Chips warmed up chicken balls cooked to long and for the duck it's to dry over half of the food throw away in the bin. Normal get a brilliant food but disappointed this time.

Food was really good and came quicker than the expected time! We didn’t realise part of the order was wrong, but found out when a member of staff came personally to drop the correct item off. Really kind of him to take the time to correct it, we were unaware so it was honest of him to do so, we would recommend them

I’ve used many of Chinese in Scunthorpe over my 35 years off life but this place well I think I could of cooked a better meal myself. Uneatable

Food took an hour to be delivered then the fried rice was missing. Rang and asked for it to be sent out an hour later still no sign of it. Rang again asked for the rice plus some refund as husbands food had dried up no one seemed to know what to do. Absolutely no customer service skills on top of extremely expensive food for what you got will definitely not be using again

Had the crunch box. Well it's was like everything had been fried twice. It was over cooked only saving gracy is the curry sauce. It was kind of horrible. They was not busy and pick it up for collection. Sounded like arguing in the kitchen did not make a plesent experience.

We ordered our food on boxing night and paid £31 and it arrived 50mins after ordering and it was only warm I ordered prawn balls and half of them was chicken. Will never order again over priced and disgusting.

Was only place we could find open on Boxing Day! Was looking forward to a nice chinese which is far from what we got!! Chicken satay skewers were very strange tasting, the salt and chilli king prawns were so dry that I could barely bite through it. The prawns were like rubber and Not fresh at all. The Best part were the chips!! Credit where it’s due, the Singapore chowmein wasn’t bad. However an over all bad experience!

We always loved the food from here, but the last two we hit was extremely salty, that we couldn’t eat, went straight into bin, tried once more following week and told them to hold of on the salt and they said they would, again was very salty... not going back, we found a new takeaway

Lady owner very rude and abusive when complained about the food. Food was extremely salty. Sweet n sour sauce was something I’ve never tasted in 30 yrs of eating Chinese food. Chips dry and powdery probably from day before and the pork balls were the worst I’ve tried. Small meat chunks which consisted of 10% and 90% batter. Never go here again.

Our prawn curry was as tho spices wernt cooked out. I had no 68 there was very little taste un the sauce

Ordered half rice half chips chicken balls curry sauce and two cans of coke from here plus delivery which came to £11.70 (not bad at all) took 15 mins to come which was quick. Anyway opened the curry sauce which smelt or burning plastic and didn’t taste nice at all, the few chips I got was freezing on top of hot rice, was they expecting the rice to heat the chips up or something? Anyway rang to ask for a new sauce and all I got was abuse down the phone, in the end asked for a refund as I wasn’t being spoke to like that by the boss. Woman on reception didn’t have a clue and the poor delivery driver was getting it in the neck from the boss. She had asked for All of the food back even the half drank can of coke I had ordered to wash down the taste of burning plastic curry! Now got greese all over! Don’t order

Fast delivery nice delivery driver but the food was disgusting, prawn crackers were stale, sweet and sour chicken well the chicken was burnt same as the mini vegetable roles. Will never buy from them again I expected more for £22.

Excellent Curry! Finest in the county! Had other meals from the extensive menu yet still gravitate towards the curry. Thoroughly recommend this warm, friendly take-away. I buy from here 3/4 times per week. Never been disappointed yet!

Ordered for the family, when it arrived the price was more expensive than we were told on the phone, started dishing up to find half of the order was missing. The food that did make it to us I'm sure would have been delicious if it wasn't stone cold! Waste of £40!

Friendly staff and very nice food

This is the place we use regularly for a Chinese delivery. Menu is diverse and the portions are very generous. The quality is high and deliveries are quick and punctual. Prices are slightly below average for the area. My favourites are the rib (very meaty) and the Salt & Pepper Crispy Beef. We buy extra Curry Sauce so we can freeze it to make our own Curries :)

Called Mandarin House at 6.20pm to order was told it would be delivered in 20-30 mins, after an hour I called them they said we've only got one driver on tonight ... so why tell me 20 mins? No apology just rude, the food eventually turned up after 1hr 40 mins, barely warm and bloody awful !! We threw it in the bin! Would never use this takeaway again another rubbish establishment that needs to up its game.

Desde aquí Pedimos comida para llevar y no entregar dos de los artículos que pedimos. Llamé a protestar y acaban de poner el teléfono en nosotros. La comida que no llegue no era estupendo y sin duda no mejor que la de cualquier otra llevar chino en Scunthorpe, son todos los pobres-mediocres en el mejor de los casos.
