Staff were friendly and helpful, food lovely and fresh

Bought a double cheeseburger,went to sit outside, the burger was cold. Went back in to tell them, they swiftly gave me another. Went back outside to find it almost cold again.

Food was cold smallest portion I have ever had.

Been visiting here many years and the restaurant always seems empty, staff polite food still over priced it the size of the meal. If you go XL expect to be paying around £8 plus.. few offered available but no vibe here ...

Good burger, fresh fries what's not to like?

I ordered via the app today and it worked brilliant by the time I arrived my order was ready for me so quick not only that the staff where so friendly and helpful

This is our 3rd visit with poor service. The first and second time we tried to use the self service kiosk and on both occasions after inputting orders twice it failed. On both occasions we left and went elsewhere. This time we went to the kiosk, the assistant had one computer freeze, then had no working card reader. We weren’t offered to go large, we then had a 10 minute on top off the 10 minutes it took to order until food arrived. The restaurant was nearly empty with only 3 other tables occupied but no clean tables were available, it’s a shame as we love BK but are now unlikely to come back to this one.

Ordered me and a mate double cheeseburger Onion rings And a coffee Got my order After 30 minutes. burger Cold Coffee Luke Warm Put onion rings hot And then went to sit down and what a mess, not one table clean Just Because they was talking two friends when They came in

came here with my 5 kids and it was a brilliant experience, my kids absolutely loved the crowns. The service was spot on there was a boy on front counter called dan he gave some good service and had manners, the sexy manager kerry was also a large help as one of our items was missing so she replaced it. Only downside was when i went to the disabled toilet someone had left a large poo in the toilet bowl and it scared my 5 children a little bit then we went to the woman’s toilets and there was poo all up the walls and it looked like someone had smeared it around, it did make for a good snack however it is not polite to see. overall 10/10

Burger king was an absolute mess, we ordered our meals 2 bacon burgers and a chicken royale, both bacon burgers had no sauce and the chicken royale was also dry. The only words the staff spoke to us was our number. On top of that there was rubbish all over the floors and tables, nobody was cleaning up and everyone was standing around because there was nobody there but us. 1 star wouldn't recommend

Brought me 4 kids here for a cheeky day out had a great time the food was great only problem was someone left a fat log in the disabled toilet , made for a nice snack after our burgers though x

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 2 hours and no show of food. Tried 9 times to call the restaurant to not be answered. Do not use. The last thing you want on a Friday night 🙃

I don't know how you can manage to get changes to burgers so wrong. Paid for items missing and seriously, who would pay extra to make a Whopper a double and then request a patty to be removed? Is it too much to ask for basic instructions to be followed?

Went there with family on 14 th of February after long time. Great burgers, helpful staff... Same warm positive and nice feeling like the first time. Nice ✌️

The fries were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the cola was not full sugar even though that's what I asked for and selected, it contained aspartame which I am allergic to so it made me ill. The other food items were all okay, but not enough for me to go back though.

Not the same since you have cut down on the milkshake flavours not everybody likes vanilla or chocolate and since you have taken out the booths not much privacy air con wasn't on cold verry chilly

Not been to BK for years and won't be returning anytime soon. Clearly not a fast food service these days with priority given to drive through and collections. When we did get our food (22 mins after ordering) it was luke warm and uninspiring.

Meals are always cold as if the chips have been stood also 30 pence for mayonnaise bloody outrageous the staff are so arrogant

The food is pretty average here the kitchen staff get it out pretty quick when there not staring over the back gawking at customers as they eat. You'll be stood there a while usually unless you ask if anyone's serving, once your served the chance of your food being cold by the time you get it is very high as the chips never seem to be ready and they'll just leave your burgers sitting on the counter. As the lady in front of us found out when her whopper was clap cold. I purchased the doritoes chicken fries and when I ask for dip I was told ketchup or salt. Not what I had in mind and when I requested knowledge of these dips I was once again told I'd have to pay. The main thing here is getting your money what happens after is irrelevant to the staff and evidently the store manager. Will avoid in future if possible.

Their Angus Steak beefburger knocks the socks off anything that Macdonald's can provide! A bit more expensive but very nice!

Smoky chimichurri burger was delicious

Went to Burger King at Lakeside Retail Park, Scunthorpe on Saturday 21st October 2023 at 10.30 and it was all closed up and doors were locked no workers inside and they state they are open till 11pm and clearly they weren’t so had to travel 12 mins to Doncaster road one and they were great at that one. But lakeside false advertising you r open till 11pm

Amazing experience as always from BK!! Finley on the till was especially exceptional! 10/10

Took my parents to lakeside for lunch. We were served by Adam and the manager (i didnt get his name) who was absolutely smashing . Nothing was too much. Polite and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you 😊 lee and Louise and family

Burger King 1st since the late eighties. Burger meat tastes just as good. 6.99 double cheese bbq Burger chillie cheese bites x3. Fries plain. Bites and chips hot, Burger was cold along with the bacon in it. Bun dry flakey. Great staff. Clean outlet.

Burger King, I will not eat from you again. You have gone way down the ladder. 2 thin overcooked burgers on a stale role, no relish, a bit of cheese, and I paid £8 per meal, it was disgusting!

Stale and dry burger buns and burgers tasted like they were overcooked so really was a disappointment

Me and my son sat in at this Burger king branch what a big mistake that was we entered the store to find dirty napkins all over the floor the main counter was not very clean with drink spills all over it. This has to be the filthiest branch in North Lincolnshire if your starvin I would give this place a miss.

Was looking forward to a burger as its my guilty pleasure. Didn't get one as counter staff replaced by computerised menu board. No instructions, no staff to help. Shan't bother in future. And no I M not a technophobe, I actually have I T qualifications but this was a step too far. Prefer actual people to machines.

It wasn't the best burger we chose! It was a BBQ melt, not much of anything and certainly not much cheese! Will stick with the whopper in future

Fast food..? Customer service..? Waited 45 minutes for our food, luke warm and dry as sticks, now, customer service, the was an old gentleman stood with his walking stick looked as though he was waiting but didn't understand that you had to wait in the que to pay at till. He was a little abrupt with the guy who was at the counter but the way the employee Adam spoke to him was uncalled for basically told him to get out, extremely rude and disrespectful to say the least. I will not be returning, very poor.

not impressed by the server (think she had an unusual name ?) - didnt listen properly to my order then got huffy when she had to go into the kitchen to correct it. also lied to me that the hot drinks machine was out of order ( we know a co-worker who said the machine hadnt broken... ) so i paid for a meal & got no drink. other orders taken after ours got made before us - done deliberately ? wont be hurrying back !

Ordered a meal when it finally arrived it was so cold we couldn't eat it it all went straight in the bin. I called to complain and was told i would get a refund, still haven't had any refund and when you try to call the main office to complain its automated system that keeps telling me someone will contact me...I'm still waiting. Won't be ordering from here again.

We like Burger King. On this occasion service was a little slow and there were a few grumpy people there.

Not very nice at all. The place was deserted but McDonald's across the road was busy. Not a lot of choices on the menu and the food resembled roadkill not even hot. It was clean and that's about all I can say.

Wasn't that busy only two cars in front of us, took forever to get served at the drive through, and still had to park up and wait for food.. 40mins from joining drive through to getting food

Much prefer the taste of the burgers here, just like off a bbq .. Service used to be slow but now improved with or without the touch screen ordering.

Given my previous experience ☹️, this time was 100% times better, the team leader behind the counter today @12pm 21/09/22 (don't want to publicly give name for privacy) was absolutely spot on can not fault deserves a pay rise in my opinion very helpful & polite a credit to your company. Just like McDonald's but better tasting food and DIDN'T have to wait 30 minutes in a parking bay like at McDonald's.

First time in two years! Totally refurbished and looks good. Quick order on screen or at counter. Food was quick and nicely cooked. Drinks machine gave us flat drinks 🤔

Food is fine and service is fine but prices are absolutely rediculace. £8.50 for just 1 burger and nothing else is a joke for a fast food place. At a pub thats what i expect but at a fast food place that price is a joke.

Awesome food nearly always cooked fresh to order and always same quality...good offers available from the app. This is my favourite take out after Dominos. It's always great service here, apart from sometimes when its busy but, still usually worth the wait. Plus the staff never look miserable either, well every now and then you get an odd one out but no ones perfect.

No drink machine. No milkshake. Had to wait 15 minutes for drive through. Whopper burger very poor . Not worth £16.

Tables were all dirty we had to ask the staff to wipe the tables, staff stood around talking as I was waiting to place my order, food finally came and the order was wrong. If it wasn’t for the fact whopper’s we’re so nice this place would of gone out of business years ago, next time I’ll play it safe and go to McDonald’s.

Again the order I recieved wasn't what I ordered. The children wouldn't eat the food because it wasn't what they wanted. I double checked my order with the Assistant too Again £15 worth of food into the bin and two children left crying. I will not use Burger King again and will advise all my friends against it. They are useless. I GAVE THEM 1 STAR FOR BEING OPEN.

Such a shame I have to travel so far just for a Burger King. Staff are friendly last visit all was clean.

I do not use Burger King normally but this time I was in a hurry and while driving I went in. I asked for Chicken sandwich and fries. I paid while in my driving seat and went on my way. No receipt was presented to me. I received my bank statement to see I have been charged £7.38 for a single chicken burger the size of a child palm and a few finger chips less than 5cm each. I went back and obtained a receipt. They charged £5.49 for the sandwich and £1.89 for the pathetic finger chips. This type of service is appalling and it is definitely ripping people off. It was not even worth more than £1.99 for this pathetic meal.

Not happy that Burger King has adopted the 'CARD PAYMENT ONLY' stance! This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed or people like us will just boycott BK. People have been trading with 'money' for thousands of years....and that's how it should be. The staff wait while you queue then order then say "Card Payment Only"..... Wake up BK!

Food was slow in service and had to return it because it was cold Ordered and paid for milkshakes which never arrived only to be told the machine wasn't working. No wonder the place was nearly empty!

Service absolutely rubbish. Wasn't busy but waited 25 mimutes for food and when I did come my little ones chicken nuggets kids meal box came with a burger in it and nothing else.

Absolutely awful. I know I’m going to a Burger King so I don’t expect excellent food, but the experience here was awful. Staff with no intention to work, place almost empty and still had to wait 20 min for our order. Not clean at all, things missing in the order and check the pictures to see what we got. Two disgustingly small lettuce leaves on the Chicken Royale. I don’t like to put bad reviews but I promise this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever lived in a fast food restaurant.

Waited 20 mins to get food. Even though we were the only ones in there at the time. Then told that the were no fizzy drinks. £20 for 2 meals with this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous! Staffed by kids with no clue. Avoid!

Order a meal and don’t get the full meal. Let alone the right burger and burger was cold when I did get it!

Visited about 11.20am so quite early & no queue…. Saying that, I’ve never been served so quickly nor had food ready so quickly. Extremely friendly and faultless service, food ready in no time & all cooked fresh.

Went threw drive threw to be quick, No that wasn't happening 25 minutes later had to go get food myself and it was sat on the counter no one wanted to bring it out, what a joke....

Went drive thru for convenience, served very quickly and that was the only good point. After paying food was ‘thrown’ through the window which is quite shocking, then upon opening the bag to be met with stone cold chips and burgers for the price they’re charging it’s disgusting. Clearly items had been sat around for a long and then served to me, very very disappointed. The food was checked as we left the car park so was definitely served cold food, not a question of ‘cold by the time we arrived home’

Not really sure what's going on with this particular outlet but it's getting very difficult now to carry on maintaining they do the best burgers! The food quality has been gradually deteriorating more and more since it reopened after the covid lockdown, but I have always percivered. Today though, I felt I had to walk out and leave a meal I had just paid and waiting more than 10 minutes for, when the burger was stone cold and very obviously not fresh! A "fresh" one will be out in a few minutes I was told by the staff who obviously didn't want to be there! And when I finally got it it was also stone cold and not the least bit fresh! Then a manager (presumably) came with an attitude and nonchalantly gave me an argument about why it is fresh and how he's just made it, despite my showing him and telling him to check it himself and proving his story wrong! Cheese wasn't even melted! It was stone cold! I have never walked out of a restaurant in disgust at both the food and the customer service before, and I have been a loyal customer at that particular outlet since it first opened! McDonald's from now on I guess! R.I.P. Burger King, you WERE the best but you've lost a very loyal customer today! Sort yourselves out!

Loved finding a chipped piece of tooth in my food! Tried to call the store and surprise surprise no answer! Safe the say the entire meal is now in my wheelie bin. Waste of time and money.
