Taco Bell in North Lincolnshire

Can't really call it fast food when it takes 45 plus minutes to get a single meal. Don't know how long I'd have been waiting if I actually picked a time through the app instead of asap. Ended up walking out in the end. Should have picked Burger King next door. Pathetic customer service. Why waste time and money here

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are so so poor and disrespectful. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of there staff. I have had food thrown at me by a member of staff before. The staff are blunt and rude and the food is sloppily put together I don’t expect much from a fast food chain but to be treated so horrible by staff constantly is unacceptable . I don’t know the names of the staff as they don’t seem to wear name badges but it’s 2 females that are there constantly that seem to be the issue

Pictures speak for themselves really, dirtiest food place I’ve ever set foot in. Took the food back to the car and just binned it. The staff just kept walking over all the rubbish on the floor behind the counter rather than pick it up. Bins over flowing, rubbish all over the floors. Dirt and grime also all over the floor. Grim.

Grim! First of all, when I ordered a large meal, I thought there'd be a difference between that and the standard size. The server was a bit grumpy when I asked what the size difference was and reluctantly gave me about three extra chips. The food is truly boring. It's worse than McDonald's, which might come as a surprise. The chips are coated in this spicy orange seasoning which is fine, the problem is that the bright orange sauce in the Tacos, burritos and quesadillas tastes of the same stuff. This results in mouthful after mouthful of different textured sameness. The music is Mexican, though, as you might expect. I'm lying, it's not. They play teenaged pop garbage which creates a school canteen vibe. I came here at the kids behest, I can guarantee that I'll never return.

Waited 35 minutes for tiny meal for one, 2 workers just prancing around and taking their sweet time what a joke won’t be returning. It’d have been faster to drive to Doncaster and get my food…

Although it is one of my sons favourite places for a takeaway, and has been many times, he fancied one after work tonight, Google said was open until 12 midnight, yet after the drive down there we discovered that it was false advertising, it actually closed at 11pm, yet the doors were still open for hopeful customers to walk in...very disappointing, not updated or clearly stated about times..

Small portion, understaffed took a long time to come

Absolutely shocked with the service from Taco Bell employees, arrived there at 22:40 I thought it would be okay because it’s 20minutes untill they closed, however I sat at the drive thru for 5minutes while staff were stood in the window giggling and staring at me, when they finally spoke to me they said they are closed ?? Closed ?? At 22:45 what a joke!! Looked to me as there was customers inside I then drove round to the window and asked for a simple bottle of water, they then replied that there not allowed as they are closed Definitely won’t be going there again I will drive somewhere else next time Ended up going to McDonald’s over the road as they were more than happy to help

best taco bell i’ve ever been too. lovely workers and the food is absolutely gorgeous. will be recommending to anyone and everyone for sure!!!

Delivery food was cold and looks like Mc wrap for 8 £. We’ ve waited 1,5 hour (they said it will be 40 minutes). I dont recommend!! Avoid!

Not a single GCSE in sight... over a hour and half to get the order, called the restaurant they blame the driver, the driver arrives and blames the restaurant, all the food is completely wrong and to top things off we even get a wrap with no filling !!

Literally the worst takeaway in Scunthorpe. If u order delivery. Half of your ingredients will be missing, non existing portions. I used to order and it was good. It went sooo downhill that it’s hard to describe. I gave them around 10 chances after that and there was always something terrible about what I ordered. Example: Vulcano burrito smaller than a baby burrito 😂 they fold the inside of the tortilla to make is seem fuller but it’s as empty as it can get. I had supreme tacos come with only lettuce in them 😂 I had quesadillas paper thin with dry parts and wrong meet in them. Especially bad when they constantly inflate their prices. used to be my favourite now it’s something I never consider.

Excellent food at a brilliant price. Much better value for money than McDonalds.

Absolutely abysmal, delivered someone else's order (is it that hard to read the name on the bag?) I rang to let them know and they said oh just throw the food and reorder. Amazing customer service 😤 don't waste your time here

Staff are friendly and polite, but the timing can sometimes be a bit long, but overall, it is really good👍.

We called in at the Scunthorpe drive thru on 3.11.23, our order was taken straight away. There were 3 cars in front of us, one of which was sat at the window. After 20 mins we’d had enough as none of us had moved and no staff presence at the window. Luckily the 2 cars behind us reversed out and drove off, allowing us and the cars in front of us to do the same. Felt sorry for the customer sat at the window as he’d probably paid and didn’t have any other choice but to sit and wait. Not acceptable TB, if you can’t handle a drive thru, don’t offer the service. You lost a lot of custom that night.

Popped into the drive-by when going to The Bath Halls to see some live entertainment. Have to say that the staff were really friendly and although we had to wait they apologised for it. However, I find this reassuring and to be expected for a place that would prepare the food at the time rather than on a conveyer belt. The food was hot and fillings tasty. Normally, we have the Quesadilla cravings boxes and they didn't disappoint! However, they also have sides on the menu here which I've not seen at other Taco Bells so we had the Chricken strips which were good also.

staff took 35 minutes to cook food, stood on their phones the whole time. poor communication and very dirty overall

Sat outside the drive through window for half a hour was totally ignored by staff. They were more interested in laughing and joking with each other like children. Get some real management!

I can not understand how Taco Bell has taken off in this country, this is in no way any better than getting a home Old El Passo kit. Taco's are tiny, brittle, disappointing wallets of sadness. Taco's need to be the size of half a dinner plate, crispy, filled with delicious things, and most importantly - hold it's shape. If you don't know what I'm talking about, have a look on YouTube for Prince Rupert Drop, which is same physics used in Taco Bell Taco Creation.

One of the chains I use to visit when I lived in America, so was interested to see if the English version matched up I ordered the meal deal for two which we chose chicken crunch wraps, fries, cinnamon twists and drinks all for £17 which was good value as there was plenty of food Everything was cooked freshly and the fries were particularly tasty, the cinnamon twist were a bit weird and would not order them as an individual item The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and helped us through the menu I would visit again if I was in the area

Usually good but I've been at 22:15 and they said they where closed but they advertise they are open til 23:00pm if they don't stay open that late then I suggest they change their times on their advertisement

Myself and my husband pop in occasionally when on an errand. Whilst the food is usually what you pay for, this time round there was pink fluff in the chips and the burrito was cold. The store was barely open an hour and I was the 4th order, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Half the drinks were just flushing out water too. I'm sure the staff work hard, but something needs to be sorted. Toilets also dirty and one was out of action.

when approached, didnt ask what my order was. Just proceeded to stare me out until i spoke. then told me i couldnt pay in card. meal was disgusting, dining area was atrocious.

The place was filthy..every table dirty or with rubbish on them..the floors had rubbish all over them..no straws were served with the drinks..the food was rank..on the way out I was gonna ask for a serviette but none of the 4 staff on were at the service desk..just all sat in the back chatting..first and last visit!

You would get better service off my dead nan. Ordered 2 identical meals and 1 extra and that took about 5 mins to take. Got to the window and took about 8 mins to receive my order and then got home, the extra was missing and the North Pole was warmer than the chips

We ordered chips and they were nice and crispy. The ambience was fine but , the floor was messy and rubbish and here and there. Hence 4 stars!

The SLOWEST service of all time If you see anymore than 2 cars in the drive thru queue turn around and go to McDonald’s At least 50% of the time you’ll get the wrong order Staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing If you fancy Taco Bell, just drive to the Hull branch

A bit slow with the customer service but the food is always hot and the order is correct.

Food Was a bit slow but worth the wait. A thousand times better than the hull taco bell branch which i have just put a complaint in for.

Ordersd from here today off just eat the only thing that cam was my drink none of the actual food turned up and when I rang to see we’re it was they just told me to request a refund and reorder it for another delivery as the driver left before my food had been cooked didn’t seem bothered at all when I asked if they could just send another driver with my food they said no even though it had been cooked very disappointed now waiting for a refund and ended up with no dinner will never order from them(or just eat as the driver didn’t care ether said it was my problem to sort out) again

It was not worth the price I payed for it all the toco fell a part in the bag missing so of my order I will never be ordering from here again I feel like it destroyed my family night dinner it just looked a mess and unappealing I can honestly say I was so disappointed

Our very first time at Taco Bell and we was looking forward to trying it. Ordered 2 lots of the same meal. Got back home to find only one. Wrote twice to Taco Bell. Phoned and lady said to wait for a reply. Zero since. They took £13 off me. I'm going to take this further. Such a shame as we enjoyed the food. Is this how they treat first time potential customers. Bad business sense because we will never take our business there again! 😥😔

Food tastes nice, portions are terrible though. Tiny everything, not worth the money. Have repeatedly made mistakes with our drinks orders too, which is hard to understand when it's just grabbing the right coloured can.

Every time I have been to this Taco bell the "fast food" has taken no less than 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't recommend at all, unprofessional service and would like to address this to the manager working the Day shift.I was today at taco bell, to buy food before going On a trip. Turns out price has been changed by 50p but haven't changed the price on the billboard. Since I was in a friends car I only had 5 pound as it always was enough, asked if they could accept 5 pound and later give them the 50p as I would be back at taco bell the same Day this evening and said no.

Food was fresh, hot and good value, staff were pleasant, toilet facilities a bit limited but clean and well kept. Visited at lunchtime and, having used the self-service screens to order, waited less than 10 minutes to be served. Would definitely visit again.

Ordered delivery through deliveroo. Food was nice though churros were disappointing. Generous portions. Shame the only vegetarian filling available is black beans, but at least there is something!

First and last time for Taco Bell. Absolute c@$p. Spoon full of meat spread thinly as possible. Would not recommend.

Food tempid at best, hardly any fillings or should I say none existant!! Food not labled so unable to identify what was what with out cutting it open. For once size does matter and this food would be perfect for a hamster. First experience and last experience for my family of 8!!! Waste of money, time and effort. Currently have food in the oven!!!

Where to start. I get to the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me to wait 30 mins to get to the window. When the young lady repeats my order to me it’s wrong. She then tells me she gave my order to someone else and it has to be remade. Fair enough it happens. I wait another 10 mins at the window to be approached by someone else asking me to pull into the bay and they will bring it out. She brings out the food after another 5 mins and when I look in the bag it is short a Volcano burrito. I go inside to tell them it’s still wrong. The lady takes my receipt and come back after a minute saying the burrito is there. I told her yes but I paid for 2. She says no worries I will remake it for you. I wait around and she hands me a giant bag with extra churros for my trouble (it’s something so whatever). I drive home and open the bag to see the quesadilla is missing….yes the quesadilla that goes in the quesadilla box meal is not there. Thanks for the 3 churros I’ll have them instead. Absolute joke. Since this place opened I have been 5 or 6 times and I will not be back. Every time there is some problem and waiting 30 minutes in the first place for fast food is wrong. It’s not busy and there was one family in the building. I’m disgusted that after multiple attempts it still ended up being wrong.

So much for fast food... After waiting 55 minutes we finally received our order! Food was cold, chips we're dryer than the sahara desert.. they nearly forgot to add the caramel sauce for the churros. Terrible food. Terrible service. The worst part was there is no exiting from the drive through once your in.. I nearly contemplated counting the bricks of the building just to pass the time! One star from a very unhappy customer.

I love taco bell. The chips are seasoned amazingly well. Highly recommend the quesadillas or burritos. Worth the money!

At last the large chips were actually larger than the regular size, very nice though. Can't spell the food other than taco so I'm not going to bother trying. The quesadillas are fantastic 😁

First time at Taco Bell. The lady that served us (Host: Shenade on the receipt) , helped my children and I choose, she was helpful and friendly and a credit to Taco Bell. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Clean and modern venue.

Food took over an hour to arrive (we live 3 minutes away.) we have ordered from here twice and both times have had items missing. We tried calling them to amend this issue, but they simply do not answer. Even the delivery driver advised us not to go there again. Terrible!

I also have being offered a cash refund for my multiple visit* Would be 0* if I could. Absolutely disgusting service. I love Taco Bell. But this store is so unequipped. I've being 6 times in the space of 2 weeks and every single time I had something wrong. The customer service pass you onto the store. Who ignore you. We spent a considerable amount tonight for a family tea and we got our receipt but the actual food was wrong. The order we received was for an online order. Not ours, we went through the drive through. Disgusting service, staff wearing own coats, turning backs on customers. Closing the window when trying to speak to someone. And to top it all off the food was completely freezing.

The volcano burrito was just full of cheese and hardly any other filling, was my first time trying Taco Bell and will be my last, lot's of other better fast food to be had

Very disappointing. Despite there being around a dozen staff in the kitchen it takes 20-25 minutes to get your food. And when you do it's cold. The till is generating loyalty barcodes which DON'T WORK And they are REALLY mean with the fillings. I like Taco Bell, but give this one a miss until they get their act together. Go to Cleethorpes or Doncaster instead. Edit: Went back today (14 May). They didn't understand what a GES code was and kept looking in the complaints book for a non-existent voucher...then they couldn't get the card machine working. And the food was cold again.

TERRIBLE. Ordered for delivery. Multiple items missing. The food we did recieve was hugely dissapointing in both quantity and quality. Sharing dishes barely enough for one person, burittos with hardly any filling. All in all just shocking.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Birthday meal for four delivered to the door. Just about tepid when it arrived. Sorry excuses for tacos - broken, soggy with next to no filling. No dolce de leche sauce with any of the churros, and a drink missing. I'm struggling to remember a worse takeaway. This sorry mess cost me just under £40!!! I feel like I've been mugged!

First time having taco bell and 100% having it again, the food was amazing, and still warm when delivered 😁 highly recommended

Never had taco bell before. Have to admit was abit disappointed and probably won't bother again as can make better at home. Very little meat which was situated at the bottom of the taco in a very thin line. Didn't find it particularly flavorful. Quesadilla was "okay", however again the very little meat was in one area so not well distributed throughout. It was mainly cheese which is all I could taste. Fries, great! Churros were just oily and not nice.

Deceided I treat my family to try a taco bell, their useless, £36 order, got half off the stuff I ordered and the other half was cold, would recommend that everyone stays away from this place, all the bad reviews are very true!

Let me begin by saying I loved Taco Bell. So when my misses said I've never tried it...I said oh this is a must. However I feel my experience will mean that Taco has dropped to the bottom of the choice list. I get the queue was long and that's why I went in. Was pestered at the door. First mistake. Ok let's say not so much pestered rather shouted at regarding SS covid tracking. Then when saying nope haven't got the app. A poem and paper was thrust at US.i remodeled nice cross contamination. They shrugged. Was directed to a selection board. My days it seemed a pain to find my favourite."volcano burrito"' but found it I did. Receipt came out and I stared at it for a moment and realised no vat no. Back to the shouter at the door. Excuse me where's the vat number. All of a sudden I thought of faulty towers and a female version of Manuel. "K?" Finally another customer days here I've got the vat no. On my receipt. The food comes up and then issue. Sorry you can't have your selected drinks because of covid... Well why advertise them then? So leaving with an already disappointed feeling we get into the car. My misses hands me what I thought was her Taco. "No this is yours!" Omg it's shrunk... When did the volcano burrito become kids size. Ok so I bet it still tastes lovely I said to myself. Sadly after the four bites it took to finish it I sat rather unsatisfied with the lack of flavour in comparison to its former flavour glory. Thank goodness the chips still taste nice... Order quesadilla meal, volcano burrito meal and crispy chicken wrap and when the lady handed over the order she said order with the volcano burrito, so it our eyes we believed we had the right order, so drove off home, got home to find not one of the orders was right! £16 worth of food of nothing we actually ordered, they seemed more bothered about chatting to each other than the customers they was serving, if you want a tacco bell I wouldn't bother going to this one! Whst a joke, when I order I even confirmed what I had ordered.
