It is a lovely cafe, the cakes were yummy and the teapots were great as it meant I got 3 cups of tea rather than just one. The manager was really friendly and interesting to chat with. I'd definitely go back as it was much more personal than most cafes where the waiters and waitresses don't even look at your face throughout the order, service and payment.
Walking in to the cafe, it appears to be quite sparse. I arrived at around 9:30am and the place was 1/3 full of people. Lots of hard furnishings so I don’t know how noisy this place could get when full - but was completely fine with the level of chatter I experienced in here.
I ordered a flat white and warm banana bread. I was served by a very welcoming young lady at the till, who promptly brought my order to me when I sat down. The banana cake and coffee were both tasty and just what I needed.
I feel the place could do with a bit of TLC and attention to detail. Ie. The way menus and leaflets are left on tables. The way high chairs are stacked etc. it isn’t visually and aesthetically pleasing. Which is ok for some, but if you’re after a cosy warm relaxing cafe - this isn’t quite it. But it could be.
This food was appalling Chinese curry was mis coloured didn’t taste pleasing at all and chicken didn’t taste fresh, I will not be going back here again and was really disappointed!!

We went to Warwick Castle for a lovely family day out, unfortunately when it came time for us to have lunch we were extremely disappointed! We decided to have lunch in the undercroft cafe, it was utter chaos the minute we walked in there, the staff didn't know what they were doing, there was no system in place properly to choose your food and pay!
There was very little choice, we choose the lunch bags for out 2 young children, there was only cheese which was very disappointing when my son doesn't eat cheese!
When it came to my daughter eating her cheese sandwich the bread was bright blue with mould! Unfortunately she had already eaten a mouthful before i noticed! When we made the cafe manager Tyler aware of this he didn't seem bothered by it, not helpful at all, told us to go to the back of the queue to get a refund. I was absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated! It resulted in me not wanting my sandwich either! May i add we only got a refund for the actually sandwich not the whole lunch bag!
Whilst I was in the queue i got talking to Emma who worked at Warwick Castle in the retail department, I told her how disappointed we were and what had happened! Emma was so kind and help full, she took us to the conservatory cafe to get us some more food for my daughter FOC, she was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and that the children were happy!
IF i decided to take my children here again i will definitely be bring my own food! Emma just want to say how kind you were again, the staff in the Undercroft cafe you were rude and not helpful at all!

It was our first time visiting here, although we was welcomed with a lovely smile from a waitress called Chloe, who was very patient with us and read us through the menu as it was our first time. She was very polite and conversational. It was quick service, although when one of the burgers did arrive, there was some things wrong, though Chloe took it straight back to the kitchen and got it sorted with minutes. The food was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely recommend the Korean burger if you like a little bit of spice. We did give Chloe a tip and told her to keep it for herself, although she Clearly, is a team player and honest as she put it straight into the tip jar. Definitely will be coming back, hopefully get Chloe again!
Thank you to Andrew and team who made day 2 of our wedding so special. Clear and friendly communication throughout to hold the event we wanted - all our friends and family and little ones (and pups) loved! Lovely food and beautiful private setting with Little Ox bar. Would recommend for your special events!

I ordered a pina colada....was literally just pineapple juice. I asked the cashier if I could change it as I did not like plain pinapple and could not taste anything else. Apparently I should of tasted the coconut as the smoothies are all pre made powder.
Do not order smoothies, disgusting and not natural, lord knows what they're made of.
0 for customer service as most buisnesses even small independent ones would do an exchange as good will, plus it probably only cost them 10p to purchase.
As I walked in there was a strong smell. As my smell isn’t good I couldn’t work out what it was at first but ordered a Hot chocolate anyway. Hot chocolate was ok but could still smell something in store. Someone then went to the toilet near to where I was sat….the stench of old urine flooded the cafe..omg when have them toilets really been cleaned. The smell was On a different level. I quickly finished my brew and left.
