The best restaurants serving Default food in Pelsall Walsall West Midlands

Moved into Pelsall and tried a few pubs in the village before deciding that the Queens was definitely the best! Was made to feel really welcome from both staff and customers they have lots of regulars but I’ve never felt excluded. Always something going on whether it’s live music, karaoke or quizzes. Definitely the best place to go in the village! 😃

We had a great experience, I ordered on arrival and was met with a great reception from the man on the desk, after ordering was told it'd be ready in 15mins or so, (there's a convenience store next door to pick up some drinks etc) the food was ready quickly and was handed over with a smile. FYI: Hings Welcome is cash only which is no problem as there's a free cash withdrawal machine (Royal Mail) on Pelsall high street over the common. The food matched the service! We ordered special chow mein, spare ribs with lemon, sweet and sour chicken balls (but with curry sauce) and chips. It was all incredible, the flavours were great and the portions were generous, we're looking forward to sampling the rest of their menu next time. Oh! Reasonably priced and free prawn crackers!

Came across this lovely pub by accident... Popped in to get a drink in the day and walked into one of their 'cookouts' with the BBQ going and music playing... It was great! Food smelled delicious but we didn't eat as we had to get to an appointment... Would loved to have stayed though. Staff and regulars were really friendly.

Worst experience. never to return. Over priced and bad service.

Going downhill unfortunately, used to be our favourite chip shop, got expensive and food not the best now, worst of all they're never open! Lovely staff when they're there though.

I have been coming here for years and it's without a doubt the best Thai takeaway in Walsall. Friendly staff, a great menu, always freshly cooked and sensible prices. The Pad Thai and green curry are exceptional. Always nice when they give some complimentary prawn crackers too.

Place has gone down hill unfortunately No guest ales, carpet was a mess Rock music playing, definitely won't be going there again soon Shameful really

My wife and I are not regulars of the Ocean Fish Bar, but following a pleasant experience on an autumnal Saturday evening we might now be. I was undecided regarding what I wanted and had to phone my wife to check her specific preferences from the impressive menu selection too! On this visit I was served by Alice who was extremely patient and very helpful in assisting me with my culinary choices. Thank you Alice.

Very friendly and polite food second to none have been comming for some time dont use snywhere else what a gem of a place never been dissapointed

Great food ,brilliant service at a sensible price. Order a takeout or delivery during these bad times and you still get the same excellent food and service . I cannot recommend highly enough.

Visited this restaurant for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Lovely clean interior, waiters friendly and helpful, very good enjoyable meal will be visiting again this coming week.Excellent food for a reasonable price. Good desserts too.

Been in here for a meal a few times very nice food
