unless you like cold food after a long wait. Only reason they get one star is because I couldn't give less.

Everytime I have ordered they have always got the order wrong I ordered special deal 4 on the pizza one they forgot the chips and bottle or Pepsi but when we rang back to ask why we didnt recieve the full order they tried saying we was lying and that we ordered one chips which clearly states on the special deal you get 2 lots and chips and a bottle of Pepsi

When ordering the man on the phone was rude barely listened to me I could barely hear him and he hung up abruptly when the food came I checked it and my order was wrong when I rang them they where not interested in helping me to resolve the situation and again was extremely rude and strange three differently people came on the phone at this time too luckily the driver was still at my house so I sent it back and only paid for my partners meal as that was okay will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as this was our go to place to order from

The guy told me to go to the gym after I ordered some chips and said not to come here again and I came day after so he told me he wont serve me

Very good kebabs and pizzas. I also like the Tex mex mix. It is good value for money. Delivery £1.50 for local. I personally would prefer salad and sauces to be added to kebab in shop. But minor quibble.

Order from here often, always good service and food is good. The portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable. Rarely have to wait more than 30 minutes for delivery. Only criticism would be a bit of a language barrier but friendly staff.

Ordered meal deal offer 7, kebab was cold garlic bread done in, chips cold, pizza were nice, felt wripped off.

Extremely disappointed. I've used King kebab for the past 6 months with the same order each week. Today my order was wrong which was OK but when I rang they tried blaming me and then was rude because I wouldn't except the wrong order. Very upsetting as food was nice.

My sister and i ordered 2 donner kebabs, a portion of chips and a side salad and coleslaw. The meat was really fatty, hardly cooked at all! It tasted like garbage, i managed a small mouthful but the taste and smell made me gag! You could pour the grease off it, it was that oily! She had the same taste experience. The pitta bread smelled gone off, and tasted awful. The chips were cold and soggy clearly re-cooked! The salad was more onions than anything. And the coleslaw was sour as if it was going bad. I will never order from here again!

Terrible, if this review stops 1 person ordering then it's done its job. Ordered a donner kebab and a cheeseburger and chips. Waited 20 minutes, no sign of the food being prepped. Watched the chips being released heated 3 times. Asked how long our order was going to be, they said they hadn't started it yet, they'd forgot. Argued about a refund, until I pointed out there was no way I was settling for chips that had been re heated a fourth time. I know it's a kebab shop, but that doesn't mean things can't be done correctly. Handling food with bare hands, cross contamination, etc. Gave me a fake £5 note, which I have just looked at, as part of my refund. Shocking. Should not be in business.
