WOW just WOW this is one of the best Chinese take aways we have ever had. We ordered Chinese 5 spice ribs these where so tasty and tender. Garlic mushrooms these where delicious . King prawn foo yung so tasty and plenty of filling. Special dry fried rice now this was next level. Full of ingredients but blew my head as it looked like boiled rice but tasted like fried rice . Wasn't greasy and very very tasty. Chips where slightly chunky with fluffy filling. We had this delivered to Lindholme Lakes and it was pipping hot and I mean hot. Will definitely be ordering again.10/10.

Staying at friends caravan nearby and was recommended, absolutely georgous, best we've had for a long time wish we were nearer😢 cheaper than at home and much nicer, do not miss!!

I dont appreciate paying £5 for 2 bags of chips that are not freshly cooked. These chips was awful. This is my view, but they was dry luke warm. These looked like the night before chips. Just warmed them up.

Good food and always ready for collection quickly and on time ! Can usually get parking immediately outside. The premises can only be described as functional, but it's good to be able to see the cooking happening. Prawn crackers come for free; unfortunately I ordered some extra prawn crackers on my last order which didn't appear.

Waited nearly an hour for the "very salty" food. Not recommended.

*Mixed platter* - 6/10, everything is good but the won ton is mostly wrapper and the ribs aren't as nice dry. *crispy seaweed* 9/10 *sesame prawn toast* - 5/10, doesn't taste fishy enough for my taste and I've had better *crispy won ton* - 4/10, disappointing amount of wrapper compared to stuffing *Spare ribs in barbecue sauce* - 10/10, straight up bussing, order this every time *roast pork Chinese style* - 9/10, so good but so many bean sprout but god so good *sweet and sour chicken balls* - 8/10, some were a bit dry but overall very nice *salt & pepper chips* - 9/10, probably the best chips around but get kinda soggy *House special with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts* - 10/10, my go to *chicken foo yung* - 8/10, great but I prefer my home country's foo yung

Ordered 5 main courses at 8pm on a Friday night. Food delivered piping hot in just 20 mins. All the dishes were excellent, not at all greasy. The beef in oyster sauce is fabulous. Best Chinese I have used in many years.

Best chinese takeaway for miles around

Food a bit chewy today , tasted nice though. Had chilli beef (chewy) found it difficult to eat so a bit disappointed.

The rudest place I’ve ever encountered. An elderly gentleman in front of me broke my heart.The member of staff on the reception was shocking,I literally couldn’t believe my eyes or ears.I’ve never written a bad review but this place has to be the worst place I’ve ever been and people need to know. Absolutely vile.

Best food I’ve had in a long time

Food always pretty good but phone system a total disaster, Either rings and rings and rings or goes to a voicemail box which is always full, So very very frustrating, after 45 mins trying just last Saturday i proceeded to order elsewhere spending £68 Clearly they don't need my money !!!!

We ordered special chow mein, spare ribs, salt and pepper chips and a curry sauce. The whole order was cold when it arrived. They gave us satay sauce instead of curry, and one of us has a peanut allergy. Chips were soggy and there wasn’t much seasoning, onions, or garlic at all. The chow mein had barely any meat in at all, and only two small prawns. It was also completely unseasoned and flavourless. The ribs were very nice just a little greasy. Will go elsewhere next time

Called for takeaway. Told 15-20 mins wait. After 30 mins I asked how long it would take and staff became very rude. Quite simply the worst customer service I’ve encountered in many years. Left with refund and no food. Will never return. Cannot leave zero stars but would.

Ordered take away, immediately knew the lad had taken the wrong order, after correcting him several times and getting him to read it back guess what........ Got delivered wrong, after calling them back. Not once did he apologies and then tried to blame me. They will no longer have my custom and word of mouth goes far in a small village.

Very fresh and delivery is very good sometimes quicker than expected. Never had an order go wrong even when very busy they're the best and that accuracy is important when you have an autistic partner. Top drawer.

Arrived promptly on a Friday night. Excellent thai green and red curry plus fab salt and pepper chips. Don't believe the haters..

Food was cold. Duck was overcooked. Chow mien was soggy. Crispy chicken was tough and overall food was generally bland. I felt the need to complain because after spending £30 I was extremely disappointed. The receptionist said " what do you want me to do about it I never cooked it". Disgusting food followed by disgusting customer service. Will never eat there again and I advise no one else does because they will be disappointed!!!! I rarely complain but felt the need to warn others!!

A shame their restaurant closed and now a take away only. Our preference for a village local Chinese and although better if you're prepared to travel, we'll stick with it. Food pretty good with efficient phone ordering. I like the bill told over the phone to help sort out payment. No credit or debit cards so maybe that's why you have pre warning of how much cash to bring with you. I wouldn't expect anything remaining crispy when packed in take away containers either collected or by way of their ok (used only once) delivery service.

Have always used China Palace, even now it's moved locations and the food has always been really good, ready in under ten minutes and red hot. They have a five star food hygiene rating and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Pedimos King gambas fideos crujientes. Carga de fideos inapropiado mucosa sin duda no crujientes color y no parecía como si hubieran sido hervida. Salsa, zanahorias duras y brotes de bambú todas totalmente insípido. Una vez más decepcionante decepción incluso en los nuevos locales. Probamos la comida del restaurante anterior y por desgracia cosas no han mejorado en absoluto. Anunciaron en el periódico local esta semana y me dijeron que la comida era buena, no malgastes tu dinero en este lugar. La comida sólo es buena en la papelera.

Me Decidí por China Palace otra va, después un mal servicio en sus anteriores locales, así que pedimos comida para llevar (22/11/15) para mí y mi pareja.

Hemos estado pidiendo desde China Palace durante muchos años, pero recientemente la calidad de la comida tiene peor y peor. En las dos últimas ocasiones tanto mi compañero y yo sentí enfermo al día siguiente después de comer. En la primera ocasión nos desestimados, pero puede ser una coincidencia la segunda vez. Me registré su puntuación de higiene y es la lowset el asunto del Consejo! Tal vez están tratando de escapar del pasado por abrir en su nueva ubicación. Evitar si tienes trabajar al día siguiente!

Not used the restaurant, but was a regular takeaway user. Don't know what's happened as used to be very good.But over the last month have had two takeaways and have been ill afterwards.Checked online and found only just scraped through the hygiene check earlier this year.

Pad thai is amazing! Good price, quick and friendly service. Cant go wrong!Previously enjoyed evening meals with friends and we were delighted with the quality and quantity of the food

Eaten here many times as a couple and with family,also had the delivery service on many occasions. The eat in buffet is all in all a excellent experience,great service,value and delicious food but as with any delivery nothing tastes as good as when served fresh&piping hot! It's a shame their selling out to become a take out only as Mings down the high street is the only other viable option and as with this that ain't great!:(

My partner and I had a meal at China Palace. We were a little disappointed at first as the dishes we had chosen were not available due to having no seafood. However the food we ordered was delicious,and we really enjoyed it. The service was prompt the only slight negative (which wouldn't stop us returning ) was that it was empty and we ordered drinks that didn't arrive. Thankyou for a nice meal.

This Chinese restaurant in Epworth, serves tasty and good value food.We usually choose the banquet but a full menu is also available if you prefer. You can select 5 starters, 6 mains, together with rice, soups and a duck course for £15 per person. You can order unlimited repeats of your choices (but no new dishes) after each course. We sometimes have a little bit more but generally the portions are pretty good unless you have a huge appetite.There is a good selection of drinks, and the usual ice cream style desserts found in many Chinese restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient - well worth trying if you fancy a Chinese meal!

Didn't book, just walked in on a Saturday evening and after a quick check of the books we were shown to our table and given our menus. There is quite a choice of dishes, including several set meals, we opted for the Christmas Buffet that was available, duck pancakes, followed by 5 starters, 4 mains and a rice. The portion sizes are not the biggest but you don't want 5 full size starters. The food was lovely and after devouring the lot we left feeling satisfied but not stuffed although we could of had more if we so wished. The girls who were serving the food were quick and polite without you feeling rushed. I was pleased to see that this is one of the few places that do not charge for water.The take-away must be good as there was a continual flow of people through the door picking them up,

Had another really good meal in here last weekend. I was in a group of 6 adults and we opted for the buffet option It was excellent, the food was hot and fresh and the service quick and polite Would recommend
