Hings Welcome in Walsall

We had a great experience, I ordered on arrival and was met with a great reception from the man on the desk, after ordering was told it'd be ready in 15mins or so, (there's a convenience store next door to pick up some drinks etc) the food was ready quickly and was handed over with a smile. FYI: Hings Welcome is cash only which is no problem as there's a free cash withdrawal machine (Royal Mail) on Pelsall high street over the common. The food matched the service! We ordered special chow mein, spare ribs with lemon, sweet and sour chicken balls (but with curry sauce) and chips. It was all incredible, the flavours were great and the portions were generous, we're looking forward to sampling the rest of their menu next time. Oh! Reasonably priced and free prawn crackers!

Very good food, the quality is always high and friendly staff, even allowed me to keep change to not break into a note.

Probably the best chinese takeaway in pelsall just on the bottom of allens lane . Very friendly people with excellent food choices . My favourite is special curry and salt and pepper chips

There are two Chinese takeaways incredibly close to my house. Hings Welcome isn't one of them, but going forward I'm willing to make that short drive to order from here. Genuinely seems a takeaway that once people try, they won't go anywhere else. Really friendly staff and just the best food by far. Love it.

Delicious food, wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make you feel valued as a customer. I can't fault any meal I've ever had and would highly recommend.

The food took over 2 hours to be delivered and ordered when shop opened, anyway when it arrived the food was good and very tasty....but....there was not enough,? the plastic containers were half size, even the rice. I think the portion sizes were based on dwarfs buying food for the shires, even Gandalf would be upset, won't visit again if hungry.

I knew it would be a two hour delivery but based on rave reviews over the food would be worth it, it definitely wasn't food was edible.

Been using hings welcome for a few years now and every dish I have tried is delicious. I have converted all my family to this particular shop and even my 84 dad looks forward to our Saturday night dinner. Owners are lovely people, food is fresh and price reasonable.

Honestly the best chinese/asian food I've ever had. It always tastes delicious, the service is good and the staff are super friendly. I have had other chinese takeaways but not one of them was to the standard of this one. Even though it is always busy the food is worth the wait.

The food is always good but the delivery times leave a lot to be desired. Even when youre quoted a 90 minute wait it can be 2 hours. The crispy duck is a favourite, along with prawn curry. Id recommend ordering over the phone and picking up yourself if you dont want to starve ;)

Good food, decent price - took longer than they said to deliver but when food came it was hot & tasty! Best dishes for me = chicken curry, ribs, salt and pepper chips!

Best Chinese food I've had for a long time. Not too much salt used either.

First time using them. Placed an order at 6pm for delivery at 7.30pm. Was told fine, 7.45, still waiting. Called them and they said be 10 mins. So far, so not good. However, when eventually turned up, food excellent. Would use again.

First time we’ve ordered from here tonight and it’s excellent! Ordering was easy and actually pleasant, food delicious and even the delivery man was lovely. Definitely recommend this takeaway and will definitely be using it again!
