Ordered a takeaway. It was delivered to my campsite in good time. Hot and delicious. Cannot fault. Will definitely order again the next time I am in Cleethorpes.

Great food and service for a Wednesday night. Reasonable price too

Just had the most superb food there. Fresh samosas which were delicious followed by two curries dishes that were delicious and served quickly on warm plates. Fabulous.

Fantastic food and good service. They need to update their wine list as the three wines I ordered were not available. We all ordered different meals and all eight of us were pleased with our choices.

Went here last week whilst on holiday! It was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered came fresh and hot. It was up there with best best curry meal I’ve had in a long time. Went with kids as well and they both loved it. It is great value for money and highly recommended trying this place if you’re in Cleethorpes. Owner was very friendly and we felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door! Thanks a lot and will be back in the near future 👍🏼

Been coming here for years when Mitu first took it over and was delighted to see him back just before Christmas. However he's gone again. Had a takeaway last week and got home and several items missing. Curry was totally different to the two ordered and had to rush back to collect the missing items. That is the last time we'll rush back to Me2raj. The place has absolutely bombed. It's a shadow of its vibrant former self. Crap service, crap food and crap atmosphere. One table occupied on a Saturday night tells you something. There used to be a little diamond called Paris who practically run the front of house but sadly it seems she no longer works there. Go elsewhere folks.

Over 2 hours for home delivery to then have half the order missing, waiting another 45 mins for another delivery to still have food missing and the order incorrect. Won't be ordering a home delivery again.

I guess the give away in regard to popularity of the venue was the restaurant being totally empty. Should probably seen the red flags, but it was a Sunday evening and was only their to collect an online order. Chicken korma: Sauce was bland and lacking flavour with the few pieces of chicken being dry and inedible. Chichen biryani: A mish/mash of the weekends left overs. Almost impossible to taste any spice or flavour. Basically flavourless coloured rice. Same chicken used for the korma, dry and inedible. Naan breads: Resembled cardboard in texture and taste. The Peshwari naan was void of any coconut, sultanas, almond, etc. In essence a cardboard copy of the plain naan. Pilau rice basically plain basmati and nothing else. In comparison, you would probably get a better and more authentic Indian meal at the local chip shop. Meal now placed in the garbage and left feeling hungry and deflated. Save your money and avoid at all costs.

First time we have eaten here and certainly will not be the last. Short staffed due to being let down by staff on Xmas eve. But still received 2st class service. Would highly recommend.

Absolute joke of a a so called Indian takeaway waited 1+half hour for mains when came out chicken was pink curry was cold when it came back curry still cold so obviously microwave didn't want it on 3rd attempt staff were great at first and when complained started being aggressive.i don't mind paying for something that is worth it but when it's obvious they are sharing kitchen next door then trading standards need to look into it.dont bother if u want a nice curry in Cleethorpes seek elsewhere.honestly beware we thought we would try it would of been better getting a Tesco curry would of been a better experience 👍

Took 1hr ½ to be delivered! Once arrived food was stone cold! More rice than curry! Curry very watery! Still feeling hungry! Very disappointed and definitely will not be ordering again!

Lovely food, but really slow serving. Needs to decide weather its a restraunt or takeaway service. The food is spot on but feel they have staffing issues and too much going on.

Visited for first time. Won't be returning. 40 minutes for one takeaway curry . Told twice would be 2 minutes and took another 15 minutes. Bhaji quite bland and hat to rest heat at home. No pickle tray as ordered & paid for ! 3 poppadoms when ordered 2 . Ordered garlic, cheese & coriander naan. Struggled to find any any of those. Lamb was tough and tasteless unfortunately Binned 🫤 waste of £20

Food is amazing and arrived nice and hot, we stayed at haven Thorpe park and food was delivered to the door of our caravan by the lovely team at me2raj. We will definitely be returning here and will order or visit these guys again.

Food was excellent, as usual. But please, ask your staff not to chew gum whilst they are taking orders and serving food. It is very unprofessional.

on arrival altho table was booked was placed in a waiting area while table was made ready, sat 25 mins b4 even a drinks order was taken, (table next to us had been there 30mins and left due to no service) no organisation with people coming in and having orders taken before those waiting, was not a enjoyable experience, many ppl threatening to leave after being waiting 90mins for even there popperdoms and pickle, would not recommend on a busy night as they cannot cope or deal with it being busy, price of for the quality and experience ut won't be visiting again

Always excellent food & staff very friendly

Very slow service, extremely crowded restaurant with too much noise. Could not hear myself speak over the noise of other people. Waited a good half hour between course. As per the food. Had a lot better else where. Not worst waiting for. Seeing the lady member of staff, walking around all night chewing gum it's not the done thing to be done in a restaurant and especially when serving paying guests.

Best Indian in Cleethorpes, come here all the time. Owner was very nice and welcoming, made the experience much better.

It was a cold restaurant. And the waitress was eating gum .but the food made up for the rudeness.

The best of the 3 curry restaurants I have tried in Cleethorpes, friendly staff, good price, tasty food. More space than Agrah, so not as claustrophobic.

4 of us ate on a Friday evening. It was busy. But the service / staff worked hard and were efficient. The food was very good. All cleared our plates.

Arrived at 7:25pm, were constantly told to smile and order drinks throughout the night by one guy serving us (not politely, it was very pushy) and didn't get our main meal till around 8:45pm when it was completely dead. One of us didn't get a meal at all. At one point the guy serving us even sat down at our table? I'm all about friendly/banter with staff etc, but he wouldn't stop telling us to smile, at one point we even told him we were eating and he would not drop it. The order was wrong, and we didnt get one meal, even when we were promised it and it got to 9:25pm. In the end we just left wihout it, because if we waited we would've been there till 10pm guaranteed. The majority of the staff were lovely aside from that guy, but this is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. The restaurant was empty, too, so I don't know why it took so long - we weren't told why either. Food was okay. Would probably smile more if he left us alone... Edit: Wanted to add they removed the wrong meal as an apology, so that's why I gave it two stars. The staff were nice, aside form that one guy.

The food and staff were that good we had to come back on our last night in Cleethorpes. Yet another different curry we tried and weren’t disappointed. Food tasted amazing and looked just as good. Impeccable service, just gutted they can’t deliver 210 miles . If we ever back in Cleethorpes we will definitely be calling in for a meal. 5 ⭐️ if not more

Good portions but when daining in felt unwelcome and I need to eat quicker and go. King prawn masala was hot not sweet which is a big minus, nan bread was very cheap with some cheese on top. Wouldn't go there again

The menu is slightly different to the normal. Very good food. The front of house people was very friendly and informative. Recommended.

Lovely atmosphere and perfect dining. They now have an upgraded sound and vision system , so if you wish you can watch amazing Bollywood dance videos while you dine. My work colleague of many years is Indian and even he comes here because of the quality food and service

Been going to this restaurant for a few years. And now has been taken over with new owners not very good now, its a shame flat bargi and the rest well we never got that far

An excellent take away meal that was ordered by telephone and ready for collection 40 minutes later. Top quality ingredients ,I was particularly impressed with how tender the lamb was. The rice was also wonderful and fluffy. We had Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Balti , Salmon Curry, Paneer with Spinach, Peshawari Naan, Plain Boiled Rice and poppadoms with pickles.

During lockdown there is nothing better than a Friday night takeaway! Poppadoms, pickle tray, veg biryani and a cheese naan bread - lovely - cooked spot on, and delivered within the time frame!

Hands down the best Indian in grimsby and cleethorpes, along with spice of life. If you dare go for the extra hot phall. It's beautiful and you won't be let down.

Took An hour longer than told to be disappointed at paying the price we paid for a special lockdown meal and it took 2 hours instead of 1. Quality wasn’t great and wasn’t compensated for the poor service

We went to our favourite Indian restaurant for an evening meal. The staff are always friendly & helpful and the food is second to none in the town. Well done to Rumon & all the staff for lovely experience

When we wen we were greeted horribly, there were 3 members of staff, when we sat down our table was wabbly. If that wasn’t enough, while we were waiting for our meal, the boss and a employee had an altication. The employee had done an collection wrong, we all make mistakes, but the boss took it a step to far by sending the poor man home, when the employee was speaking to the boss in the bar area before the man went home the boss said ‘ To shut his fkn mouth’ I was horrified. How a boss speaks to his employees like that I don’t know, absolutely disrespectful to the poor young man, who clearly was upset he messed up. If that isn’t enough, we left a tip and the boss takes it for himself, doesn’t give it to the staff, as we asked a staff member. This establishment is not good, do not recommend. This was a atrocious visit would give a 0 star If I could!!!!

My wife and I like to share a couple of dishes. She loves biryanis but doesn't like a lot of rice so I usually have some of hers.I ordered a curry, and when the food arrived it was all served on the plate instead of individual bowls.The food was below average and bland.During the hour we sat for our meal, the bar close to me was full of used glasses and bottles and no attempt was made to clear them even though the restaurant was not busy.

Came here 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday with a friend.I had the best chicken biryani ever.Staff are so welcoming and friendly.Will be back next time I’m in Cleethorpes.

50% deal last 2 weeks visited agrah,millers,eastern delight,to night me2raj, hand gei on entrance ,tables well spaced, then disappointment no staff wearing masks as other restaurants are, drinks brought to table by young girl with hand round pint glass ,use a tray. had a quarter of a pint left of lager in pint glass asked for another half took my pint glass to put half in, again hand round glass to bar & back , while still eating food(nan bread) possible contamination glass to mouth.!!!! food was enjoyable but have had better from the 3 above.

Whenever we are in Cleethorpes we always visit this brilliant restaurant. 2 weeks ago we brought our family and they now understand why we rave about the food, service and staff. We even visited 2 nights in a row. A lovely welcome every time, explanation of any food ingredients, great knowledge of the menu. I don't know when we can visit Cleethorpes due to serious illness but hopefully it'll be very soon. No other restaurant we've visited in the past 40 years have been as good as Me2Raj. Thank you all, really looking forward to seeing you all again. Love Sharan xx
