Taco Bell in North Lincolnshire

I was very hungry so very happy it came quicker then expected!

Time kept changing and food was cold

they always get the order right and remember any sauces

I really like Taco Bell and order from you often, but today’s beef TACO was a bit disappointing. There was so little meat that I almost thought it was the vegetarian version. It was mostly lettuce and tomatoes, which affected the taste. I hope this was just a one-time issue because I usually enjoy your food a lot

Missing items, driving just said “they didn’t give me either” not good service!

The delivery time slot was pushed back almost thirty minutes. As a result, the food was stone cold when it arrived and had to be warmed up, something that did it no favours. No complaints about Taco Bell, but the delivery service was beyond a joke. I won't be using this again.

Hard to fault. Love this place. The food is always great, staff friendly and helpful, and the eating area is kept clean.

Lovely staff, neat and tidy inside, always get our customised orders correct and freshly made.

The time for delivery kept getting put further and further back. It took almost an hour to get food after ordering. When it arrived the order was wrong drinks which the courier then corrected. The food was cold and all of it had to be microwaved!

Was waiting quite a while but suspected because it’s Christmas Eve.

When arrived it was totally wrong order getting a bit fed up with this company especially deliveries from this restaurant don’t expect that if it’s wrong delivery that we have to come back to you with the problem should be rectified by restaurant

One of my orders was right but my other box had a very very very spicy burrito and a chicken soft taco when I ordered completely different items I want my money back

Incorrect opening times online. Sundays and Mondays the close at 10pm not 11pm. Me and another car where at the drive thru at 10:30pm on a Sunday and none of us cot served because the are advertising the wrong times. Don’t be fooled I’ve put the actual times here for you.

Delivery Driver showed up with wrong order. Then left with said wrong order to collect the right one according to them. And then rang me saying he wasn’t bringing my food and I had to sort it with just eat.

Would rate as 0 stars if possible. Delivery was scheduled for 1pm and it still arrived almost an hour late. The delivery driver called 4 times in total as they couldn't find the address (which is really easy to find by the way) when the food eventually arrived it was cold and inedible. To say I was unhappy and disappointed is an understatement. Absolutely terrible service.

only two staff working, seemed to be overloaded with work. waiting 30mins for my order 👎 very disappointed. the two people working seemed overwhelmed and were doing there best but realistically need more staff on.

Can't really call it fast food when it takes 45 plus minutes to get a single meal. Don't know how long I'd have been waiting if I actually picked a time through the app instead of asap. Ended up walking out in the end. Should have picked Burger King next door. Pathetic customer service. Why waste time and money here

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are so so poor and disrespectful. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of there staff. I have had food thrown at me by a member of staff before. The staff are blunt and rude and the food is sloppily put together I don’t expect much from a fast food chain but to be treated so horrible by staff constantly is unacceptable . I don’t know the names of the staff as they don’t seem to wear name badges but it’s 2 females that are there constantly that seem to be the issue

Absolutely shocking . No fries delivered . Burritos were stone cold . For a place that has very few customers they can’t even get two basic meals right . Never again £24 wasted

The delivery was 25 minutes later than the original ETA then the food was both cold and soggy. It was the worst experience I have ever had with delivery and i am very disappointed.

Pictures speak for themselves really, dirtiest food place I’ve ever set foot in. Took the food back to the car and just binned it. The staff just kept walking over all the rubbish on the floor behind the counter rather than pick it up. Bins over flowing, rubbish all over the floors. Dirt and grime also all over the floor. Grim.

Grim! First of all, when I ordered a large meal, I thought there'd be a difference between that and the standard size. The server was a bit grumpy when I asked what the size difference was and reluctantly gave me about three extra chips. The food is truly boring. It's worse than McDonald's, which might come as a surprise. The chips are coated in this spicy orange seasoning which is fine, the problem is that the bright orange sauce in the Tacos, burritos and quesadillas tastes of the same stuff. This results in mouthful after mouthful of different textured sameness. The music is Mexican, though, as you might expect. I'm lying, it's not. They play teenaged pop garbage which creates a school canteen vibe. I came here at the kids behest, I can guarantee that I'll never return.

Quality of the food is only worst. Chips are not fried enough. There is basicly no beef. i remember when they opened TB here and comparing to today, it is much more worst.

Time if delivery kept changing then when it did arrive, my food was stone cold. I have had to heat it in the microwave. I have submitted a complaint to receive a refund. Not had a problem before but this was ridiculously cold.

Although it is one of my sons favourite places for a takeaway, and has been many times, he fancied one after work tonight, Google said was open until 12 midnight, yet after the drive down there we discovered that it was false advertising, it actually closed at 11pm, yet the doors were still open for hopeful customers to walk in...very disappointing, not updated or clearly stated about times..

I won't order from them ever again 😒! I get a completely different order.

Noticed the driver went to other side of Scunthorpe before making way to our address. Delivering more than one order which is against just eats rules.

Closed ?? At 22:45 what a joke!! Looked to me as there was customers inside I then drove round to the window and asked for a simple bottle of water, they then replied that there not allowed as they are closed Definitely won’t be going there again I will drive somewhere else next time Ended up going to McDonald’s over the road as they were more than happy to help
