Took ages to come and when it did come it was cold, watery and lacked flavour.

First time here but certainly won’t be the last. Amazing place, amazing food and wonderful attentive staff. What more can I say except best curry I’ve had for ages. Shall definitely be back.

The long wait wasn't. We asked for coke to drink and were told that they had a cola alternative. It was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it. So, great food, slow service and don't have the cola alternative. Oh, and it's cash only.

After ordering through just eat, the app said it would be 2 hours inc delivery, after waiting over the delivery time I called the restaurant, employee didn't sound bothered but said they are on there way. In total it came over 2.5 hours later. Food was warm but not worth the wait. Won't be using again.

Takeaway food was great - warm and fresh. Ordering online was easy and convenient. The staff were friendly. The portions were generous.

First time here for me, went with some friends who use regularly. The food is excellent. The chicken succulent, prawns juicy and all spiced perfectly. Staff have great interaction with the customers and are great fun too. Definitely be going back.

9 of us went yesterday for a birthday meal. The staff are amazing. The food is gorgeous and it's so pretty inside.

2 hours late on a weeknight. To be told the driver has lost signal on her phone and she’s having issues. Not my issue. Extremely unhappy.

Simply the best food in Walsall! Try to visit at least once a month. Went last night (28th March) fortunately pre booked as was super busy both diners and on line orders. Fish Pakora was stunning as was the mains. Great staff who even though run off their feet were attentive and polite. Love it here 🤩

Normally can't fault the food from here but tonight it took 2 hours for it to be delivered. I ordered the meals at 18.05 so The naan breads were rock hard and the food was cold and not the normal quality it is. The onions were barely cooked and the portions were alot smaller than normal as well. I am thoroughly disappointed as it wasn't a cheap meal. It really has put me off using them again now.

We ordered a garlic and coriander nann but got a green chilli one. Bombay aloo arrived cold as well as the rice and nann. Only warm dish was the main curry. Unfortunately after hearing of this place with high recommendations we had to microwave dishes even though we are a very short drive. We won’t be ordering again. Not impressed.

I always order from here but last night I wasn't impressed. The egg fried rice was plain no taste basically boiled rice with egg added and the naan bread wasn't cooked it was very soggy and doughy. Tonight I have precooked the left overs added garlic and onion to the rice and cooked the naan bread properly. Sorry to complain but should be made aware

Absolutely love the food from here and order regularly but tonight was disappointing had notification driver was on way and 20-25 minutes later food arrived and was stone cold.

The curry was extremely watery and tasteless. Burnt onion bhajis. The special naan was less than special, more like inedible. Really disappointed I won’t be ordering again.

The app said a time and when it didn’t arrive on time I called restaurant who said they were waiting for a driver. I didn’t receive any updates from restaurant nor was the delayed delivery time updated. Poor customer service! Food wasn’t as hot as we would have expected.

we didnt mind the delivery being early at all....the food itself was top notch absolutely beautiful..My husband is very fuasy about curries but he ate the lot.....very very pleased and would definatly order again...keep up the good work.....

Moghul is one of our favourites around if we’re fancying Indian Food. The curries were delicious as usual but naan breads tasted funny. We ordered 4 and all 4 people said they weren’t nice and tasted strange like either sand was in them. It did also arrive late and cold, hence only the 4 stars. Need to invest in better delivery bags but the curries and starters were bag on, will order again.

1st time ordering and was not disappointed one of the best indians ive had in a long time will deffo be using again 5 stars is not enough as a rating

Excellent food and service and lovely atmosphere

Decor and design sets the mood, and the team and food goes above and beyond. Arrived for our 6pm booking, and table was ready and already off to a busy start in the restaurant. We ordered poppadoms and were brought extra over due to a delay in the kitchen but by 6.30 had our main meals, very thoughtful for a small delay. Food was exquisite. Poppadoms were probably the nicest I've ever had, and all of our meals were fresh, tender, well seasoned and so tasty. H and everyone one else we encountered were so lovely. Best restaurant cuisine I've enjoyed in a long while - can't find a fault - thank you all 😁🙏

1 hour 45 min wait that was OK it was told when ordered but when arrived food was very cold and the chips was awful

Plenty of chicken in my kurma and the rice is delicious too. The food are hot enough and absolutely delicious overall. My 2nd order from here

First time visiting our local Indian restaurant as we've recently moved to Pelsall. From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed and hit with the smells of aromatics we immediately felt at home ready to have our taste buds tantilised. The decor was very pleasing to. We were seated on time and given plenty of time to peruse over the menu. Lots of choices but not too much which can be overwhelming. The food arrived hot ,smelled fantastic, and tasted absolutely delicious! All the flavour and spice that you'd expect from an Asian restaurant. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent, very friendly and down to earth. Customer engagement was on point cant fault anything which is rare these days. So a very well done to all floor staff and kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. The price was very reasonable to. We will without a doubt return very soon. Thank you moghal Palace. keep it up.

Got curry instead of balti Tandoori seemed to be just a flavouring and not in an oven

Lovely atmosphere with outstanding service. Food is absolutely delicious. My Daughter had food left over and they put it in a container for her to take home and even sent her with extra poppadoms.

Came here for the first time last night and we had the best time, food was amazing staff were so lovely and friendly and extra helpful and welcoming, and it's a really beautiful little place the atmosphere, and decor is gorgeous. All round perfect can't wait to come back again, and will be recommending to everyone :)

Food is usually always good… but items were missing when it came & then we were promised the missing items within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later & still no sign! Extremely poor!

I've had takeaways from here and enjoyed them, but dining in is next level. Food is delicious and presentation is faultless. The staff are friendly, funny and helpful. So happy to have this as my local restaurant.

Great food, very tasty and good portion sizes. Reasonably priced and collection time close to estimate. Very happy!

Disappointed. Expected it to be longer than normal as it was new years eve but we called at 6:20pm was told it was going to be 8:45pm still was happy to proceed however at 8:30pm had a call from them saying it will be 9:30pm so we said yes that fine, it finally turned up at 10:10pm. The portion size was really small and no salad mint sauce just poppadoms on there own. The food tasted fine but the portion size was ridiculous. Not even a full plate. Also had to heat the food on arrival. Considering we are 5 minutes down the road this isn't good enough. since leaving the above review I have eaten at Moghul palace a couple of times and the food and the service has been great. I assume the issue on new years when I last left a review was purely because of how busy they would've been. I highly recommend paying them a visit and dining in. it's a great place.

The Chicken Tikka Madras is absolutely phenomenal! My go to place without a doubt and have enjoyed every single meal I’ve had since I discovered Moghul Palace earlier this year. The delivery driver is also very friendly and never fails to deliver to me on time or sometimes sooner which is even better for me! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Food arrived nice and hot. However, it wasn’t until I started eating the meal that I noticed I was given Chicken instead of Chicken Tikka which I then left unfortunately. We all make mistakes and I will be returning for another takeaway soon as this is a brilliant place and won’t let one small mistake ruin my experience. Just please double check orders in future.

Food was brilliant only thing I’d say was at any other Indian restaurant they send you mint yoghurt and salad when you buy poppadoms and I didn’t get any of Those but the actual curry was lovely

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!! I can not believe the way I have been spoken to tonight by a member of staff. Like I’m a piece of dirt.Waited 2 hours for a delivery to be told that the delivery driver tried ringing me because they have been to my door. I have a ring door bell no one has been. Said my number has been changed. Fair enough it my error with the phone but to be spoken to like I have is disrespectful and disgusting. I go in regularly every week to eat in the restaurant. I will never step foot in the restaurant again!

Chicken Balti was fine, however, the chicken pathia tasted like pure salt. I let my partner try it and she said the same. Sadly couldn't eat it.
