The best restaurants serving Default food in Croft Baker North East Lincolnshire Yorkshire and The Humber

The room was big but very dated, smelt of urine, the "continental breakfast" consisted of individually wrapped croissant, pain au chocolate and waffles which looked like they were bought from Iceland, toast and cheap yogurts in a small room, you could either take to another room or back to your bedroom, very strange arrangement!! The staff we met were lovely but it was a very strange set up. I looked and smelt like it had been an old people's home. Disabled and dog friendly though.

Amazing. Been coming to Jamal’s 20 years and never tried the naga curry as recommended by the son of Jamal Amir. Honestly one the best curries I’ve ever eaten. It is hell of a spicy dish but delightful. Service and customer service exceeds 5 stars.

Good old fashioned pub, no music and no telly. Just good old banter with locals and strangers and first class beer to keep the vocal chords lubricated. Leave your electronic gizmos in the car or at home as even these are banned from use in the pub now.

We were visiting Cleethorpes for a weekend away and fancied some Thai food for dinner. We stumbled across this restaurant as we walked into town and were so pleased with it. Friendly service, amazing food, and reasonable prices. Sadly, it was let down by being so cold - I could only see one radiator in the whole restaurant and kept my jacket on throughout.

Friendly little place. Cake to die for, and substantial slices! Coffee was amazing. Great service. Little bit of heaven on the coast.

What can I say other than for disgusting? I went in on Saturday ( 8th of may) the toilets were horrible, they should of been closed to the public. The smell made me feel sick, nappies bins over flowing, back area outside full of dirty cups and rubbish. I declined a drink due to hygiene. A review was needed!!

First time visitors even though we have lived locally for years. Fantastic experience all round. Relaxed but social atmosphere. All staff engaging and obliging. All food fantastic, great portion size and immense flavours. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Our family up from Birmingham area where they are spoilt for choice with high quality Indian restaurants and they said it was the best they had experienced.

We were have a meal at the kids area with my kids. Natalie was entertaining the kids and she served us really good. Definitely

Excellent portions and amazing food Very Good in Cleethorpes

This place has seriously gone downhill, food takes forever to come out, only one waiter on a weekend who doesn’t even know how to pour drinks (but his trying). I wouldn’t recommend this place at all as the food didn’t even make up for any of this. AVOID

Had the Friday deal of fish and chips but I wish we hadn’t bothered. Chips were hard as bullets and really bad, mushy peas were cold and the fish just about Ok. Looking at others theirs looked a lot better than ours but it would have been better quality if we had gone to a chip shop on the front. Heard good things about this place prior to our visit but can’t see why, we won’t bother again.

Visited whilst visiting Cleethorpes, we struggled to find restaurants that could cater for vegans. We were pleasantly surprised to find they had a whole vegan menu. The service was exceptional and all staff were friendly. The food was fresh, full of flavour and the portions were massive.

Went in for some food before football. Being an away supporter we were welcombed by the friendly staff who joined in banter and took our orders in quick time. I had chips and scraps and these were the best chips I have eaten on any away game around the country. Fresh and hot and although I purchased a small portion, it was too much for me to eat them all. Others both local and football fans were served promptly and with fresh local produce. If we are to return to Cleethorpes, this is the place for fresh quality food.
